The rep I first spoke with answered my rookie questions and sent me some information. I told him on that initial call that I did NOT want to be hounded by phone calls, and that I would call if/when we decided to purchase. He was true to his word and did not pester us with phone calls. When we did decide to purchase, our agent was remarkably understanding and patient with all our questions. He made sure we totally understood the process, and he explained the sales contract with us line by line. The process was handled very professionally. There is a period of time after the sale (when the price is set) until the metal is shipped. This was explained, and we received a few calls/emails during that time to explain the delay and assure us of the coming shipment. At all times we had a phone number to call to speak to our agent. We truly felt like valued customers, even though our purchase was undoubtedly smaller than many. From beginning to end, I highly recommend Red Rock Secured!

I called Red Rock Secured to find out the benefits of opening a 401(K) or directly purchasing silver or gold. I explained to one of the Account Executives, I was thinking of opening a silver or gold 401(K) with a competitor company. He explained that most companies will charge an annual fee to maintain your silver or gold 401(K). I did not think of that. I also stated that I was interested in purchasing gold, but he stated silver would be better to own especially in severe economic down turns. Plus, I would actually have the silver coins in my possession and not tied up in a 401(K) being managed by a company. During severe economic times silver could be traded or pay for everyday necessities. Gold, on the other hand was for larger purchases or investments. I purchased the silver coins and glad I did at the time since the price of silver has risen. During the transaction I received a transaction agreement listing in detail full disclosures, disclaimers, and risks associated with purchasing precious metals. So having read the transaction agreement I knew the pros and cons of purchasing silver coins. I personally recommend Red Rock Secured to anyone that is interested in purchasing or investing in precious metals.
