What sloppy service. I’ve been to this location about 5 times and they act like everyone is a nuisance to them. They always do the bare minimum. They’re knowledge is a huge disappointment as a mechanic. They are jack of all trades, master of none.

The employees were very inappropriate with my mom. They completely mistreated her and were very rude. They asked her to do the checking of the engine herself and refused to assist her. She’s an old lady! However, when a man came they quickly assisted the man. It’s so disheartening to know that my mom was mistreated this way.

This store is great unlessGladice is working she is so rude and has the worst customer service. Every member of my family has had to deal with her at one point or another and we always leave the store extremely frustrated! My husband on crutches asked her to dispose of oil that was purchased at their store and she replied were busy as she stood with her hands in her pockets!

Ive been coming to the location for several years . This time all I needed was to check my car battery I purchased 8 months ago ((dura last ) the guy scratches my shiny paint with the metal battery leads and just says the battery is good and to take it to a garage to check alternator. He said there is nothing he could do for me. I just had new alternator and serpentine belt replaced 7 months ago.i left very disappointed.

There is no established line for customers to wait in. Customers are left to figure out who is ahead of who. During my visit for an air filter, I waited the makeshift line behind 3 other customers. When it was my turn, I asked for an air filter and we went through the year/make/model process. Instead of getting the filter for me, the employee gave me a piece of receipt paper with a part number on it. She said “Go to isle 7 and find this part number on the box”. Finding it was easy enough, they were all in numerical order, but when I returned with it, she was helping the next customer in line. So To pay for it, I had to wait the line again. I do not believe this is the policy of AutoZone to have customers wait a line twice. I’d like to believe the employee was supposed to get it for me but for whatever reason chose not to.

Stopped by while visiting family down in the valley and needed new headlights. The first guy pointed me in the right direction and the second guy was very helpful in answering my questions. He stepped outside with me to show me how to install my headlights and then ended up installing them for me. Five stars for Kevin!

Had lots of issues from them over the years and finally decided to contact regional manager Mario. He said hed take care of the parts I had been unable to order after I told him the problem I had with El Mirage local manager. Well all he did was order them, no incentive at all, not even a discount for his employees bad behavior and my 2 trips to the location. Keep your parts! You just tried to make a sale after admitting your store needs more training! Really thought youd be a stand up man and do something for the horrible service but noWe will shop at OReily where they took care of us!

Called in to loan a tool ( bushing removal/ ball joint removal) they said they didnt have it and to remove bushing which was what I needed to get out from my lower control arm. They suggested to hammer it out. And now I am calling the place to find out about a sway bar link. They answer dont say anything and hang up on me 3 times. I am like why am I still thinking of shopping here? Where Orielys is about a mile away and service a whole lot better.

Waited in line for 40 mins, behind ONE person. Clearly i needed the part bad enough to give it that long. BUT ended up walking out. Not once did the other employee, who was not helping anyone, ask to help me, or even acknowledge my presence. Neither did the cashier. I understand wait my turn, but come on..they were standing there, scratching their heads, with l o n g moments of silence even. By the time i decided to leave, there were 5 ppl behind me, who also were neglected even a plz, ill be with you in a moment Extremely rude and clearly lacking in customer service etiquette. Wont return.

I use to like this store because it was close and had good deals. I could get a 20 dollar credit after 5 purchases of 20 dollars or more. But that system has been plagued with bugs that they cant seem to work out. Instead of feeling good about spending money there, buying and saving credits, Ive been turned away because the computer always seems to be crashing. My patience and time has run out. Autozone was my go to place for deals but I feel cheated.

Eric was very awesome and very knowledgeable in helping me decide if my battery was the issue with my vehicle. He even came out and switched it out for me when another gentleman working there and told me that they didnt switch out batteries that were inside the vehicle. Not being from the area I really appreciate all the help that Eric was able to give me. I will send friends family and anyone I know to this AutoZone!

The staff is always helpful to the best of their knowledge of vehicles. Some know more than others but all around great customer service. The part that show in-stock may not always be there due to the fact that they sometimes end up walking off but for the most part they will have everything you need or didnt know you needed.

These guys are always super helpful! Gotta bunch of car issues and these guys are always really good about helping diagnose and fix all problems. Their free code reads are great. Ive been in there about 10 times this week doing a full tune up on my car one thing at a time and its a good experience every time. Parts are always a really good value and their rewards program is great.

Ive run into one or two guys here with outstanding customer service skills and knowledge. There are also a few people there who arent so customer service savvy. I would say its best to avoid dealing with those employees, but you usually dont have to... they do all the avoiding for you.

I went in to help identify a strange sound my SUV was making and was told “if it’s not the battery or alternator there’s no way we can check it”. Would be helpful if they actually had people who knew about cars beyond being able to read a code machine like they used to. Drove 2 minutes down the road to O’Reily Auto Parts and they came out and helped me identify the problem.

