Never open for donation! Constantly closing their donation line outside throughout the day, so annoying! Even when you call ahead to see of their line is open they dont know if it is or when it will open again. Go somewhere else thats reliable if you want to donate.
All organized. Even tho its a thrift store. You can also find amazing things! Ty he bathrooms are open and the cashiers are fast.
Best place to buy books. I always find a great few books here. Art history, travel, history, biographies. Higher end clothes. Candles. A great Goodwill. Friendly longtime staff.
Goodwill in Edmonds was nice. They have some really nice clothes and thing in there.
This is among my favorite Goodwill locations. Its small but mighty! Its very organized so easy to sort through with plenty on the shelves and clothing racks. Good variety of vintage items and was being restocked while I was there. The donation line was busy and the restroom was clean. The friendly cashier did an excellent job of wrapping my breakable items. You wont leave empty handed.
Good thrift store, but they always firmly ask to round up to nearest dollar for job training.Every time.Times are tight.75 or 82 cents adds up, especially shopping there 4 or 5 times a week.I should start asking if they would round down the prices as everything they sell is overpriced.
My last experience i found good stuff good price too
Lots of cool stuff tucked away in there!!
So far GREAT! THANK YOU YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL STORE? 😉👌
Knowledgeable and friendly staff! An excellent place for donations!
Donation window is only open from 10-5. Would have loved that info before we headed down.
Not the biggest Goodwill. But it was clean and organized.
Edmonds has the best goodwill around.-Well-organized-Not smelly-Fair prices. I’ve found that the locations in King County have substantially higher prices. I recommend sticking to Snohomish county (such as this Edmonds store), as the prices are more reasonableIn general, Goodwill has sales Thursday-Monday, so you can get a good deal on the color tag of the week. For the Edmonds location, you can drop off donations seven days a week. Come between 10am - 2pm. After 2pm it’s iffy whether they’ll have space to accept anything more for the day.The displays are always really nice. You can find good art and designer brands.
I love going to Goodwill! It had been months since I have been to the store, but the crowd was nothing compared to the grocery store. I gotta go more often.
Clean organized and nice staff.
Great place to waste time. I made a large donation and then went in to refill the spaces I had cleared...lol. Always a pretty large selection of many things. Im glad they are still around.
I love Goodwill, theres always something special just waiting for the right person. As they say, One persons trash is another persons treasure. I go in to find specific items and always find the unexpected I never would have even thought of had I not seen it in the first place. Yes, like every store nowadays you must wear a face mask. I was surprised they werent very busy when I got there this afternoon so nobody was out counting heads and making people wait until other customers left. The service was great as well, as it always is.
This place has so many nice old vintage things but the workers are out of line. I couldnt even enjoy looking around because the judgement was such a uneasy feeling. The snarls and the just being followed as clearly giving dirty looks not even a foot away I bumped into a worker every time I went to turn around. And mind you yes Im not from around here but Im also a very pretty successful women. So I have no reason to have feel any type of way about myself so I would just say that this place needs to have a meeting about an attitude check. And the short worker lady brown hair short kinda curly older needs to be fired.
Does not seem to get picked over. Usually has nice things. A bit pricey but worth a stop.
I just stopped in to kill some time and found 3 pairs of lululemon men shorts for my husband. The store is clean, organized, and easy to get around.
Small goodwill,. On color tag Mondays they seem to remove all the color tags from the floor. Go to Shoreline, much better n bigger store.
This is my usual go-to donation site; I usually try to get there when they open, but the donation center sometimes opens 10-15 mins later than advertised (I think their routine needs some work!).The few times I have been inside to shop I have found good deals.
I live in my car and am working on my situation currently, I needed a warm jacket and they wanted 40 i only had 50 to last until Friday I offered 30 to the manager she refused I ask about layaway she refused I reminded her that it was a charity and how compassion play no part in this for profit charity
The people are so nice and friendly
This is my local donation spot and I understand that COVID has increased donations and make things tougher but if they would simply put something on their website when they are closed or not accepting furniture it would prevent a lot of people from coming to donate and leaving with stuff they intended to donate.
This location permanently closed when I visited today.
