Honestly best amazing customer service ever! As a woman car shops of any kind see you coming a mile away, this shop has professionalism, respect, good communication. They helped me fix my window and as there last customer of the day all employees left and stopped to say bye have a nice day. The car was returned fixed plus 1 more issue I didnt realize. The entire back was cleaned and organized ( not expected ) but WOW! I cant say enough of how impressed I was with the honest good customer service and feeling they gave as well not once feeling bullied/intimated in a car shop for pricing or services because im a woman. 100% recommend them for any window/tint jobs needed!! A Zone is the best place to bring your car to period. When another car detailing company damaged my car (by using the wrong cleaners and scratching the paint off) Joe not only completely fixed the problems but also did it at an extremely fair price. My car looks brand new and all the damage has been fixed. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

They replaced a windshield on my Jeep Wrangler for a fraction of the cost that others were quoting me. A zone team and staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend A Zone Auto Glass they use quality windshields and tint and as an owner of 2 vehicles this company has replaced many windshields. Came to my home and finished in no time. I wished I would of taken a before picture of my car. It had yellow paint from having to drive through a street crew marking the highway. I had tried getting it off with no luck. Joe and his nephew did an outstanding job buffing the paint off, washing and waxing my car. They also replaced my windshield. They were very Meticulous and take pride in their customer service. What makes a business rise above the rest in my opinion is having everything go exactly as you were told it would go and never having to look back or return to a place to resolve any problems. This is what I experienced with A Zone Auto Glass. I needed my windows tinted on my new/used car and because of the great reviews that were on Google regarding this establishment, I took a chance and made the call. They were super friendly on the phone, which was awesome because I called 2 other places first and felt as though I was inconveniencing them by inquiring about pricing and procedures. Joe quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. Because I had no one to pick me up at the time of my appointment, I needed to wait the couple of hours on-site as the work was being completed. I was immediately offered a spot on the comfy couch in their office complete with a space heater on a cold morning along with full control of the TV. I was made to feel totally welcome and to be honest, a bit pampered. 😁 I felt like my options were thoroughly explained to me and I had a clear idea of what I was entering into. Both men present seemed very knowledgeable and right off the bat I had the utmost confidence in their abilities. They did an absolutely beautiful and flawless job on the tint and everything dried exactly the way Joe said it would. It changed my cars entire look and when the scorching hot summer comes around, it will decrease the temperature inside the car exponentially. A Zone Auto Glass has a customer for life in my husband and I, and in our company as well since we are small business owners. This experience was truly a breath of fresh air in this day and age when customer service and pride in ownership over ones work seems to be so very lacking. I am new to the area and needed my windshield replaced after receiving a citation. I stumbled upon A zone and gave them a call. Joe was completely professional from beginning to end. He was informative & patient and his customer service is exceptional! He scheduled to come to my home within a day to replace my windshield. The guy that came out to me was real friendly. He seemed to be real careful not to damage anything and to make sure my windshield was set properly. This place is the very best in town if you need your car windows tinted or a windshield replaced! The tint is high quality and lasts forever, service work is perfect too, no bubbles or tears in tint, very smooth. Just had my windshield on my 05 mini Cooper replaced. After calling around for estimates, I found Azone to be among the least expensive. I needed my windshield replaced in my Cruze. I called all over Surprise getting quotes to get it done. Everyone wanted over $250 and they couldnt come out until the next day, which didnt work for me. My windshield was so badly cracked, that I couldnt even drive it with out getting pulled over. Then I called Joe from A Zone Auto Glass, he quoted me a price that was well below his competitors and he was able to replace my windshield the same day. Joe and his team did a fantastic job replacing my window, and had great customer service. Joe and his parter meticulously cleaned my windshield after they installed it to ensure there were no fingerprints. You know the saying You get what you pay for? Well in the case of A Zone Auto Glass, that is not the case, you get more than you pay for! I defiantly will be back for any other widow repairs.
