THIS PLACE THIS SPECIFIC CVS !!!! SAVED MY SON LIFE YESTERDAY!!! we was definitely at the right place at the right time ! I CANT THANK THE PHARMACY AND THE YOUNG LADY RUNNING AROUND GETTING US APPLE AND ORANGE JUICE. i wish i knew her name. !! Cvs med clinic staff and pharmacy staff. CLUTCH ! y’all really saved my baby life. I wish i can give y’all a reward or a token to show how much I am grateful for y’all !!
Dropped off prescription Saturday, was told an hour. No text, went back 5 hours later and got 1 of the 2, was told the second will be ready sunday. Go sunday, told will be ready monday at 4. Stop by at 5, still not ready. Told 15 minutes....30 minutes later. You get the point. Dont come here. Save your time elsewhere
Every single time I get a prescription filled here its a hassle. Try to fill it under wrong name, say its already been filled, need authorization. Ive been taking it for years! This is every 3months!Magically when doctor calls it all gets fixed, but they could care less what you say. Use any other pharmacy if you can
They are always great and I needed meds filled it was almost closing time and they filled them for my son who needed them that night .
We have used CVS for a number of years now and they have been fine.
This store dont have a lot of reviews I actually understand why, Store can come off rude I seen a young lady crying out of breath begging the pharmacy and staff to help her care for her child for a low sugar situation the staff wasn’t proactive at all. the manager kept walking and you can clearly tell the lady needed help, When she was talking to him he was walking and basically said he couldn’t help her cause he didn’t know what she was talking about it didn’t try to understand or have compassion . the lady was in distraught scared and worried you can see it and hear it in her voice. her child’s sugar was dangerously low, I also heard the manager apologized for his behavior and offered her water and a chair. I WONDER DO THIS OFFICE HAVE A EMERGENCY PLAN FOR CHILDREN IN NEED OR HUMANS IN GENERAL. I know i should mind my business. But i have to make this known. give 3 stars cause The young boy is ok.
Just returned to CVS in Eldersburg and the service is as excellent as it was in Westminster. Extremely helpful and kind helping me with 2 problems. if an employee is having a bad day, it is best to get their name and ask the pharmacist to have someone else help you. Its amazing how well that works.
Good store, nice people. Helpful and knowledgeable staff
I went here for a covid test. Was very pleased with how they handled doing it. Was asked to wait in parking lot for my results. When they called with my results, they said I could go inside to the minute clinic to pick it up. When I got inside the woman who gave me the results was super friendly. I started shopping around and the manager, Robert, asked if he could help me. He was very helpful and friendly. I then went to check out and had problems with the self-checkout so he again came to help me. I live 30 minutes away from this CVS but I will be back because of him! Way to go CVS!!! And thank you Robert for your help.
Went to get a covid test. I showed up maybe 5 minutes late. There was a lady parked sideways taking up most of the parking. I waited 10 minutes and got no phone calls. My husband was just there a few days ago, and they called him multiple times. An older lady came out and tried to tell me that they did call me. Then she proceeded with that I was late as she glanced at her watch even though I got there before 4:45. (Apparently they have a 10 minute policy. She was standing at my car 15 minutes after my appointment time. They finally call me in, and there was a second worker that started tearing into me. She said they dont see anyone that is 10 minutes late. She then proceeded to tell me that I didnt answer the phone call. I told her I didnt receive a phone call. I even showed them on my phone. She then started accusing me of yelling and telling me that she was not going to give me the test. Im shocked at this point because Im getting yelled at for NO reason. I start to kinda laugh....its just the way I deal with stress. She starts telling me how rude and disrespectful I was being by laughing. I told her that was the way I dealt with stress and I didnt think it was funny at all. I told her I couldnt believe this was happening. She continued to try to argue with me while I just stood there and took it. Well, 30 minutes after I took the test, I got my results back. The lady asked me why I even took the test. My husband tested positive and I was experiencing most of the symptoms. It hurts to breathe. She hung up on me. This place is a mess. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life!
