No notice of orders shipping emailed, very little description concerning fit and fabric for items and poor quality photos, have to find additional info online elsewhere. Packing slip in the box clearly lists the shipping address, yet shipped to a completely different address?? Overall a novice website and shipping system with a corner on the surrounding small towns market. Could bring this business up to date with most online retailers with basic website updates and improvements. Just easier, cheaper and more informative to have the same items made at any of 100s of websites available with much quicker shipping and certainly more reasonable and accurate shipping options.

We had a great experience with Chippewa Valley Sporting Goods during the entire process of our large order for a University event! They were very organized, helpful, great to communicate with, and overall incredibly easy to work with. We ordered 235 shirts and they are great quality shirts, and turned out perfect! We really appreciated the timeliness of the printing they were done weeks before we thought they would be!

Ordered clothing thru chippewa valley sporting goods for the company I worked at, never received the clothing. Emailed the chippewa valley sporting good and I guess the order was canceled because I was the only one who ordered which I did not know. Was told I should have received a credit and never did. I contacted them to see if they were still looking into the issue and never received an email. Poor service.