Really nice stuff. VERY OVERPRICED!!! Also I find it really offensive when I am shopping and looking at stuff that I get followed around the store like I am stealing their OVERPRICED stuff!!! Just because I am wandering the store looking at, touching things, putting stuff in my cart and taking another out. Thats what a thrift store is all about!! Digging for that hidden gem. Taking the TIME to find that gem!!! Doesnt mean I am trying to steal your OVERPRICED items!! If anyone is stealing it would be Goodwill for OVERCHARGING donated items!! Other than that, I did find 3 gems and I probably would of found more if I wasnt so frickin irritated at the horrible customer service.
Friendly, very safe, helpful. Worthwhile to drop off donations quickly.
👁️👄👁️ cool tings..?
The best Goodwill location in Edmonds.
It is a nice place, but it has minimal items and all the clothes look the same.
The store is rather small and crowded, but found in a convenient location and the staff there is always ready to help.
They are really picky accepting donations
Too small, smaller than most Goodwills in the area. Cashier was rude as well
Great prices and great customer service
I love this place because they have lots of great clothes and treasures. However, only 4 stars because the prices are so high.
Always a pleasure visiting a well maintained, stocked, and clean store with friendly helpful staff. Everything organized and very few tossed about or broken items as we have gotten accustomed to seeing in stores. A nice change of pace to shop here.
Very small with empty shelfs
Drop off Staff are exceptional every time!
Busy and helpful staff
Drop off of goods was smooth and organized...👍
Normally, I wouldnt have a reason to write a review about a Goodwill store, but this one is different. When we come into our town, our grandchildren ask us...no beg us...to go to THIS Goodwill for two reasons. First, they have great toys for kids. The toys are clean, and theyre generally in good shape. Second, they maintain a wide array of kids books; some wonderfully geared for budding scientists. If youre a grandparent, and you want to score points with the kids, come here and let them explore the toys. PS: Thanks to those who so generously contribute to Goodwill. Its a great cause.
When I go to Goodwill, I go to look at cool stuff that people have shared with others through donating. I dont go to look at new stuff and more and more of their shelves are filled with new stuff. Also, one of the workers just glared at me and I dont need that. Otherwise it is usually a fair selection of goodies.
Clean and organized as always
Over priced
Amazing service
The manager of this store has done a great job organizing. All purses are hanging up so you can see them easily. It is obvious they try very hard not to have clutter. The layout is good, and I even found some mens 4X t-shirts. The drawbacks are I cant find a lot of the little tchotchke things I like to buy. The pickings on those are very slim, and the ones I can find are a bit high. Also clothing is pretty high when they consider it a high end label. I have gone in twice now and left empty-handed. However, again, compliments on such well organized shop. It is just not the shop for me.
This Goodwill has much lower prices than other Goodwill stores! Come check it out!
Goodwill was a great store to shop at for great thrift store gently used items. But these days Goodwill has gone crazy with their pricing. I might as well buy new versus buying used. There is a reason it was donated for a lot of stuff, there is probably some problem with it!!! Price things better people.
Great thrift shop supporting the great cause of job training. Monday sales ($1.79 for the tag color of the day) is very sweet. The store is clean and well organized, and the merchandise is always in great shape. Im a regular there--can you tell?
As far a Goodwills go, this one is great. Great selection of kids books. Kids clothing is hit or miss. Always lots of furniture. Dropping off items is really easy as well.
Stopped this morning around 10:45 a.m.The young man helping unload vehicles was a great help. Thanks to him. Good job!!
Best Halloween costumes! Used but affordable. Love it! And their jewelry is amazing!
Great shop, great selection, great prices!
I always find what Im looking for! Very clean store, easy drop off, friendly staff.
Best thrift store Ive been right in a long time. The merchandising was organized and the prices were great! I found so many designer items!!!!
Great place
This Goodwill has excellent books of all kinds with fantastic deals! Im especially impressed by the number of high quality modern literature finds. Also great selection of all other products and less picked over than other city Goodwills. Great to support such impactful employment programs by just shopping!
One of the better thrifts Ive been to. Just about always has deals, probably due to the surrounding area being mostly well off, thus it gets constant donations.Parking can be tight on the weekends.
One of the best thrift stores in Snohomish county. A good place for hidden treasures, always well stocker and inventory changes weekly. Staff are always wonderful as well!
Sometimes good...sometimes a lot of old people clothing. Awful shoe selection, but good kitchen items.
