I swear this place closed down years ago. Its still open, and still helpful as I remember from years ago. Limited availability, but its probably hard to keep up with the times. Thank you Stand Up Comics for great memories.

Been in this shop three times over the years, always ignored and given an attitude, as if I was a bother and barely any customers in the shop, so clearly I can spend my money somewhere else

I go here with my friends all the time, we like to take our extra money after watching movies and buy comics. Hope it stays open through quarantine.

Took my little brother here to buy comic books. There was a closed early sign at the door but the person working there allowed us to go in and shop. The worker was polite and my brother was able to get what he wanted.

Was super excited to take my son here for the 1st time, got here around 625 p.m on a day that they closed at 7. They were closed and i wasted a 30 minute drive all for nothing

My local comic shop; been going here for years and they have a great shop with lots of back issues, games, statues, graphic novels and all the monthly books you are looking for from Marvel and DC, some independent books too.

Great service. Interesting stock and the salesperson, Ford, was knowledgeable and friendly.

Found tons of awesome titles old and new. Very helpful staff. And they had a group of people playing a RPG. Not sure which one was to busy stocking up on Avengers....

I personally like the shop, its close and reasonable prices. Now mind you I havent been reading up on comics since I was 10 years old, 20 years later felt a strong urge to get back in it. Zach and Antonio are some battle worn torn comic enthusiast that may be mistaken as JERKS or ARROGANT characters as some have said about them. But these guys have helped me catch up on over 20 years of comic super hero info with such passionate explanation of some of my favorite super heros that I simply lost track of. That is what I appreciate about them Plus theyre chill and do help when you ask for assistance.Now on the other hand if YOU are being the arrogant pompous geek/hipster looking for a comic with the first appearance of DEADPOOL or some mess like that, chill out! Even if they had anything rare like that of any kind then they wouldnt be in business. So be realistic on what you are looking for. Trying to find stuff that is 20+ years old at a comic shop is not were you go, that is more for online auctions people.

Pretty good bargain bin and what you would expect from new issues. Found their trade paperback and graphic novel selection to be lacking.Service was poor at best. I felt unwelcome and it obvious that I was being treated very differently and much worse than the regulars.

Friendly place with good prices on a nice variety of comic, graphic novel, and game related items. Super cheap used video games too! Glad to have this comic store in my neighborhood.

The cashier was helpful and nice everything I buy there is always great 10/10 great place

Great selection - mainstream, alternative, manga, a section for kids and teen/young adult. Friendly, funny, knowledgeable staff. Conveniently located near BART, EC Plaza, Pastime Ace, Cerrito Theater, and Off the Grid. Love it!
