So, I call to tell them our company needs to be serviced........and I mention that we have 5 tanks that the driver has red tagged and said he was going to be replacing. I asked the lady on the phone why they havent been replaced and she IMMEDIATELY gets and attitude!!!! And then she tells me that we need to call in to replace the tanks, which is fine but their DRIVER never said ANYTHING to us about that! So, I ask her, why the driver never mentioned that to us.......and with an ATTITUDE, she yells and tells me she doesnt know. LONG STORY SHORT..............they need to teach their office people PROPER PHONE ETIQUETTE!!!!!!!!

First, the guys that come out in the trucks are great. They explain well, and are helpful. However, the call center/office people are lacking. We bought our home with an AAAANCIENT propane tank. It was dirty, the cover for the gauge was loose and it was very difficult to read the gauge through the dirt and grime. We asked for a new tank, they basically said no. they said in order to clean it and repair it, it had to go down to zero. We let it go down to zero, and then they said it would be almost $500 to fill it because of penalties for letting it go empty. Plus, they wanted to charge like $2.80 for propane, and hino sells 20lb refills for 12 bucks (2.60 a gallon). So we ended service - electric might *sometimes* be more expensive, but its far less of a hassle (and less ugly than a hulking rusted post-apocalyptic tank hanging out next to my house).

Blanca (office secretary) is always courteous and professional. The men who come out to fill the tanks are quick and efficient.
