I worked with Nate to purchase my vehicle. Because of the pandemic, I didnt communicate in person with Nate before picking up my new Leaf. However, Nate was super responsive to my texts and phone calls and made it exceptionally easy for me to feel supported, understood and comfortable buying my new car through electronic communications. My electrician asked me a lot of questions about the Leaf charging system, and Nate helped by sending me images of the plug and information about amperage via text. When Nate and I were on the phone together, he was so kind and took his time with me. Nate is also just a really kind guy, and his ability to connect is one of his strengths.

My mom traded in her car for a 2022 pathfinder at Nissan in Edmonds the staff here is so friendly! My mom wanted to buy her first 3 years ago she wasn’t able too on her own due to having no credit. They understood and still helped us out. Awhile later my mom was able to get the car she really wanted and Ava made sure it had everything she was looking for and was super kind and helpful in the process. It means a lot to my mom and I that she had patience and took her time to explain everything well, due to Spanish being her first language. Please ask for Ava when you come here she will get you what you need!!!

This was my first experience purchasing a BRAND NEW car- I worked with Ava when I came in to test drive a 2020 Rogue, and she informed me that a 2021 was going to cost around the same amount of money and was re-designed. I wasn’t ready to buy yet, and she was great! I felt no pressure to stay or that she “had to make a sale”. She assured me that I would be taken care of if/when I chose to come back. I came back two days later, 3 minutes before closing 🤪 Luckily Johnnie was kind enough to answer some quick questions and gave me his information to come in when he could dedicate more time to me the next day. I came in the next day, “guns blazing” with my questions about the 2021 Rogue and he answered every one of them with such patience. We worked out a no-pressure deal, and I couldn’t be happier ! I got my first car here from Ava Ewa Z!! I love my Nissan rogue 2019. However, gas has gone up so I decided to change to an electric car. I call and then that same day they told me to come in I sat down with Ava explained to her what I needed and within minutes she let me see the Nissan leaf let me drive it. I brought my car in for a routine inspection while waiting for a replacement key to be programmed. I was expecting, at most, a suggestion to change my wiper blades, so I was shocked to discover that I needed new brakes, front and back. I’m still amazed how John from the Service Dept was able to deliver the news with sensitivity as well as a timeline to help mitigate the cost that day. Then I was offered a loaner car for free (which is probably a standard service but one I really appreciated after such bad news). John called me early the next morning to say the car was ready for pick up. While I would have much rather spent the money on dresses, at least now I know the car is safe to drive and the process was as painless as it could have been.

First off I want to say the people that work here are amazing. I’ve always been treated nicely. The reason for the 1 star is because of a flaw in their operations. I called in the morning to schedule an oil change. Receptionist answers the phone and transfers me to service.I was on hold for a few minutes then get transferred back to the receptionist as none picked up. This happens a few times and the receptionist asks if I would like a call back or if I would like to continue to hold. I told the Receptionist that I didn’t mind holding and that I would probably be their best friend as I felt I would get transferred back in a few minutes. I live a few miles away so I decided to drive over while still holding. I patiently wait and wait to speak to someone. I am politely greeted and I asked the representative if there was anyone on hold. I was told no one is on hold. That’s where I picked up my phone and showed them I’ve been on hold for almost 40 minutes. They weren’t even made aware. That’s very disappointing to witness as a client. The company should consider addressing this as i imagine this is not the first time someone has been on hold and the receiving end was never aware.

Ava was the best car sales person Ive ever worked with. I had told her I was looking for a car due to a recent accident and she was the only sales person (I had been to several other dealerships) that asked if I was ok. She was very relaxed and quite knowledgeable as she showed me all the features the 2019 Rouge has. I felt absolutely no pressure. After my test drive, I knew this was The One, and she walked me through the process so smoothly. Jesse did the financing, which also was so quick and smooth. Ill definitely be back when Im in the market for a car.