This Location has more of a selection than the others. And they even offer to help you if you need help with anything. This was the only Auto Zone that carried larger sized sun shades for your car or truck. Every place had universal. Definitely try this location off Bell Rd. Across from,Safeway near Cotton lane.

I came to autozone to return a part i purchased from them that did not solve my issue. As i walked in i heard an employee by the name of Manny talk on the phone with a customer and argue with the customer which i thought it was weird. Then Manny walked over to me and accused me of using their parts as guinea pig. I explained to him that my part seemed damaged but was not broken completely (which i thought it was) so i returned the part i ordered. I was very dissapointed in the attitude and customer service i recieved from Manny. Not a friendly environment to be in.

Came in for a fuel pressure tester that supposedly they had in stock, they didnt have it. Waste of time and the guys that work there are useless, he didnt even know what a fuel pressure tester was. Maybe they did have it but he didnt know what that was.

I had a different experience. Woman at the counter sighed when I asked her to test my battery. Had me carry my own battery to the recycle cart and get my new battery. Pretty lame place, or pretty lazy employee. It occurs to me now, theres an OReillys just down the street. Ill give them my money next time.Its also very laughable, the only responses from management are for the good reviews.Management - youre doing it wrong.

This store has some very helpful representatives but they do need some help during peak hours 4-7pm when the line can be pretty long and unfortunately not to many people go to the parts store for a good reason (needing parts to fix your broken vehicle) and frustration can be noticed on both sides of the counter. But still have or can get nearly everything you need at a good price.

It is okay part store as long as you know what you need. I adked for thermostat, amd they gave me just that (knowing it come with a seal, sold separately) i ask if it comes with a seal or needs one. The young lady said nnot sure let me check. Know what you need before walking in.

Customer Service is the typical AutoZone customer service Ive come to expect. Not usually a sense of urgency, and most of the staff is completely indifferent or outright unhappy. Not my first choice in Auto Parts stores but this location hasnt been particularly exceptional nor upsetting.

I was having the worse day in a long time. Life was just piling stuff up and up on me and I was ready to break. My headlight was out of my 2017 Hyundai Tucson low beam passenger side. Went to a competitors store and the guy was a total fail he tried for a total of 12 1/2 seconds to try and get to my headlight. I called the dealership Rodeo Hyundai and they wanted $28.99 if in fact is wasn’t HID which everyone said I needed to pull the old bulb out to tell otherwise $300 for the bulb and $50 to replace. I felt like I was ready to snap. Then I remember the auto zone over by the Walmart in ElMirage that helped me replace my battery several years back. Low and behold. I go in and talk to Eric. He knew right away which bulb I needed. He just looked at the hue of the one that works. And the charge was $16.99 before tax. Eric also watched a YouTube video to show him how to release the clip that was holding the bulb in place. This young stud went out of his way to take care of this ole grandmas car needs. This is the kind of customer service that deserves great reviews. In a world of mediocrity Autozone once again embraces excellence in customer service. Eric saved me a lot of money and I’m super grateful. Hey management he deserves a raise. 😉 will not be returning to the competitor ever again.

I’ve been here a quite a few times and it really depends on who is works some staff that work there are great during the week but lately it seems like on the weekends they just can’t get anything right. For instance yesterday I went in to purchase two cans of refrigerant for my AC the total was about $70 and when I went to pay with $100 bill the guy told me he didn’t have any change to break it how are you going to run a business and you don’t have $30 in change. So I left went to break the hundred and come back to purchase the two cans of refrigerator I stood in line for 10 minutes until it was my turn and then when I got to the register the guy asked me if I was paying cash or card and I told him cash then he says you have to go to the other wait in the other line. Which was just ridiculous I would understand if you guys had signs posted that it was only debit cards or credit only but there are no signs stating that it’s not that hard to put a piece of paper on the back of your computer saying that which was just ridiculous I would understand if you guys had signs posted that it was only debit cards or credit only but there are no sign stating that it’s not that hard to put a piece of paper on the back of your computer saying that. I really believe you need to train your staff that works on the weekends to have better customer service skills because a lot of them didn’t seem to want to help anybody !

Dont trust these guys. Went to replace my extension housing seal for my transmission. Long story short they gave me the wrong seal after I had dismantled my entire driveshaft and when I went back they told me they didnt have the seal. Amateurs. Just go to your dealership for parts if youre doing your own work. Trust me. Id rather pay 21$ for the seal from the dealer knowing theyre giving the correct item. Fixed now no thanks to this shop.

Well, I suppose this place is better than some of the uther ones... they wouldnve gotten more better review from me but I think they deleted my other post because theyre nutters. But sometimes these folks know a little about mechanics. Sometimes they dont know what a nut lug is or what size torx to unscrew them. Im okay with that - its kind of like going to home depot and asking someone how to build a house. Cant expect that from people at autonoze.
