Horrible experience. They damaged my wooden front door all because they didn’t know how to correctly open the door to get to the glass. They did tell me they could break the molding of the door but that is different from messing up the door because you are trying to open in a part of the door that doesn’t have molding. But since they actually don’t know anything about how to open wooden doors to get to the glass, they actually broke off a piece of my door.

Okay, wife and I took our ford with a broken slider latch down there. We had new latch but I didnt know how to get the old one off. They took the old one off and installed the new latch and didnt even charge us. I have to say if I need glass work this where I go from now on. Thank you gns

Great service and VERY friendly employees. As a truck driver, Im against the clock. After a delay due to the supplier,once they got my windshield, it was installed very quick. The employees made me feel like family while waiting. Would definitely recommend.

My windshield was cracked they replaced it and virtually no time. I only had to wait an hour for my glass to be installed. Great price quality work.

Went in to get winshed replaced got my car back with damages that the tec wont even own up to my windshield cowl that sits right underneath the glass has clips that hook on belows the class I got it back with all my clips destroyed and broken now I have to waste time and money for a part on my car that they broke I had to miss work just to deal with all this. bottom line avoid this place just go to the professionals

The customer service was just so great!we did have to wait a little but the receptionist was so nice and the waiting area was welcoming. When we did receive our mirror it was perfect,i will be returning for sure.

Excellent service recommends every body need glass done

The experience with this company was horrible, taking weeks to get my shippment done right, first time it got here it was completely wrong. They say they open at 8 but when your the first one scheduled that day the workers dont get here until 11! Then it takes another 2 hrs to install. Just because its the only glass place in Edinburg doesnt mean you should treat your customers like crap and make them wait. Your service needs to change I dont even know how you have been around with your horrible services. I would rather pay more with another company than try and save my hard earned money and use your services.
