Dee greeted me when I walked in and asked what I was looking for. What I wanted was a firm queen mattress with the devise that would raise the foot of the bed. I was put on the test mattress and from that Dee showed me 3 different mattresses. I ended up buying a firm queen and the adjustable mechanism. To my surprise it was delivered 7AM the next morning. We came here looking for a good deal after going to to sleep number in Owings Mills and finding out their mattress prices run at around $5,000 and up. The sales people were pretty friendly and helpful. We ended up getting a frame and a remote adjustable mattress set for less than half of that price here, but it turns out you get what you pay for when it comes to mattresses. When the delivery guys came to set up the bed, none of them knew how to set up or operate the two remote controls (which had to be programmed for each side of the bed). I had to go through the instructions and after some time I got it to work. They should at least train the install guys on this. Id hoped theyd be showing me how to do it instead of the other way around.Once it was set up the bed had so much of a gap between the top of the bed and the frame that the pillows end up sliding down behind the bed constantly.Overall, were very disappointed in the entire process and I would not recommend purchasing anything here.

Went in for a new mattress for my son. So who wants to pay a lot for a mattress, no one. Advice: go on a holiday because theyre always having a big sale LOL More advice, Ive never paid full price for a mattress, never hurts to ask for a lower price (Yes even when they are on sale). The salesman was nice, talked more than Id like, and tries to sell you the higher priced mattresses (which are nicer), but thats their job I guess. Anyway, thought I got a good deal, delivery was fast and Im pleased with the mattress. Would buy there again.

Update. Mattress Warehouse arranged to correct the issue; three weeks ago, I paid for drop off and delivery and have not had the items delivered. I was told there was a back order and asked for an update, but emails have stopped being answered. No clue as to when this whole fiasco will be resolved.Mixed. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful.The mattress is comfortable. Unfortunately, the company’s policies don’t provide for a great experience. The frame we ordered separate from the mattress/box spring was unavailable, so we had to choose another model. The high profile box spring makes the bed height unusable. Mattress Warehouse does not allow for exchanging for the low profile box springs (even within two weeks of purchase). Instead, they want us to purchase new boxsprings (another $320 or more). They told us we can pick them up ourselves to save us a delivery fee. Even though there is a Labor Day sale coming up, the cost of the box springs are practically the same.Then mattress warehouse commented on the review to seemingly see what they can do to help but made no attempt to contact me when I provided them the information they requested.

In December, I purchased a new mattress and box spring for my room. Delivery and set up was on time and as promised. We went back last week to purchase a new mattress and box spring for my daughter. Kevin was helpful and not pushy. Very happy with the experience.

We purchased a new mattress and power base. Both were delivered but the power base didnt work correctly. OMG this place is fabulous . They feel like family! I would do a drive by to keep testing my potential bed. They would greet me as usual tell my bed is waiting for me. I’d relax for a while, and keep telling them I’m not ready yet. I would check all the time other mattress companies, and yes they were poor in comparison. I finally made the leap, but I was called to work, and my girlfriend pretended to be me. She is 5’10. So she watched my bed being set up, she sent me a pic. It was beautiful! But when I got home and looked at it I wanted to cry!!!! I’m 5’1 Iwould have to get a step stool to get in and out every time. I immediately called the store and spoke to Mary. Just good info on the beds and lets you figure out what you want.Other nice thing is they have this bed that evaluates pressure points and your sleep habits and helps narrow down your search.Delivery team was fast in an out with old and in with new and had it set up. He directed me towards the best possible match for my back, which was the less expensive of the two I was choosing between; no pressure at all to buy a more expensive product. Phil, the associate assisting us, was incredibly knowledgeable about all the beds and how important it is to have the right bed for your body. I was blown away with the process in which one picks out a bed now. It used to be you go in, lay on a few beds, choose the one that is most comfortable. Not anymore! Even with the technology telling Phil which beds were best for my fiance and I, he still provided an immense amount of information and details about each bed. He also walked around the beds as we were lying on them to make sure our lower back was supported. My fiance and I love our new bed and recommend everyone going to this store and speaking with Phil.
