The guys drove through miles of construction and through downtown Minneapolis to help get my things back to EC without complaint. It was a really stressful week for me and they showed up smiling and got straight to work. Wrapped everything carefully, were super efficient, and we ended the day much earlier than I expected. My cat loved them as well! Truly worth the money and I am so, so pleased and cant say enough. A million thanks!

I cant say enough about how professional and caring the guys were with me and my things. I had lived in a house with a full basement for over 30 years, and even though I got rid of a lot, there was still a lot that had to be moved. We appreciated DTMM so much during our last move. We’ve had bad moving experiences in the past but DTMM exceeded our expectations! Moving can be very stressful, especially with kids, but Colin, Zach and Zach were our crew and they were amazing. I hired Dan the Moving Man to move the contents of my home for staging purposes. The move was difficult; close to 300 boxes (many of them EXTREMELY heavy) and large pieces of furniture. The movers (Collin, Will, Zach) had to move the items up the basement stairs, then up an additional 6 stairs, then up a ramp to the moving truck. An arduous task, to say the least. They worked non-stop for 6 hours and did not complain once. They were very pleasant, professional, and courteous. I 100% recommend this business (and Zach, Will, and Collin especially).

Used Dan to do the last mile of for a new treadmill. Common carrier dropped off at their office and 4 young men brought the large very heavy box to our home and into the basement. I learned of Dan the Moving Man from a mailer I received. My experience with them from that point on was all positive. Very responsive, communicated often and professional. They offer a variety of services. I needed help loading a truck for a couple hours and they did that. Tyler and Taylor and the 2 guys who helped me load were great to work with. Highly recommend!

They were very careful with everything and shrink wrapped all the furniture before loading in the truck. I was so pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was extremely impressed with Dan the Moving Man! We used them for an interstate move of about 1000 miles and the service overall was great. They beat the price of all other companies by nearly a thousand dollars. Their communication was great too. Tyler and Rachel were in constant communication, and when one of our items was damaged, they worked to reimburse as quickly as possible. The company really does put customer satisfaction first and should be your first stop when looking for movers in Eau Claire!

Moved a one bedroom apartment 2.8 miles and charged for 4 hours which should have taken no more than 3 hours, if that (I did the first move myself with my daughter so I know what time was needed). Tried to up the truck fee quoted. However, easy to work with and polite. I would get a quote before hiring so you arent taken advantage of.

Wow! I just had the best experience with the Tyler and Dan. They were great communicators, on time, super pleasant, and offered assistance without me asking. They picked up my sectional from the store and brought it in to my apartment. It was a behemoth couch. I had to remove my door, which was so heavy it had its own gravitational pull. They offered to help put it back on without me asking, which was a fantastic gift because what took the 3 of us 5 minutes would have been easily an hour of me shimming it up proper just to line up the screw holes and hinges. I will hire them again and plan on telling anyone who is moving about them. Thank you!

Yes, Tyler did work with my budget but many items damaged. I had a large stack of thick cardboard that I asked them to also use between wood dressers, armoires, etc. They were pushed to load fast and faster and did not. One table smashed but many gouges, dings, and large scratches. Worse was an employee accidentally left items in cab of truck. Kept saying he would bring back. 6 weeks before returned and only after Tyler was notified. Decide for yourself but the damage not worth the deal .

Carnell and Collin were excellent and very careful with the furniture, which included two China cabinets. I highly recommend both of them for moving your furniture. Both are also very friendly and extreme careful .

I wouldnt even give one star but it is the lowest I can go! We were told 4 guys and their biggest truck, we ended up with 2 guys and the second biggest truck. We had to scramble to get the rest of our things moved. The quote we were given doubled what we ended up having to pay and still had about half our things to get moved BIG MISTAKE! To top it off they said if you write a good review we will give you $50 to $100 back how do I know I can trust you on that plus i dont do bribes

I had a move planned and had problems with the mover within 24 hours of the move, so I called Dan the Moving Man, and they were able to do the move.Two young men arrived in the truck with all equipment needed for a move, moving pads, runners to put down to walk on, straps and muscle and stamina to get the job done.They worked tirelessly for hours in sweltering heat and humidity. I hired Dan the Moving Man in October 2018 to move an under-the-counter fridge out of our basement and move it into to the basement at my husband’s business. The two young men arrived on time, took a look at the fridge and quickly picked it up and took it up the stairs and out the door.They were careful not to damage anything in our house and took care with the fridge too. I was very pleased as was my husband when the young men arrived at his store with the fridge.Friendly guys, efficient, careful. I will be calling on Dan the Moving Man for our moving needs again!

Moved in August 2019 in St. Croix County. I was in communication with the owner, Tyler, during the whole process - not some call router. Had some minor issues that were all worked out right away and very satisfied with the Herculean efficiency of the two assigned men. Correctly sized truck for a full house and was moved fast! Good value. Dan the Moving Man priced out much lower than other movers in the area. This company is legit and I highly recommend. Just be packed and ready to move when these guys show up :) .

I am currently living out of state and need a dresser moved. Called Dan The Moving Man and they were able to move it same week. They were very polite, prompt, and gentle with my antique dresser. The price is very reasonable! The other moving companies quoted me at 5 times the price. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and will use them again if needed.

Although their price was great, their customer service was lacking. Some of the breakdown was in communication, for example, I booked the move and then a week later was contacted to see when I was going to book for, and it turned out my appointment had been deleted. I had already sent the deposit. There also was miscommunication on times, I was told it would be 4 guys for 4 hours to load me up, but instead it was 2 guys for 8 hours. This makes planning difficult.Last, I went with the company because it was pointed out that although it is about $500 more than hiring one team to load a semi (U-Pack) and then have a different team unload, all of the liability was on the one team. Well, thats fine, but then something should have been done about the damages that happened in the process. My freezer had a dent and scratch, my nightstand was broken and another folding table had a dent in it. I didnt even get an apology or a call to make it right. I would have been better off saving the $500 as there was nothing done regarding the all the liability is on us approach.

Everything was as expected. They called ahead and let me know they would be running behind with their first appointment. I appreciated the heads up and they ended up arriving right when they said they would. The guys got to work right away and were efficient and quick, yet still careful not to scuff furniture, etc. Ive moved several times in the last few years and these guys have been the best so far. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making a stressful event (moving) easy and quick!
