I’m so glad I went to this store! The reps here are super knowledgeable and helpful! We encountered many problems while transferring from prepaid account to postpaid, involving market place changes as well. But the store rep here was very knowledgeable and successfully navigated through the complicated process!

Clerks were ready to help as soon as I came in, and they had great promos available for upgrading my phone. The guy also updated my bill so that it was easier to understand, and switched me over to the Unlimited plan for less money. Im really enjoying my new Note20 5G!

Had 2 unlucky times to interract with this AT&T provider - horrible service. Reps are not willing to help you. Was asking about 3G network shutdown and got literally no information what to do, and why my device has to be replaced, even it shows it support 4G. Bad service AT&T.

AT&T wanted to us to go to a store to shut our account down and transfer our numbers. The people on the phone call wasted our time. They really made it hard to close our accounts on purpose. The store people were really helpful and even they were annoyed why they sent us to the store.

Corey and Zach are very professional with wonderful customer service. I’m sure no one looks forward to going to the AT&T store, normally I find it to be quite a chore. These guys had answers to all my questions, were very courteous, and had me laughing the whole time. They bring a refreshing atmosphere to the store and are the only two guys I’d be willing to work with for any phone needs.

The employees and management at this location are a step above the rest. Mischa (sorry for hacking the spelling) was exceptional and helped me get exactly what I wanted and save some money at the same time. He went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted (which is rare because im normally an A-hole). Matt the manager was also very helpful and was very great to Mischa (always nice seeing great leadership and a helpful manager). Either way, if you are an At&t Customer or thinking about signing up, go to this location over the others. Thanks for everything guys!

The people who work at this AT&T are friendly, outgoing, funny, and super helpful- all at the same time! Going into a phone store can be daunting or intimidating, but the moment we walked into this AT&T branch, we were greeted with kindness and an easy-going staff that immediately made us feel at ease. Plus they asked if we were teachers, making sure to let us know that there was a discount we could apply to our plan.

I had a great experience here. It’s under new management and from beginning to end, the visit could not have gone better. Matthew helped me sign up and get all the deals and discounts I was eligible for. The store was clean and easy to find. The customer service was exceptional. I brought in my own phones to have configured on the AT&T network. That is problematic because they arent really responsible for the equipment - just the network. None the less, they have been incredibly helpful and continue to be - regarding questions on my own equipment -because I am now considered part of the family. I can count on one hand (even if I had two missing fingers) the number of places that operate that way anymore. Amazing!

Not very helpful. Not particularly friendly either. And instead of having questions answered I found myself arguing to see a brand that I was interested in rather than what they were pushing. A youngish guy with long muddy colored hair (been at this store for quite some time) was reluctant to get out of his seat to assist once it was established that I would not view the product he and his coworker were pushing. He was just short of hostile in attitude and seemed to know very little about phones. Also I again found my self arguing about what I wanted- This time not brands but features. Lousy store and lousy staff.

I would like to thank Jeff. My day was already frustrated, with issues I have with my phone but Jeff took the time to help me up with a smile and a great customer service. I stopped at a different location where they told me they couldn’t help me I asked if can used there phone since my phone was not working calling out and they tell me there phone was not workin! I left and came to this store since Jeff has helped me before and there Jeff help me up to resolve the issue from my phone . Thank you Jeff you make my day . Your staff members were so helpful, especially when you consider that Im still a fairly new smart phone user (retiree), so I dont possess the font of knowledge the younger generation does.I was told up front exactly what I would need from my former carrier; it helped the process go through quite smoothly.The one difference I feel you should advertise is that your system covers North America. AT&T is only my 3rd service provider. The first wanted me to wait a year before they would even consider calls to Canada; the second did OK with just to-and-from Canada, but failed when it came to Canada-to-Canada calls; last trip, my family and I had such a hard time connecting. So even if Im only saving $5/mo., the N.American coverage is, to me, worth every penny.

We went in to the ATT store on a Saturday afternoon to switch me to my husband plan and get a new iPhone. The place was super packed and we had to wait a while with our 10 week old newborn. Matthew the sales manager was awesome at letting people know they were going as fast as they can. When we got up there Matthew was so accommodating and acknowledging of our sleeping baby. Our transaction was not easy and took a very long time due to some issues on my end with our other phone service. He kept a great attitude and was super helpful and funny for the whole transaction. It was an experience that could have gone south if it weren’t for the excellent customer service.

My husband and I currently have Verizon. We are looking to swap providers and Ive never had AT&T so I thought Id check it out. When we arrived at the store, there was only one employee who was helping another couple at the time. The employee never said hi or he would be with us in a moment. We sat with our 3 year old daughter waiting for quite some time. As we watched this couple laughing and watching videos with the employee instead of him doing his work he finally noticed we were actually there and came over. Not so great attitude. No smile, seemed irritated to help us. Trying to charge 210 for 2 lines and thats with no credit check. No thanks, we paId 180$ for 3 lines at Verizon, and thats with the monthly phone payments. Now down to 120$ for 3 lines now that the phones are paid off. Very bad service at this location. Id hope that other locations are a lot more friendly and know how to do their job. Will not be back here.

