Bought 2 new Subaru, sales staffs are nice! Service is a different story! Good manager left! Service writer attitude No cant be done!. Didnt check car before releasing car to customer. My car was still DIRTY when I picked up, she said they dont do detail clean! Never got this kind of service and answer before! This is happening on September 1, 2021. Make you wondered should we go back next year when they offer upgrade/trade up my Forester? 😒HmmmVery disappointed and sad.Let me clarify: service departments manager should know about this!UPDATE: Sid Perez helped me to resolve my issues, thank you so much Sid. Was not great at communication. I requested written detail of final costs and never received it. I requested every thing ready at the time of my appointment 24 hours prior to appointment. The car was not ready for a test drive for over 30 min after my arrival. It was getting washed and filled up. Then without ever asking they added warranty costs to the final costs. That took more time to fix. 2.5 hours when it should have been less than an hour! My time is valuable and I dont like to waste it!

Purchased a car and returned it within a week due to lack of responsiveness and promises that werent kept. The salesman was great, accommodating and helpful, but once things hit the fan, my calls were avoided and my text messages ignored. The manager, Eric, didnt bother to speak with me when I returned the car, and I never received an explanation as to why I was being ignored.Nonetheless, returning the car was a breeze, and Im happy to not have to return here again. Purchased a car with Honda instead, and that was a whole different story. Shrug.

My wife and I went to Bert Ogden Subaru last night. We had our 20 year Anniversary two days ago. I called The dealership and asked for the sale Manager. Rafael picked up the phone. Told him what I wanted. 2022 Subaru Outback. Told him my trade and what I wanted for it. 30 mins later we were at the dealership. Nice young man Johnny was waiting for us. Took the Outback for a quick spin. Then back to the dealership. They did what I wanted to do. No Hassle. Next into Finance and met Julian Finance Manager. Great guy too. From the beginning to end of the deal. AWESOME. We were not there more than a couple hours. In out no pressure on anything. Thank you Bert Ogden Subaru It was a Great experience. Oh by the way. I don’t know how you can scam your clients, I don’t understand how you could not do your jobs properly and honestly. Their service department are liars, I asked for tire rotation, paid for it since they don’t do it for free with oil change, only to find out they DID NOT DO IT! Just found out when I got home. How I know? my driver side tire has a scratch on it! First and last visit to this place! Worst service ever!

We were greeted right away and while waiting several gentleman asked if we were helped already. Our Salesman Alex and his Managers were all super friendly and did their best to help us. The car buying experience was great. But after they get their commission, its downhill. They didnt communicate with me about what to do when the dealer tags expired since it took three months to get the state tags. When they did get the tags, they offered to mail me the tags to save me a drive, which was great, but they didnt include any parts. Ive now bought two license plate kits and neither fits. If I had gone in, they would have put them on so I dont understand why they didnt mail the parts I would have received if I had gone in. So I ended up not being saved anything.

We liked the vehicle and all its safety features but we were ready to leave after the first quote of a $700 discount. Another dealership was giving us a huge discount compared to the discount we were offered. The manager however came through and gave us a much better discount without the hassle that clients are normally put through and we decided to make the purchase. This is our first Subaru and are looking forward to driving in our new vehicle. The salesman, the Subaru specialist, the ladies at the counter, the manager, and another salesman were very kind and respectful and that made for a pleasant experience.

This was the worst experience I have had in 12 years of owning a Subaru. They tell you what you need to hear to leave your vehicle. Once left. No customer service. All timeliness discussed are out the window. They will.not.pick.up the phone for you. This location has turned me off of Subaru. I can see by all of the negative reviews throughout the many platforms that, by far, i am not alone on this. Nothing will be done because it is on to the next unhappy customer. I hope you guys will take the reviews seriously as this place is a total joke, and the subaru help desk has compete incompetence leading it . First the good: Joshua, the salesman who sold me my Subaru Outback was great. Friendly, helpful and he followed up promptly with me on a couple of matters. Now the bad: I bought my Subaru in late May and still have not received my license plate. The person who handles Titles, Richard Arevalo, sent me paperwork, including a VIN inspection at an Oregon DMV (I moved back to Oregon in September). I did what was asked and sent back the forms 4 weeks ago, along with a note to call me ASAP. I had already left a few messages for Richard and have since called six times, leaving more messages. No call back. I called back and asked to speak to a manager but the phone rang and rang. Apparently they dont have voice mail. I am now frustrated beyond what I ever could have expected. Worst customer service experience in my life. I dont understand why this is so difficult.

Highly professional staff, great to work with. The warranty on my 2017 Subaru Legacy has included some of the best maintenance Ive ever seen on a vehicle. Shockingly, the price of most repairs and maintenance procedures on the vehicle is actually cheaper through this dealer than through an outside mechanic!

I do not recommend this dealership. I have called 8 times in a row, sat with the phone ringing for over a minute each time, sometimes 5 minutes before I was hung up on before anyone even spoke to me, and still no one at any of the extensions will answer my call. Very disappointed in the communication services this dealership provides.

Ive been waiting for 2 months for tint that was promised to me. Everytime I call, they come up with something different, We will tell you tomorrow, let me check with the other Manager, let me check with Accounting. I always have to call them and till this day nothing has been done. Salesman never called me after selling me the car. If I knew this was the type of Customer Care I would be receiving, I wouldve taken my business elsewhere!!!!

I had to take my car in for recall. This Subaru Service department was fantastic. They got me in quickly, attended to some additional things that I needed looked at, found a nail in my tire which they fixed, and gave us a free loaner car while we were having the service dinner. They even checked on some rattles without charging me extra.

I drove 1-1/2 hours to get my outback serviced only to be confronted with a demand to sign a barely legible release and/or hold harmless statement which I declined to sign. They refused to service my vehicle. The document they wanted me to sign stated that I had had time to consult with my attorney, which of course I had not. I have signed less restrictive releases on whitewater rafting trips. Do not do business with these people unless you are willing to sign your rights away.

Long story short we were traveling as a family on our way from New Braunfels to South Padre when our 2012 legacy started acting up. All the dash lights were flashing and the car was not responding. I found Bert Ogden on Google and called them to see if I could bring it in. They were closed which was disheartening. But never the less we dropped the car off and put the keys in the box. Had to get a rent a car and went onto South Padre. We got a call at 8am Monday morning from Nathaniel letting us know the car is in and they are looking it over trying to find out the issue. I was shocked the car was already being looked at. We were worried it would take a while to fix and we only had 4 days. Nathaniel called me back and informed me of the issue and said they had repaired it and said we can pick up the car whenever we like. I let him know that we were on the island and he said not to worry the car is safe and we can pick it up on our way back. He said they will continue to monitor the car to make sure there was no other issues. We enjoyed our vacation and picked up the car, Nathaniel was honest with us, genuinely cared about our issue and helped get our vacation back on track. He even called to make sure we made it back safely. If we ever need anything while in the valley he will be our guy.

Submitted my gap insurance refund February of last year. Still waiting and getting no respond from Mr. Balderas, who I have sent multiple emails and called. Quick to harass a customer when they are going to buy a vehicle, but when a customer requests a refund that is rightfully theirs they avoid paying back. This is beyond appalling from your company.
