Usually mobile phone stores can be a fraught and stressful place. However, Michael just helped me with a SIM card issue meticulously, competently and quickly. Very clear communication, and chill. Ill probably return here next time I need an issue dealt with versus a store closer to home. Thanks guys!

Rudest customer service everrr AND she literally walked off from helping us. The Sprint/t-mobile merger has been the worse. Accounts changes are being made... 611 said go in store... she cut me off before I could explain SPRINT SENT ME HERE... her nice nasty attitude from the moment I walked in made it a terrible experience. Dirty Nails Shelby, the MANAGER, has been an employee over 2 years SO they have to be aware of her behavior. Check out the reviews over THREE YEARS that name her as the problem. She provides HORRIBLE customer service AND poor leadership in the presence of customers. Awfullllllll....She lost it, walked away, and gave up on helping us WITH SPRINT escalation team management on my phone trying to assist her howwwwww to apply what she said she couldnt. No patience as a customer service representative.She also talks to other employees in a very condescending and NICE NASTY way. As a senior leader myself - COMPANY CULTURE IS TO NEVERRRRRR SCOLD employees in the presence of the population they serve. Utterly disgusting Shelllll-BEE and you should be ashamed. Just because Tmobile pays you $0.75 more doesnt entitle you to belittling other employee. Shes a SAD EXCUSE for an employee.FUPA Shelly with the nasty nails 💅 🤪 - provides HORRIBLE customer service and customers report it. Thanks Sprint/T-mobile for the HORRIBLE service you condone.

I came to the facility to have the T-mobile experts help me transfer my phone number to my new sim card (as instructed on my T-mobile account), but the employee who was with me just told me no and didnt even bother to help me find ways to do it. He kept on showing me that my number wasnt connected to my sim card, but that wasnt what I came for. While we were conversing, he was also on his phone, and he kept on rolling his eyes, and it made me not want to return to this location ever again in the future. I later decided to call T-mobile customer service at home to help me out, and they were very kind, patient, and they successfully helped me transfer my number to my T-mobile sim card. Im sure the other employees here are friendly, but this particular man was just very rude and impatient. I will probably never come back to this location again.

FUPA Shelly, the MANAGER, lost it and walked away from helping us. No patience as a customer service representative. The merger has been horrible but the customer service makes its 10x worse. She stated she couldnt help but asked for my ID anddd SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to research my account notes, scold us, and simply restate account notes as if the notes hadnt already been explained. I was on the phone with SPRINT/TMOBILE customer service WHO SENT me to that store specifically for help in-person WITH the phone rep from their company trying to explain and miss ole FUPA manager Shelly was incompetent and no help.She also talks to her employees like 2nd class citizens. I would love to give them 5 stars, but when my business phone broke on Chrostmas Eve, I had to wait over a week for repair with no loaner phones available. I was stuck reactivating a 4 year old phone and not having full functionality.At least I can say that the tech tried to do their best, so I cannot blame them for management issues.

Take your business somewhere else. Sprint in El Cerrito This sprint location is full of crooks and shady business. I had been warned before about this location, but I desperately needed a phone. I went in to trade in Iphone 7plus for an XR and got talked into a tablet. Did not get a reciept for any of the products or an email. I got home, didnt like went back to the store that same day 3 hours later, told them i wasnt happy with it Ill just keep my old phone. They said they couldnt give me my old phone back and the young sales guy said because it had already been sent back to the warehouse and I would have to pay a restocking fee for the two items. I was shocked that they wouldnt give me my phone back, the manager (short asian guy) refused to come out of the stock room to talk to me. They sent me a letter saying i abandoned the product and am still getting charged for these products I dont have.

Very, very bad service. They asked me to pay $40 every month during my sign in .Next month they charged $12 for insurance(I didn’t even take a cell phone). I said them that I don’t want insurance during my sign in but they did. When I called them for the payment of next month they said $75.I was shock with the service and the way they behaved during the call.Very very bad service. If I had 0 rating I would have done that.