Got some deals. Store is smaller than Shoreline, but open later.
Goodwill Edmonds was Fn Awesome and expensive!
This Goodwill is very well organized and has very helpful and attentive staff. It doesnt get 5 stars because it is smaller than other local Goodwills and in particular their kid clothing section was super small.
The stuff I find here is generally in better condition than most other Goodwill locations.
Love the selection and the store is always clean. My recent buys of under $20.00 landed me a nice $360.00.
This Goodwill is jammed packed with items. I always find something here. Fairly clean and organized.
Amazing deals on all kinds of pre-owned items - lots of treasures to discover!
The price for closing is really overpriced - I found the same dress I have in my closet that I purchased in COSTCO sometime ago for 10$ they want 15$ for the used one:))))) and believe me - its a very cheap dress (but comfortable, home dress) and would never gave more than 10$ for it)))) And when I tried to noticed to an employee of the store that the price for the store is ridiculous high I was told Im saving a lot in COSTCO))) really? I believe costco deals not the best often as they sell basic things or you win a little because you have to buy huge bunches :))) Ive found a lot of overpriced items there. But the most important thing for me is that the way the employee was talking to me was rude, I wont return there...
Love this Goodwill, always clean and they have good finds. Surrounded by downtown Edmonds community so of course there are nice donations.
Great place to shop. Very organized. Clean and friendly staff. I will shop here again.
Always a fun stop - better than some of the other area Goodwill stores
I had a good time finding everything I wanted and then some with my Senior discount. Glad I could support them helping others.
I will no longer shop here. Employees and the woman who I presume is the manager are very rude to customers and dont seem to care. They raise their prices and try to rip you off if your item isnt priced. Non flexible. Rude and argumentative. Really unpleasant.
Management needs to lower the prices
This place always has good stuff. They are always filling the shelves with items. They also have Senior Discount days on Wednesdays.
Its a typical Goodwill as far as the wares go. The staff is friendly, checking out is a breeze and things re pretty orderly. My only complaint is that the parking lot is often full and spaces near the Goodwill are often marked as QFC parking only with the threat of towing.
I shop here quite frequently, yet was turned off by the treatment from one of the employees. The company (at one point) closed at 10pm and I arrived about 9:02pm. I have shopped here after 9pm on multiple occasions. This particular time an older gentleman starts yelling at me the moment I entered. His coworker tried her best to calm him down and explain that they did in fact close at 10pm (at one point). He was rude and the whole experience was distasteful. They have really nice items, although I am not sure that I will shop here again.
Clean and organized. Lots of stuff and nice people.
Not my favorite location because of the lack of finds but when I do find something good... Its GOOD!
Very well organized store. Clean and nice variety
Great location. Though parking is limited. I love thrifting here.
Nice place a lots of good things to buy it...
Great, smaller version of the Goodwill. I like coming here with my 18 month old daughter, as its not too expansive, and I can keep her with me without having to leash her in.
Shh!Edmonds is the 2nd best goodwill in the Seattle area! Even better than the new(ish) Kirkland store. Crown Hill is still the king though.
Found an old bike for $50, it was quite rusty and needed quite a bit of work. I asked a woman who seemed to be the manager if they can bring the price down and she got defensive, and seemed annoyed. The other associates were nice though.
Nicely run thrift store. Its a bit cramped but not terrible smelling, which is not uncommon for second hand stuff.
Not bad for a goodwill. Cleaner and more organized than most.
The staff are the best ! They are always kind and helpful ! I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Edmonds Goodwill Store
Overall pretty clean and well organized for a goodwill. Great variety of shoes and clothes, plus the Monday sale is always a hit!
All the good stuff at a fraction of the price...
Cool store kind of small and didnt have anything I wanted but very cool
Our local donation center and choice for shopping on the cheap. Friendly staff and easy drop offs. Fair selection of clothes and housewares.
Its not great 😋😋 because no returns ... and no mirror, as to see how a item of clothing looks before you buy it 😬
The Taj Mahal of Goodwill stores. Big store with easy parking but most importantly the quality of the items here are amazing. The furniture is especially good quality.
They actually have nice items and, dont sell them all online like most Goodwills.
Always fun to look thru the treasures.
Found great treasures, had wonderful help by floor staff! Thanks for a fun time!
