Like most dealership based parts suppliers the prices are full retail. I guess there is comfort in knowing they are OEM components and if they dont provide the right part it will be corrected without the hassles of Internet suppliers. I was surprised when the person at the counter recommended an aftermarket solution for a part and it has performed just as well as a factory original. Three stars for pricing and Five stars for being willing to suggest other options. That seems to me to be a good balance between parts knowledge and availability combined with customer service.
