Renting a bounce house for my sons 8th birthday party this month. Pretty decent pricing and a friendly crew working there. It was super fast and easy to go in and get what we were looking for.

I had a SNAFU where the propane pot burners were BTU undersized for the 100qt pots I rented. But, they worked with me on my bill for those and decided to give them five stars. I, 100%, will go back in the future. The extra huge eight burner grill I rented from them was unquestionably phenomenal. (The one that needs 2 propane tanks...)

I have huge parties 3 times a year and I only rent from them. But they lost me as a costumer due to the fact that I was scheduled to pick up a order on a sat ( which they close at 12) “the day of my party”! and I was unaware of it. And had already paid. They didn’t give a me reminder or Courtesy call. Which means my party was Ruined!!.. over a hundred people scheduled to show up at my home for a party.. when I called them on Monday I didn’t even give an apology! They showed absolutely no sympathy! So Aladdin’s rental definitely lost a consistent customer!!!...

This place was the cheapest option, but they actually provided the best service. My fiancée and I were prepared to spend a little more if we had to in order to get the service we needed, but this little shop was more than helpful, and the girl that helped us was so knowledgeable. It was far better service than some other more expensive options out there. The best price and the best service, I recommend them for whatever occasion you need.

Aladdin Rents is the best for events! A diligent and friendly staff that cares about your event just as much as you do! Most of our events are outdoors and weather changes all the time in Northeast Ohio. They offer great suggestions of how to handle rain, shine or snow!And Amanda just rocks!!!

Aladdin Rents is the only place I go when I need to rent anything for a party. They have a great selection of products and you can visit their showroom and pick out exactly what you want. All of the employees are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. If you are picking up items you can pull right up to their loading garage and they will load everything for you. If you need items delivered they do that too. The delivery crew is professional and they have always met my expectations when they come to do a delivery or set-up! Ive had nothing but good experiences with them.

THIS PLACE IS A BLAST. THEY HAVE SO MANY FUN THINGS FOR A PARTY. THE WIFE AND I RENTED A BOUNCE HOUSE FOR MY DAUGHTERS PARTY AND IT WAS AWESOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
