Ordered 6 powdered 6 glazed donuts from nice lady she gave quick service. I pass into drive-thru.

Flies!!!! There were Flies on the donuts…. The donuts should be in a glass case, protected against insects…Unfortunately, customers at the drive thru window can’t see the flies… Always go inside to see what you buy.

Went through the drive through which I dont mind it was that they had none of the donuts I wanted I asked for fritter they didnt have it I asked for the glazed holes they didnt have it I asked to get a small of the frap and guess what they dont have it I dont get donuts often but when I do it will not be Shipley

Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. I like that they have fresh bread every day and throughout the day. They have different options of donuts. My favorites are the sugar donuts

Last night I tried to get doughnuts it was 8:30 and I was at the window until 9:00 there was a lady inside and I could visibly see she was trying to ignore me at the window she did not bother to come and ask anything or take my order. It wasnt even closing time it was 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING.I ended up driving off since I was not given any service, if there was an option for half a star i would have selected it because of such a disrespectful employee not wanting to serve the public which she was hired to do.

Very good baked goods, coffee, and hot chocolate! When ever you feel that your bored and have the munchys, Shipleys is the place to visit.

Its been a rough few weeks and my mom wanted something sweet. So I got her a half dozen of mixed donuts. Mmm delicious! Great customer service at the store in Edinburg. Very nice. Chocolate and cherry are gine. Two glazed and a cherry filled and kemon filled left. Yummy yummy for my tummy!

I love donuts and coffee! The shop is small but clean, indicative of every other ones Ive ever visited. The staff is friendly and the shop is located conveniently by my apartment. You cant go wrong with Shipleys!

Almost never has variety. It seems as if they make only one batch in morning because sometimes they dont have but 3-4 different ones after 4

Pretty good glazed donuts. Would of given 4 stars if their hours were 24/7 or at least a little longer. Although understandable, its not open to us night owls as many other donut shops are.

This place is great! The staff are among the most friendliest people Ive ever met (especially Blanca), the space is very aesthetic and always spotless & clean, and the prices are very affordable. I come here every weekend to study and I always look forward to it. Every table has plenty of wall outlets beside it, the large windows let plenty of natural sunlight in, and if you have Spectrum, you can use your log-in info to connect to the WiFi Hotspot (which is what I do). Really surprised more students dont come study here. This Shipleys is a great spot to grab a coffee and read, get homework done, or simply enjoy a conversation with someone :)

I have purchased kolaches from this store twice within the year. Both times the kolaches were cold and somewhat overcooked (really brown). They tasted like they were not fresh and more like they were a day old. The donuts were okay, which is why I gave an extra star.Do not come here for kolaches.

Fresh donuts good service

Shipley Do-nuts have Donuts that taste good even when they arent fresh. Cake like donuts are all delicious as well as the filled donuts. The service is always really friendly and the coffee is pretty cheap. Great location!

This Shipleys is the best donut place in Edinburg. Whenever me or any of my friends are craving donuts this is my go to place.

My kid and I love this place.. our Tia Blonca is absolutely amazing and makes everyone that walks in here feel like home

Good variety

The donut Shop was clean & the staff was friendly and efficient. We ordered three different donuts, two of them cream-filled. To our disappointment they were not cream but more of a marshmallow filling. All three did not seem to be completely cooked which lessened our experience at Shipley. I dont have donuts often so I was a bit disappointed.

Yes! We can finally enjoy the awesomeness of Shipley Do-nuts without having to drive half an hour! This location is new and cozy just like the one on 10th. The staff is friendly and the donuts are fresh as expected. Lots of parking area and its right off of University.

Very disappointed in the service today. I was inline to get my order, and by the time I got to the window, the employee did not open because it was 10:00. She only helped the car in front of me but didn’t help me or the others behind me. She could have at least said sorry we are closed.

I am giving this location a 3 stars rating because the donuts are amazing but the kolaches are horrible. They are not warmed up at all. Cold kolaches taste gross. The bread overwhelms it especially because there is hardly any cheese and ham in it. Yikes!

The 3 times that we have gone there, they either dont have any glazed donuts and when they did have some, they came with little glaze. The other times, they are always out of certain donuts.. Go figure. We love Shipleys though, we just go to the one in McAllen.

The staff was nice enough but the ham kolaches were a single slice of deli ham and very little cheese. Mostly just bread and in no way worth the price. The filled donuts barely had any filling. A lot left to be desired at this location.