I test drove a car that didnt meet my personal requirements for a car and passed but told Aaron to contact me if anything came in around the same price range that met my needs. Super duper helpful, especially Eva! I needed a used car, found one on the web site, called, and she had it ready to view in under an hour. She LOVES cars-this is obvious, and she is extremely knowledgeable. My new to me car isn’t showroom perfect as it’s a retired rental, but you wouldn’t know the difference: the detailing department knows their stuff. Was so impressed I got the service package, which gives me great peace of mind as I roam about the Pacific Northwest and beyond-cannot wait for winter in Montana. (Of course it’s a Subaru). Would highly recommend paying Eva a visit if you need a car, and not a hard-pushy sales job.

In all our years we avoid purchasing cars at dealerships. We went to Campbell Nissan of Edmonds this past weekend, and we are very glad we did. Nate, our sales representative was very laid back, (we felt no pressure to buy) and we appreciated that. We felt Nate had our best interest/intention in mind. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned Honda Fit for my wife (she loves it!), and I upgraded my old Nissan Leaf to a newer one. We bought 2 cars!

I purchased my 2016 Altima here, and had that Altima and my 2017 Sentra serviced at Campbell for years. I recently traded those vehicles in for a pair of new Maximas, (from another dealership) but ran into a Key System Error on one of the vehicles. (only 750 miles on the odometer) I approached the service department to troubleshoot the problem, but was met with apathy by the current staff. It was like I was a burden to them. I was told that despite the car being near brand new, the first thing I needed to do was change the battery in all the key fobs. ($6 /ea x 3) After that, I would have to pay $120 to START the diagnosis problem.I feel victimized and abandoned by a company that refuses to stand by the quality of their brand.After years of being a dedicated Nissan owner, I finally understand that this company absolutely DOES NOT CARE about customer loyalty. I guess I shouldnt be surprised, because this is why I switched from being a long time Toyota customer too.Take my advice... avoid this dealership, and the Nissan brand that doesnt seem to produce quality vehicles anymore.

This was my first visit to this dealership for an oil change and it was pretty pricey. They didnt offer any promotions, but I was able to find a coupon online... Even with a coupon I found online, a simple oil change came out to over $70. They included a $3 charge for Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order, which they confirmed were for nuts, bolts, washes... new items Ive never been charged for by other establishments. Complimentary services like car wash & vacuum need to be inquired about.. its not offered, which rubs me the wrong way, especially for a over $70 oil change. So, for the price & service, I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Its too expensive & I can find affordable places elsewhere who can do just as good of a job. $70 Lesson Learned!

Great buying experience through Johnnie Lamm. I live in Southern Oregon and purchased a used 2011 Frontier that was in pristine shape. Johnnie was super helpful on the phone and we took care of most of the paperwork over email. When I drove up with my trade-in, the rest took about 1 hour and I had a beautiful preowned truck in almost brand new condition. Johnnie is super friendly and really earned my trust. We called to inquire about the car when we saw it online and we were lucky that Aaron answered the phone. Buying a used car is so much harder than buying a new one as you just dont know what youre getting, but Aaron was so helpful throughout the whole process. I unexpectedly found myself shopping for a preowned vehicle after a recent car accident totaled my previous vehicle. I had done several hours of research/shopping online but had also visited a few used car lots and dealerships before going to Campbell Nissan. Yes, the first thing that drew me to their dealership was that they had a pre owned vehicle I was interested in. But once I was there, EVERYONE I came into contact with was super friendly and low pressure. It didnt feel like a typical car dealership. I had called earlier that morning and spoken with Brad who confirmed the car was still available and said he would have it pulled out and ready for me. Within 15 minutes of being there, I was already out for a test drive. Brad very patiently answered questions about the car and even helped me troubleshoot a Bluetooth issue and he never once seemed rushed. There was a little back and forth when agreeing on a price but never any pushing or pressure to buy. I had a tight budget and did not want to finance but we were able to agree on a fair price in a very short amount of time. It took a little bit of time to get all the paperwork in line but I also repeatedly told them I was in no hurry and that they could help other people as they needed; I know they would have gotten me out of there much sooner if I had been on a schedule. In the end, John O in finance got all the paperwork together for me (even though I wasnt financing - thanks John!) and got me on my way. He was excellent and made sure to keep me updated on how things were going and how much longer it would be.I probably looked at hundreds of cars online and visited around 10-15 lots/dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted and the type of people I wanted to purchase from. Campbell Nissan were EXACTLY the people I wanted to purchase from: super friendly, no pressure, knowledgeable, fair, efficient and community focused. I can tell you from experience, this is very hard to find!

