Cindy was very patient while giving me my hearing test. Took extra time to make sure that I was comfortable.

They were very nice. The visit was informative. The hearing aids seemed to be good quality. I would recommend them.

Cindi is The Best Audiologist there is. She is so courteous and caring about her patients.Having to drive 2 hours to see her in Vandalia, IL today wasnt Cindis fault. The call center doesnt seem to understand that in less than 5 minutes she had my hearing aids working again!I could have seen Cindi in Olney, IL which is approximately 10 miles from my home.Cindi is Awesome!

It was a very good visit. I learned that I do have hearing loss, and was given information to help me understand more. The technician was friendly and normative. I do plan on getting the hearing aides as soon as I have funds to cover them.

All new people that know nothing about my mom and didnt care to find out. Needed wax cleaned out of ears and they sent her away. Shes an established patient with several years history with them. Shes in a wheelchair and they wasted our time and limited energy for nothing.

I have had nothing but A+ service every time I visit there. Anytime I have a problem, I am worked in quickly. Cindy is very conscientious, personable and attentive to every need. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
