He stayed late to be sure we got our order placed correctly.The prices were top notch as well. My wife and I had gone to 4 other places in the area before arriving here. Needless to say we had no reason or intention of going back to any of the other stores. Huge selection as well.

Ryan helped out a lot with our new purchases for our new house. Great service! Spent $5k in a hour and couldn’t be more pleased. We found several sofas we were interested in but we chose Slumberland in large part because of Ryan, the salesperson. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and tolerant of our many and difficult questions, but most of all we liked his honesty and straightforward manner. There was no deception or deviousness that you often find with major purchases.

Needed a new mattress. Went to three different stores trying them out. Found the one we like most and with their labor day sale it was the cheapest at this place by $100. Bryan or Ryan helped us. He was fine except at the end when he tried to get us to buy more oh buy a new box spring, oh buy new sheets this and that.

Stopped in to look at recliners - Ryan was helpful answering my questions without hovering (so important!) and I found the perfect chair, bought it and was out of there in 20 minutes or less. thank you!

Weve always had a good experience here. The salespeople have always been helpful but not pushy. We often seem to start our furniture shopping at one of the rock bottom budget shops, but then end up working our way over to Slumberland and purchasing. There can be a little sticker shock walking in, but we have always been able to find things we like within our budget, and we have found that the total package price usually balances things out somewhat. (Slumberland has big sales, extra percentages off, a single delivery fee for all items, etc. that some of the budget places dont offer.) Great communication throughout all the pandemic-related delays from the manufacturers, and great delivery service, We were in the process of moving when we bought our furniture this last time, and the delivery address was incorrectly set to out old place, but we got a text before delivery asking to confirm the address, and all it took was a simple text back to correct things.

Ryan the Gm at the Eau Claire store was friendly and very easy to work with. He answered all of our questions fully and ran multiple quotes on the pieces that we wanted to buy and others that we were interested in.

We were approached by a salesman, Ryan Ducart. He asked if he could help us and we told him what we were looking for. We went in just to buy a chair and left buying two sofas and two chairs. He was so helpful, it was almost like he read my mind. Later I found out that he was the GM for the Eau Claire & Menomonie WI stores. I thought, no wonder why he was so good. Then I thought, no, not all managers are. Thank you Ryan for being a great salesman and not letting on that you were a manager, humble man. Extremely happy with our purchases!

I always come back to this store. They have good quality furniture that last. Back 20 years ago I bought a full bedroom set and its still in perfect condition today. I love the new couch and the rug that I will be getting. Ill probably throw in a beautiful lamp that I love to. Theyve got everything including an awesome massage chair.

Have been looking for a couple months for a new living room set. Finally found something that we liked at slumberland. Our salesperson (Reed) was very helpful. Was able to answer all of our questions. Didnt hover but always seemed to be there when we had questions. We were not sure if an end table would work with the buffet we picked out and he carried it over from the opposite side of the store. GREAT service!

I visited numerous furniture stores as I had recently moved to the area. This was by far my best experience. The staff assists, but never pressured me nor family at any point. They gave us a little bit to look around before anyone approached us. We ordered a couch. Unfortunately, It won’t be in for a few months. Depending on the brand of furniture you’re buying. That is the same as any furniture store right now.

Larry provided excellent service to us at Slumberland in EC! He gives us information but doesnt pressure us or hover. The great sale brought us in and the options we had for couches was awesome!

I hate to give a one star, but we ordered a couch in early April and were told it would be delivered May or early June. June comes around and we were told July. It is now late July and when we called as the update texts had no estimated arrival dates we have been told October is when we can expect it. There are obviously some issues they need to work out.

Larry was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the products he is selling, professional in demeanor, and downright pleasurable to talk to. Absolutely terrible. We ordered a couch from them BEFORE Thanksgiving 2020 and it is still not here...it is now March 2021. Every month they tell us, itll be here next month and then the next month rolls around and its STILL not here. Would never go there again.

As previous customers we decided to come here to look at mattresses again for another bedroom in our home. We were greeted and then left to browse for a bit which was great because we wanted to look at several things without someone hovering around us like at other stores we had visited. The Assistant Store Manager Joshua was a warm welcome right from the moment I met him! He listened to what I was looking for in a recliner and showed me those options. He also told me the similarities and differences between the different models and what would work good for my personal preference. He answered every question I could think of and was an excellent sales expert, as I myself am in the industry. He was informative but did not extend any pressure. I cannot recommend Joshua enough to help find what you are looking for!