The headlights stayed on instead of auto shut off after I exited the vehicle. They did their analysis and said I need a new control computer costing $1100 and its not worth doing on my car. They charged me $157 for the analysis and told me to just turn off the lights manually. Over the next year, with my two sons using my car, the battery went flat twice when they forgot to turn off the lights. Eventually I figured out the problem was with the door light switch, not the control computer. I took the car there and I they had no idea the switch was connected to the headlights. It took me 45 minutes for me to convince them. Finally, they said they would change out the switch for $35 - a special price for me. I would have to take the car there and leave it for an hour (two hour total round trip.) They refused to do it for free even though I had already paid them $157 for a false diagnosis and I had suffered one year of inconvenience. I said no thanks and bought one online for $19 and changed it myself - literally one screw and 2 minutes work.UPDATE 6/30/2021: Campbell Nissan contacted me and made it right. Thanks John F.

I have been coming here for a while for regular maintenance on my vehicle. They always do great work, however, they are unable to provide a safe space for customers to wait for maintenance. Staff at the parts counter do not wear masks, one wears a mask on his chin. They do put masks on if they leave the counter, but do not think to pull them up when they cough. This is happening directly beside of the customer waiting area. About half of the mechanics working on vehicles are not wearing masks either. Again, the service is good, but you should absolutely not wait on site.

We bought a truck from Brad on 11/24. He was nothing but kind, helpful and caring through the whole process. Never once did he pressure us into the sale which was the best part and why we even considered staying long enough to look over numbers with him. Of course buying a car is a whole process and takes almost all of your day, but Brad and Jesse made it feel we weren’t there for more than an hour or two. The whole process has been the easiest for us so far, and I would recommend to anyone, friend, family or my own clients to visit them. They will continue to have our business.

Omg! Brad was the representative who assisted my sister with a 2015 Leaf. We made contact a week before expressing interest yet was not able to test drive until yesterday, and by this time we knew so much about the car and felt that I had a friend at Campbell Nelson. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and make arrangements to meet the day that was best suited for our schedule. Very professional and informative. We came with a checklist after doing much research on this car, he was so patient.The car was available when we arrived. While it looked amazing they still had it sanitized and an exterior wash before I left. It received an A+ from the 3rd party vehicle inspection used. My sister received fair pricing and trade in negotiations.Bottom line is that we would recommend Campbell Nelson to all our friends and family. If you go ask for Brad, you will not be disappointed.

I came here for an oil change today. I normally dont write reviews, but I have to do it as I had an amazing experience here today! The front desk clerk, Stetson was super professional, polite and friendly. 5star customer service!! I was not sure about bringing my 3 year old son with me as he gets restless, but I am glad I did, as he also enjoyed being there. He got to see cool Nissan cars at their showroom right next to the waiting room, also he could see my car getting checked up through a large window in the waiting room. AND, he got a special present from Stetson, the Nissan toy car for kids! As to an oil change, their technician created a video copy of the inspection on my car to share with me. I also saw him sanitizing every parts of my car he touched at the end. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! It cost me only $50 including tax as I had a $25 off coupon. I highly recommend this place! Nissan is the best!!!!!!

Im really sick and tired of going in for an oil change only to try and get convinced to spend more money on things I dont need. I understand sales, but in service? Come on man, stop this. Bad tactics and Im not spending any money there to get things fixed. Way too expensive with the labor.

I had my car serviced here. I’ve been taking my Rogue here since we moved to the area in late 2017. The service department has always impressed me. They are very thorough, cheerful, and explain the service to me in terms I can understand. They also do a good job of keeping me updated on services my car will need in the future, like brakes and tires. This helps me budget and avoid surprises.

I had AAA tow my car in, this was my first time there. I thought my transmission need help, but it wasnt the transmission! They were honest and that, to me is the most important thing and very much appreciated! The folks were nice, I was traveling at the time and not able to get there to pick it up until a day later, they kept it with no problems and no attitude. First time I can remember leaving a Dealership, not regretting it. Great experience!
