The My Hearing Center in Edmonds, WA has been a very pleasant surprise. The folks who work there are very welcoming and very knowledgeable about hearing. I have always felt appreciated and respected - all my questions are taken seriously and responded to with honest professionalism. I was greeted very enthusiasticly, and given a thorough hearing test. He made sure that I understood how the hearing aids would work, how myguarantee worked and for how long. Helped me get all the data on my cell phone and my iPad. Altogether, a very nice experience. Best of all, I can hear so much better than I could with my old hearing aids.

I just went in to pick up some batteries. Before giving the batteries he took my hearing aids and thoroughly cleaned them, replaced the tips and fixed a part that had come loose. Excellent customer service.

There are many places out there where folks can purchase hearing aids but the critical difference typically lies in the post sale support and follow up. My Hearing Centers outfitted both my wife and I with the cutting edge Signia bluetooth devices and because of the excellent support post sale, we love them and they have improved our quality of life immeasurably. Whatever you decide to do, consider that the value lies in the quality of the tools and support and not simply price. Thank you Rob and Terry

Five + Stars - You can buy expensive hearing aids and end up with mediocre results if you dont have a professional like Shawn Burnham fit, fine tune and program them. I have purchased 4 sets of hearing aids from different providers over 15 years. A lot of money and time was invested. I just got back from my second fine tuning appointment at the Edmonds office.I AM ABLE TO HEAR CLEARLY Shawn you have improved my life.

My hearing test was more than I expected, very thorough and I was surprised to know that I have some hearing loss . I believe everyone should have a hearing test, you may be surprised too.
