I tried ordering a cookie cake & the older woman with black hair was rolling her eyes at me & raising her voice at me for asking her if she had any cookie cakes available. Terrible service. I walked out immediately & I was only in there for about 2 minutes.

I come here often to buy ice cream and cookies great place to unwind on a sunday evening..

So disappointed going to this location. Not only did I see the absence of basic hygiene. Employees with long hair had it dangling over the ice cream. They also used no gloves to scoop up ice cream and as for the “mix ins” ...one strawberry was added. Wow. Never again. -

Their ice cream is made here the cookies are also made here. Glad we came!

Went in to order a cookie cake for my nephews birthday and the old lady there was totally rude not just to me but to the 2 young guys working there. Had high hopes but I wont be going back.

Ice cream is very good but their waffle cones are made too narrow (small) unlike other marble slabs Ive been to. So towards the bottom of the cone its just two layers of cone and very little ice cream.

This is the best tasting ice cream in the RGV! The strawberry tastes divine. It is a bit pricey but once in a while you deserve a great tasting treat.

Great food. But it is kinda dirty inside. Not really bad but maybe they could have someone mop and wipe the tables down a little bit better. All in all. I would go back every time no matter because I love the service and the ice cream..yumm

This place is like old reliable. Its a place to chill with friends on a late weekend night or in the middle of a hot summer day. The store is clean and kept up. The owner is very friendly and courteous as well as the rest of the employees. The ice cream is good and comparable to that of Ben & Jerrys and Coldstone Creamery. My only gripe is the price. I purchased a regular size cone, coffee flavored ice cream with oreo cookie crumbs and the total came out to $8! To me that is ridiculously overpriced. For that reason and that reason only, I will not be a frequent customer.

My son says he liked his ice cream which was strawberry cotton candy with m&ms mixed .. I originally ordered it on a chocolate cone but as the girl was making it and putting it on the cone it was melting. Now I understand its ice cream and yes it melts but it should not be melting before its even given to the customer. I ended up getting it on a cup instead and I was not even given a fresh batch it was just thrown into a cup half melted. That was my main issue.. Baskin Robbins nor dairy Queen serve melted ice cream. Better to go to those joints.

Delicious ice cream! Lots of flavors and will modify any menu item for you! The employees are so nice and helpful, their patience for out of towners is astounding!

Really good stuff, but it’s expensive. Ice cream is super overpriced, $18 for two waffle cones. Can it get any more expensive ? We just went there once and never again.

A long Hair was in Vanilla Cinammon ice cream. I told employee about it, he just removed it and left ice cream there to sell. Told him ice cream should be discarded, reply was its not allowed.

Theres like, this middle aged lady with black hair, I dont know if shes the franchise owner or something, but she seemed really reluctant giving me the ice cream fillings I was asking for. She just plain had a very cold, off-putting attitude, made me feel like my business wasnt welcome. Ive gone to several Marble Slabs across the Valley, and never experienced anything like this. Both my wife and I were very surprised and confused at our experience here.

The ice cream is soo rich & creamy! definitely a great variety of flavors AND toppings! it always satisfies my ice cream craving. as for the cookies theyre good. Nothing super special since the price is pretty high but once ina while theyll have a good amount of variety
