My bf and had to walk home and we stopped by shell on the way because we were so hot and dehydrated, so we got 2 waters out of their small cups, and the old lady that works there charged us $2 per water cup. i thought water is always cheaper? i thought their big sodas costed $2? how can water in arizona cost $2 for a tiny cup of TAP! water? This was really frustrating and the lady kept saying over and over again, go somewhere else if you want cheap water.

This Shell station has no problem selling more liquor to an obviously already drunken customer. Then watches the drunken customer drive off. Way to go Shell!

I do walk by my own. And even because I want to get something to drink and something to eat. Even they have a good Subway sandwich. And also they have some good candies even I love the chocolates. And they have some good Donuts even cinnamon rolls. And even they have some ice cream. And yes I do like that place. This is my local gas station, I use all the services and love it. Car wash go for 5.99 and up for a good wash, vacuums have fairly enough power, cashiers are quick and can multi task/ handle multiple customers. Good people here. Stays stocked up on all they have. Its a little more expensive but remember Shell Gas is top tier quality gas. Other gas stations have dirtier fuel that is consumed faster.

All the employees here are always willing to help or ready to check you out. The inside can get busy at times but they move people through as fast as possible. They have a great variety if snacks and drinks, even some grocery items. I just wish they had slushie machines though

I come here because its right by my house. Honestly there are times that the cashiers act rude and once the cashier looked at my ID for a while and pointed out my hair was different, (its naturally curly, but i had it straightened),as if it was a fake ID, which was annoying, but I got over it. However, theyre usually pretty quick and if you are nice theyre nice back usually.

Not open 24/7. Currently here to get some items and the door is locked and the cashiers are waving me away while they clean.

Sometimes they lock the doors on a 24 hr. place and several people can go up to the door to go in and its locked. Dont care if they lose the business I guess. Also when paying at the pump, they put a hold on your funds 50.00 -100.00 until the 10.00 gas charge clears. That is not okay when that held up the only money you had for a few days. I called the card issuer and it is def. The gas stations doing not the card issuer. Just to clarify...This is when paying with your card at the pump. Not when going inside and paying cashier. So 10.00 of gas will cost you either a 50.00 or 100.00 for several days. I did this three times before I learned my lesson. The third time I put 20.00 in gas had about 60.00 on my card and went to the store, my card declined...Very embarrassed I called the card. The gas station wiped my card down to zero balance and took 40.00 and held it until the 20.00 of gas cleared my account. No ever again at this place will I pay at the pump with certain debit Visa cards.

Zero stars. Went in quite a few customers, all were wearing mask, finally people are taking this virus seriously except the cashier who was wearing his mask around his chin, idiot. I was a regular customer but now will drive the extra mile to circle k since shell does not seem to take the virus serious

The worst customer service ever, need to hire new employees for sure or get advise from QT on training. stop in this specific station cactus and El Mirage corner at 4am today there was no other customer inside but me, I handed $50 for pump 13, employee did not want to move to get the money and was very rude, I said I am just trying to hurry since I have a child with me, . employee (short hispanic guy) responded and said to me, I dont care that is not my problem....these behavior are very common at this location in spite of such a nice station.

Nice set up inside with a subway attached. Outsides got a pretty nice carwash for a gas station. And the left hand side of the parking lot is covered vacuums for people who use the car wash. That makes parking rather sparce at times.

Dont count on this place for propane. Since they have been under new management they are not reliable. I have been in there several times to have tanks filled and every time told no one is available to fill it. They should have a sign if only available at certain times instead of wasting peoples time. Not very customer service oriented.

I was asked to move my car from the vacuum cause I did not pay the full price the other stalls were busy I had to leave after 10 mins of wating as a senior citizen I felt really bad I had to vacuum at home. I m 68 yrs old . Bad place if are a senior citizen.

This place has good gas prices, a car wash, Subway and snacks/beer galore, even beer on tap! Great one stop shop for a quick lunch/dinner to take home.

Rude. Gave me the wrong cigarettes and would not exchange them for the right ones 2 minutes later. Would not go there again, I would run out of gas before I go there. People begging at the door. Uncomfortable place to go. They are lucky I have to give one star to post this, because they dont deserve that. Pumps never have paper receipts neither. Lousy place and employees.

Usually come to this gas stations every friday to fill up fuel, and throughout the week to buy beverages, food etc. Almost every tims that i have used there restrooms it is always dirty. Toilets not cleaned, floors dirty as well. Besides that the customer service is fine never had any issues with them.

This place is always busy and consistent sometimes they dont wash the cars correctly I think they should have more consistency with washing and how much product that use ..

They dont even say thank u... Most girls are very rude here. And the gas is 20+ cents per gallon more then anywhere else! The taller skinny boy is sweet the other kid is rude too! Now Thier smokes even went up. Theres no reason to go here... Id rather go to valero.

Go somewhere else for propane! I live around the corner from this place so its convenient to bring my propane tanks here. I brought my tanks in and went inside and asked the cashier if they could fill my propane tanks and he said yes he would be right out to do it. I waited about 20 minutes and he never came out. Finally I left and took my tanks down to Costco and had them filled. This place seems to constantly be under new management. They have the highest gas prices in town also. Hopefully Circle K will build a store across the street from these guys they really need some competition!👍

Sorry...but when a store says open 24/7 IT SHOULD BE OPEN 24/7 not when the cashier feels he should lock up from 12am to 3am never fails every single time I go he just sits at the register or sees people and hides in the cooler ))smh(( get it together not the way to run a store

Consistently horrible, unfriendly customer service and bad product. This is the closest gas station to my house and even though I know better by now, I occasionally find myself in the need to stop here. The employees suck, the lines are ALWAYS long, theyre incredibly expensive. I bought two power cords for an Android phone on two different occasions, both did not work and I was not given a recipt. The gal at the counter on Friday night 7/15/16 wouldnt make eye contact or smile and acted like I was a nuisance. I suggest hitting Valero on Thunderbird/Dysart or the QT east on Olive. These guys are worse than Circle K.

Employees got a bad attitude, they get mad because you go buy propane and they dont want to walk, they dont want to sell cigarretes because they r counting them, they dont want to give you cash back because they are counting the money just a bunch of excuses for anything

I was just here . I was treated so awful by the middle age male employee. Heavy set bald had no name tag and he had some facial hair. He started to ring me up than my daughter added some chips. So he had to void and it froze up the computer. He mummbled some rude things under his breath in annoyance. Than I said oh no what happened he said you froze it by adding something....I said well can you use another register he said no I dont play on other peoples registers. Than he was rudely pushing a bunch of buttons and called the other girl to come help and said she froze it again ....and I said should I go over there than ? He said NO ......not 2 seconds later he said yeah go.....but there were other customers there now. I said you know what Im good and your rude and left my merchandise and left !! This is the second time I have tried to give them a chance. The place is nasty dirty the employees are rude and it is fairly new . Absolutely unacceptable !!!! I will not go back and trust me I will let everyone I know not to support this business !!! Im done !!!

Rude attendants that do not want to work and are not quite about it. Making a customer wait until they want to get to them rather than help out. This station is also dirty and the bathrooms always smell like urine.