I bought a new phone online to replace my broken screen, and was having trouble gwttige it set up. I went to my local ATT store and was helped by Jeff. He was super effecient in setting up the new phone. We had some great conversations while the new phone transferred all of the data. When all was done I asked how much it would be and he told me nothing. This was a big surprise as I was wxpexpect an activation fee. Very pleased with my trip there as I have always been. This is a much better place to go compared to the corporate stores. A much more perosabl feel.

A few years ago I bought an Iphone from this dealer when it was located in a strip mall. I received my phone immediately, but when I synced it to my computer the phone freaked out and died. I brought the phone to the dealer, and they were completely unwilling to help me with my problem. I spent the next two days going from apple store to at&t dealer trying to get someone to replace my phone I had bought one day earlier.A week ago I bought an Iphone 6+ from the at&t retailer in my area. I found out that this was in fact the same authorized dealer that i had dealt with years ago. I figured since it was a new store, maybe they would do a better job at helping me, unfortunately I was too optimistic. I was told that my phone would be shipped within 1-3 weeks. After waiting a week and checking on the status of the order, I was told that my order had been pushed back by a month. They also gave me no indication that after that month expires that I would not be pushed back another month. I am tired of dealing with this dealer. This retailer (which is not a real AT&T store) was dishonest about shipping dates, now I am out four hundred dollars, and I have no idea when I am actually going to get a phone. Anyone reading this should stay as far away as possible from this store in order to avoid a great deal of frustration.

I have come to this store numerous times. They are friendly, but completely incompetent. Every time we have had an issue, they have given us incorrect information. The most recent transaction resulted in nearly 45 minutes of waiting for them to replace a broken phone. The one we chose was advertised in the store for $150. When they rang it up it was over $250. No manager was on duty to fix it, so we were told they would hold it for us, but we would need to come back. When we came back 2 days later, we were told that the higher price was correct and there was nothing they could do. This is the last time we will be coming to this store, and may be the last straw for our AT&T experience.

Shameful experience. Management should re-train their staff in customer relations if they would like to represent the company appropriately.Upon entering, I was immediately told, in a rude tone, that the staff member checking out the only customer in the store was the only one there all day and would not be able to assist me for several hours. Bear in mind he did not ask what I needed help with. As I was ready to leave, another staff member walked in. I asked if he could help with a cracked screen protector. He selected one from the wall and said “here’s the price tag”. I wasn’t asked where I purchased my original protector or a possible warranty. I have an iPhone 8 so the protector was only on for 10 months. It’s on me that I didn’t consider the warranty. So, I purchased the screen protector for $49.95 and waited 15 minutes for it to be applied.That is enough to have a negative experience. BUT...as I was leaving, I was told to register my new protector by having “one of my grandkids help me”. I whirled around and said: “How do you know I have grandkids?” THAT COMMENT IS INEXCUSABLE AND INSULTING. It’s ageist, inappropriate, and the equivalent of asking someone if they’re pregnant if they have a plump belly. Furthermore, there was no apology, just a stunned look.Will never return. Suggest others avoid this store.

I came to this store looking to swap my services from Verizon due to the lack of data and the extreme prices of Verizon. I chose to try the AT&T unlimited plan which includes DirecTV and AT&T Wireless. The service for AT&T was great but I gotta say, I was not a fan of the DirecTV. It did not offer Pac12 network and also the guide and menu screen felt very outdated. (Like something from the 1990s) I was told by all the reps at the store that if I did not like the services, I would be allowed to return all my equipment (within 14 days) and I would be charge a flexed amount for the time I had the services. I understood that I would still have to pay for all the one time charges, and installment fees. After about 12 days I was not very happy with the DirecTV and my roommates were having a hard time adjusting to the outdated DirecTV menu and guide. I decided it was not for me, so I went back to return everything. When I got to the store, returning the AT&T wireless was a breeze, but when it came to the DirecTV, it was a whole different story. I was told by the reps there that I would be charge a $400+ early cancellation fee. I asked them why they would tell me that I had 14 days to try out my services and if I didnt like it, I would be able to return it with no penalties. The response I got was Sorry, I didnt know DirecTV doesnt follow the 14 day return policy. You were told the wrong information, Ill make sure to tell the rest of my coworkers that DirecTV doesnt follow the same return policy as AT&T Wireless. I was furious. Not only did they tell me the wrong information when I got the service, but the rep that helped me acquire the service was no longer employed at this certain store. They basically told me since she was no longer employed there anymore, theres nothing they could do but file a corporate complaint. So I decided to follow up with a corporate complaint and I left all my information and billing information with the rep and he told me that he would get a hold of me once he hears back from corporate about my complaint within 3 business days. (Wednesday 11/16/2016) TWO WHOLE WEEKs pass and I still get no call back or response about my corporate complaint. The amount of professionalism and knowledge at this AT&T store is second to none. If you want to get AT&T or DirecTV, I HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO ANOTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER SO YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION and not be and afterthought just because the rep that helps, is no longer employed there. Nice people, but lack of knowledge of the return policies is very discouraging.

Pre ordered an iPhone 7 plus, but send me an I phone7, because the worker did some mistakes when I order it, then after recived the phone, I went to this store to return it, they told me I had to go to Alderwood mall att to return it, but after I went to the att, I was told actually I can just return it any post office.
