Dealt with a different small town company before and am still dealing with the horrible experience from a bait and switch situation. Was reluctant to go with ADT because of that, but because my new place came with a preinstalled ADT system I opted to give them a shot for one year... They have been great! I am now nearing my 3rd year with ADT, no longer in any contract, and am very happy! I highly recommend ADT. Just remember to READ EVERYTHING so you know EXACTLY what you are committing to AND Question the length of a contract to get it reduced to something youre comfortable with initially. They were friendly, reasonable, and didnt pull any switch-a-roos with me.

Wanted to express my gratitude for whoever hired Orion. We had recently switched to Spectrum and our alarm was no longer recognized. Orion was very knowledgeable and professional. Took two days to resolve our issue and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of.Kudos Orion!

This is the most unethical security company I have ever dealt with. I signed a three year contract for a given anount. Not even a year into the contract I get an email stating my monthly payment is going up, and it did. So beware!
