Reservation was simple and on pickup the employee was very helpful and polite

Albert from Day one has always kept us abreast of any changes or up grade that the facility may be going through, always ensuring our property is well secured and that our safety while at the facility is paramount. Couldn’t ask more from and Manager. He has distinguished himself in so many ways. A true professional when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. No one in office to recieve truck even though hours say 9 .

I have had my personal items stored here for over a year and I have not once ever encountered any issues. The property is always clean and maintained. Both Albert and Randy have been very professional and have shown the utmost courtesy and customer service when speaking to them. They have gone over and above during this pandemic to assure me that my items would be safe and offered payment options to ensure my health safety, as well as theirs. I highly recommend this storage business when looking for a storage unit.
