My Oil change appointment was taken at the chosen time and service was completed within a 40-45 minute range. The gentleman that took care of my service was one of the most professional young men that I have encountered from various Quick Lane service stations. He answered my questions and his explanations between the different oil-change packages showed his experience with customer service interaction. Will make this my go-to service center even if it’s not the closest one to my home.

The personnel at quick lane were courteous and professional. I had the struts and shocks and a wheel alignment done on my 2014 mustang. The mechanics were meticulous on their approach to repairing my car and ensured my car fixed correctly before it was turned over to me. Great job.

Ive taken several vehicle there and always fast and friendly service. Yesterday I took my truck for an alignment and to purchase a tire. I asked them to check a noise coming from a pulley. When it was done I asked what they found and they said they forgot ro check. As I drove it the alignment seems worse I will drive it for a few days to see if it gets better I still have to go back for my tire.

I have came here in the past months to get my vehicle fixed, which is a 2004 dodge, btw. No problems at all, always professional and know what they’re doing. This review is based on a experience I had yesterday morning between 7am and 10am. During those hours, I was trying to get ahold of quick lane. The number kept patching me through service at hacienda and I kept speaking to the same woman who kept telling me that they don’t service vehicles older than 10 years since mine was a 2004. I stated that I’ve been there before and before I could find out it was services, I asked if I was calling quick lane and she said no. I kept being put on hold, getting the same greeting as if trying to avoid conversation with me. I would get transferred and transferred and transferred and no answer to whoever I was getting transferred to. I used the google chat which is for quick lane and same thing, it’s services with hacienda. I don’t understand why quick lane is given its own number and chat if it’s connected to services at Hacienda and clearly I understand they don’t service other brand vehicles. It was annoying, frustrating, and a waste of time. I ended up calling the quick lane on canton and after the second time, someone picked up, gave me a price and I went straight over there. So from now on I’m taking my services to the one on canton. They’re super nice and helped me out so much with my vehicle.

Great place in them, good customer service and Id like to see them great customers and that was quite a bit because when I walked in I was busy, but I see that everyone was connected and communicating and I was like wow, this is really good customer service. Im going to give you an Excellent job, even she was excellent customer service and took good care of me like her and when I went to get my car, the man also served well

Good customer service and attention to detail. Only thing I did not like is the fact that my car came out of the service bay and I was not notified right away. Had to go and ask for keys myself, probably not a big deal, but something to improve in.

The reviews seem to be correct: this place has great service and doesnt break the bank. Paid 54 bucks for synthetic blend where others charged me 70 bucks for the same, and theyre not as thorough as Quick Lane. Robert was very friendly and informative about how my vehicle was doing, and it didnt seem like he was just doing his job in answering my questions. I felt like he went above and beyond to inform me about and wasnt just trying to have me pay already. Highly recommended for sure!

I love using Quick Lane service although my cars are not Ford but rather Toyota and Lexus. They have great customer service, great service, and quick service. I hate going to the Toyota dealership in Pharr and I rather go to Quick Lane!

We’ll, the customer service is outstanding and the oil change is good but the brake service not so good. I had the brakes replaced in my 2016 F150 approximately 10,000 miles ago, I had the oil changed and brakes checked 5,000 miles ago. Since the oil change and brakes check 5,000 miles ago the brakes squeaked when backing up. Because of COVID, I did not bring it back until time for this oil change (7/19). The mechanic checked and recommended turning the rotors and he did twice. Because you delivered the truck to our house, we did not get a chance to test the brakes. After getting out of the RGV on a 5,000 mile trip we discovered the brakes are HORRIBLE!! Now they not only squeak but grab and the truck lurches each time we stop.Upon our return in about 3 weeks, I will be bringing the truck back so it can be properly repaired.

They did not rotate my tires, I was extremely upset with the service they didn’t provide.

Have been bringing my 2015 ford f-150 for over a year and a half. At first the techician would re-program the oil change notification, but the last two oil changes failed to do so which caused me to exceed the recommended mileage oil change. The last two times i requested for the tech to re-program the oil notification and they said ok. Again it was not done and i passed the oil change.i am gonna bring truck for oil change one more time and speak with the manager if this happens again i will go somewhere else for my oil changes

Technician(s) were not careful and left stain marks on my middle console. Now, its dirty and/or oily. Very unhappy with the professionalism or lack of the service.

It was ok. The only thing I do not agree with is they do not honor the free oil changes that is offered to customers at other Ford dealerships. Ford is Ford and I believe all dealerships should honor what other dealerships offer

Always great service. Takes awhile but they are very thorough. They’ll call on your phone when service is done. You might have enough time to get a bite to eat before it’s ready.

There seems to be an unskilled or rather nonchalant type of customer reps at the desks: twice theyve upcharge me the regular price instead of their promotional price for The Works oil change that I requested from my emails/texts received. On April 15 I had my CABIN AIR filter and Engine air filter replaced and on 24 May service techs recommended my CABIN Air filter because it was very dirty. Thats only a month of in-city driving from work to home to my regular same city visits. I advise anyone to do more talking and have them LISTEN to you more. Good luck

I took my truck to get an oil change. I was told I needed the air filter, I accepted that and it was changed. Disturbingly, I was told I needed new wipers. Hmm! I had them replaced recently somewhere else. Then, I was told I needed a new battery. Hmm! I took my battery to get checked somewhere else. My truck’s battery is in mint condition. What the hec is going on? Are the auto services workers on commission?

This place got me in fast without an appointment on my way back to NC. The service writer I dealt with (I didn’t think to get his name) was very professional. I’ve seen some poorly ran shops (since I’ve been a master tech for over ten years), this guy was one of the best.

This shop is quick and efficient, and helped us get an inspection and some basic maintenance. I cant speak to more complex repairs, but I would certainly go back to them.

I left my car because the engine diagnostic light was on. I already knew the fault code it was giving me. They said they would look into it and diagnose the real problem, if it was a sensor or something else causing the sensor to react etc... I went to pick it up 3 hours later and they could only tell me the fault code I already had. They had no real diagnostic skills. I guess this place is only good for oil changes and nothing else.

Came to get my oil changed. They were able to finish this task within an hour despite having a pretty busy day (lobby was full).

I actually went in because I had a screw on one of my tires. The person that helped me said that they would remove it and see if it went through. Once removed the air came out and they had to patch it. What I liked was that the person kept me informed and showed me that indeed it was punctured. He was real courteous, something that is hard to find now a days.

The young lady that assisted me, I believe here name was Ciara, was extremely professional and friendly. I was probably lucky that when I arrived there werent many ahead of me so I didnt have to wait long. I went in for one of my free oil changes, so I was pleasantly surprised with the other services provided free of charge. Ciara explained in full detail the condition of my truck based on what the technician inspected. She even assisted me in ordering a part I needed.

Service was awesome, Ciara was knowledgeable and professional. She kept me up to date throughout the entire time. I also talked to Hector in regards to new shocks, he is very knowledge and courteous. I would highly recommend this business.