Service at this store used to be good, but has gone downhill in recent months. I have tried no fewer than four times to get a technical problem in my phone fixed there and they still havent done it. Im about to switch to another phone company.I dont remember the specifics of the first time I went in, but the second time the technician seemed very uninterested and changed something but didnt fix the real problem. The third time I came in on a weekend and they said I couldnt get technician help on a weekend, and I should come in during the week.So today, Tuesday, I came in during the middle of the day, hoping that at last I could get the problem fixed. Oh, we dont have technicians on Tuesday, they say. Tuesday is the day they take inventory. They dont do any work for customers on Tuesday. Nobody had told me on the weened that I couldnt get service on Tuesdays either (and how many other days are they unavailable?)After four tries, I got really mad. Then they lectured me on how I should not get mad. Apparently, it is perfectly reasonable that on (at least) three out of the seven days a week they are open they do not have technicians to help customers.Actually, the technician was in fact present, but, because it was inventory day, he wouldnt help me.I dont think these people want to help customers. Their schedule is much more important than any of those pesky customers. They seem to bend over backwards to not provide service. Ive had it.

If you need to get your phone swapped or have issues with your service this is one of the main stores in the area, so they can usually help. Be warned though- theyre often understaffed and the few employees that are there seem reluctant to do any work. When I walked in, two of them didnt even look up from their phones. Obviously I dont want to be pestered like crazy in a store but I would like to be greeted and not made to feel like a nuisance just because I came in. Overall, its the same issues as any phone store - laconic employees, shady corporate practices and slow service. But, I guess beggars cant be choosers, and this store is no worse than any other

Im very disappointed with this company! Supposedly sprint was getting faster then ever and apparently what I see its going slower then ever.I highly recommend you to NOT SWITCH to SPRINT you will regret it. The service its really bad theres hardly service anywhere I had to call sprint to give me a box of sprint to give me service at my house because I wouldnt get any signal ... & what I see so far not even the box work ! On top of that the HOTSPOT runs out in 3hrs, not even my old company cricket wouldnt run out like that . & one other thing that I really hate about this company is that when your talking on the phone you CANT used the INTERNET it wont let youI regret switching to this company. Cricket & boost mobile wouldnt gave me that much problems ! #DontGetSprint #ItsVerySLOW

Could give it MINUS 4 stars I would!!! My niece went into the store - spoke to Eric - she had a cracked screen since a week after she got the phone - and the PREVIOUS employees said if they had the part for the phone - they would repair it. NOW the phone wont charge Cuz its overheating. Erick told her too bad - cant help u - but if you pay the deductible Ill help u out. KEEP IN MIND - her due date is in 4 weeks so it is Imperative that she has a working phone!!! He wouldnt even give her a BACKUP phone until the deductible was paid. Whats next??? Kicking old people - spitting on the handicapped. He was rude - obnoxious and extremely condescending!!! First he told her he had been with Sprint for YEARS and it was protocol!! When she brought up what the previous employees had told her - he changed his story and said - well its a NEW SPRINT now. Ive been with Sprint for OVER 15 years. Time for a change!!! The NEW SPRINT - And the manager at this store SUCKS!!!!

Went in to get my phone check because it wasnt working and they right away they told me it was damage beyond repair and needed to pay $$250 to replace my phone so I went to apple and they fixed it in 1 hour just had a loose wire inside I would never go to this store again and the techs there are just lazy and dont want to check your phones dont go here you will get turned away

Customer service sucks !!!The Manager does not solve anything! The sprint is no good! Everything he sends to central. He says he did not find our account. We switched to Metropcs because the sprint phone does not work internet and call at the same time.I just left this store. My husband came to pay the entire amount of his cell phone that was financed the attendant charged the amount of the monthly plan. The plan is in automatic debit. We left the store now and nothing has been solved. Now were calling the switchboard to try to solve it.Service is terrible !!!The Manager doesnt solve anything! The sprint sucks! Everything he sends to central. He says he didnt find our account. We switched to Metropcs because the sprint phone doesnt work on the internet and call at the same time.I just left that store.
