I am very disappointed in this location. Over the past year I have had nothing buy problems. Very crowded aisles. Zero bags of chicken hay in the aisles. Today I went and waited 30 minutes to ask about it. Nobody at the service desk yet there is a computer kiosk with a credit card machine. Thats lovely, replacing service with automation. I then proceeded to the check stands. Only two cashiers, both taking forever with customers, zero willingness to help. I will never again spend my money here.

Hardware store made to fulfill all of the farmers needs

3/18/21Ticket: 651886You have these cute tractors in the front for kids and I looked through them for a while choosing what I wanted for my son. Cashier Lourdes dosnt find a tag on one of the tractors and switches it. I come home and its broken on the wheel. Im disappointed.... no I cant go and switch it. She shouldnt have done that she saw how long It took me to choose them. And she just finds one with the barcode but no front wheel... its also sharp... so... that sucks

My husband and I traveled six hours to Edinburg to purchase a large item. One employee told us that the merchandise would be available the next morning. The manager rudely commented the following day that the employee who may have said that would come in later but she made no effort in confirming it nor did she provide a solution. She lacked professionalism and failed to represent the Tractor Supply Company with integrity and commitment. The fact that some customers have dealt with challenges during this COVID-19 environment is obviously not being considered by this company. As a customer, I impress upon you to train your team members about courtesy, professionalism, representing your agency, and familiarizing themselves with your companys products to ensure standard goals are addressed.

Store personnel, including the store manager, have extremely poor customer service skills. They dont take the time to listen and are abrasive when responding to any questions. I decided to purchase a tractor and other large items elsewhere to ensure I was provided with good quality customer service.

I find it frustrating when you order something curbside and they dont have it. Their inventory is definitely off. If it says they have something in stock for pickup today they probably dont. I will look for other options before TS from now on.

I love Tractor Supply! Its got the feed I need for my horse, pig, chickens, and dogs. I love that its open till 9pm, unlike other feed stores. I also use the fencing to keep my pens and yard fence up to date. The prices are more than reasonable and the staff is excellent.

Never had a problem with anything at allIm like a kid in a candy store. Great service over all.

I was socially distancing and was barked at like I was a trained dog by their employee. I told him that I didnt like his attitude and that he would need to put up my items and left. I ordered my items from Amazon

I enjoy going there, they have everything I need, they do need more employees, sometimes I have to load my 50lb bag of dog food. Other than that, its a great store to shop

The worst customer service!!! I called to get some information, before I made the drive. The first time I called someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back and a girl answered I told her what happened with the 1st call and she just said oh, and completelyignoredwhat I said. She basically shrugged her shoulders. So I proceeded to ask for the information I needed. I was put on hold for 11 minutes just to be transferred to an automated line. I hope that the managers at this business know how their employees treat the customers and hopefully get this corrected. If you dont like your job, then dont work there. To top it off, Ive never been to this store before after this I will not be spending my money here. Im so disappointed.

Went to buy some brass water hose repair kit (female end). I am from Mission TX but our TS did not have them. I looked on-line and this TS showed about 14 in stock. There were none in stock and when I asked their stock worker if they had any, she looked on her hand-held scanner and confirmed their website had 14 of them. But she said dont pay attention to it and that they were out of them.

They had almost everything I needed but no hydrated lime for pest control. Their herb plants were watered and cared for. They were selling chicks and the area was super well kept and the chicks were well cared for. They had visible signs for orders of chicks and ducks, did not know they sold ducks and I use to work there. They had enough staff to get help and they answered their phone when I called before going, just took too long to get my answers answered so I hung up and drove over and didnt have the lime Ineeded. .

Live chickens & ducks every spring. Aside from farm supplies they have much more. If youve never been here and are into gardening, mechanic work, or just a handyman check it out.

I love my tractor supply store! They always have a lot of options for everything Im looking for, theyre an awesome country style store!

Tractor Supply Company is working its way into one of my favorite stores. I originally came here when I found out they carried Earthborn dog food (which came highly recommended from a pet expert i know). They have a great selection of pet and animal items in addition to other farm-working merchandise. I thoroughly enjoy seeing what they have to offer. The service there has also been good in my experience.

I love going there, love the cute country vibe decor for my home..has all the feed and pet supplies u need..only problem is they are understaffed. The personnel they have are doing the best they can, but its not enough. This is causing poor customer service. I hope they can help their employees out and hire more staff. I will keep going.

Not bad after the quarantine was lifted. Only 1 cashier which did delay the checling out process. Friendly staff.

This place is a Joke they rather lose a sale then to lend you a cart to take out your purchase. They don’t deserve a star at all

Worst experience I had in the store.(bad customer service by employees) Sadly my last time there I will no longer be spending my money there. I will drive a few more miles down the road . Dont even deserve the one star!

Girl at register was on her phone the whole time, I oreded online and took me longer to get my order than to get in line to pay. Customer service was terrible. Dont understand point of having to order online. Not again!

The only cashier they have doesn’t have a clue about ANYTHING!!! I walked around the store for an hour nobody asked if I needed help, I finely found an employee and asked him for help and he said that wasn’t his department and he would send someone over to help, I waited 15 min nobody showed up, took a few small items I had and headed for the register, 5 people in line, the guy at the register could not figure out a price or was having some other issues, keeps calling on intercom for help, 5min no help yet, put my items down and walked out NEVER TO RETURN!!!!

Good service, great prices and extensive merchandise available. Love this place. We have dogs, cats, guinea pigs and chickens and they have everything we need. They even sold us the chickens.

Love this store !! They have interesting farm/country merchandise. Wrangler jeans for the whole family and other clothing. Worth taking the time for browsing . . or buying!!

Enjoy shopping at TSC! Maybe I better back up here a little bit. There is one humongous pet peeve with Edinburg TSC. Every time I go to the bolt and nut section I have to look thru almost every drawer to find what Im looking for and nothing is hardly ever in its right full place that is if they have it. Its very time consuming! THANK YOU!

I drove 21 miles one way to get propane and no one in the store is certified to operate the propane station. The assistant manager cannot call anyone to operate it, or probably will not call. This is incompetent management! For a chain store like this its likely incompetence runs up the chain!

Went online first to see if they had the product I was looking for in the store and it said they did. I drive all the way over there and guess what?? Nope!! Theyre out. 😣 Luckily the sales guy told me a store down the road that had the product I was looking for and it was cheaper.