Rude technicians and pharmacist. The techs were leaving and one tells me they’re closed in a rude tone (the gates were being drawn at this time) I approach the counter and ask when they will open tomorrow and if they’d already taken the tills out. The female staff pharmacist with dark curly hair said they were selling any more scripts today in a rude tone. I don’t need to be met with hostility when I’m asking a simple question. I myself am a pharmacy technician, I am mindful not to piss people off. Especially when they themselves are being respectful. Regardless there’s no reason to treat people that way. I’ll be transferring my scripts out. Not that they(this site/or corporate) cares. Maybe it’s the area and they think they’re above people. If I was wearing business attire would I have been treated that way. Don’t think so. Maybe try treating people with kindness.
I never write reviews, but after today I feel compelled to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at CVS in Eldersburg. Today I went with my daughter to get a COVID vaccine, and every person we encountered couldnt have been nicer or more caring. The process was well organized and we were out of there in no time.
I pick up my prescription there every month and every month they don’t have it in stock and I have to wait days to get it it really doesn’t make sense considering I get the same thing and same amount every time but it’s always the same problemUpdate - I sent my prescription there again and it has been 10 days and has yet to be filled. They told me they would order the day they received the prescription but when I called to see if it was filled on Monday they had no record of the prescription but filled the others that were with it it’s been frustrating for me to say the least I am almost out of medication and if I don’t have it within a day of running out I will get sick so at this point I’m done I spoke with the doctor and She is sending the prescription to Walgreens hopefully I have better luckAfter all of the issues I had here I didn’t want to use this pharmacy again but they were the only local pharmacy with my medication in stock so I gave them a chance and had no problems so I have kept my refills there and have had no more issues
I was Transferred to a representative 3 times and then went to anther automated voice and hung up on me. This is the most frustrating customer service experiences Ive had.
Very very long wait at the drive thru. We figured that they were now doing colonoscopies on a walk up basis
Was waiting in the line for meds. Clerk closed the gate at exactly 6pm, the same time I came to to the window. Not a word. Didnt care that we had been there waiting before closing time. Terrible customer service
Went for a covid test through the drive thru went quick and the lady kindly explained how to self adminster the test. I will go back here for any more of my covid test during weekend if need be.
Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. I have a severely herniated disc with surgery a month away and finally get a script for pain yet somehow never received a phone call saying they’re out for an entire week. First off—-NO PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW. Had to find out Friday at 5:45 PM. “Just call the emergency doctors service”. UMMM NO, how about do your job?? Not just calling the patient to inform them but management letting this happen. “I’m sorry” is the CVS motto. We only go to this pharmacy because our insurance says so. Sure do miss the smaller pharmacies that are much more friendly and competent.PS-Nicole could use some lessons on how to talk to patients, without hanging up like a coward, and definitely teach her how to take inventory. Be PROACTIVE Nicky not reactive.Round
To the many folks on monthly medications, I find calling the pharmacy, giving my name and say I will be in for my meds and give the day. It saves the anguish of hearing it is on back order.
I should have followed the reviews when I saw them about the pharmacy. They are clueless and text and never follow Through and then when you call they say something else. Get your story straight. Don’t waste your time going there! Believe me. Sad because not all CVS Rx are like this.
Worst CVS I have ever been too. Technicians are rude and they take forever to refill prescriptions. If you ever get medicine from here expect to wait 30+ minutes even if there is not a line. I have routinely checked a medication, was told it was ready, then when I get there was told I would have to wait.
This place has really gone downhill. Several times when Ive called in prescription re-fills or a doctor called them in for me or a family member, they fail to notify me that they are out of stock. What usually happens is that I have to then contact them to find out what the hold up is because I never received a text (like I sometimes do) saying that my prescription is ready. It usually takes at least an extra day to get more in stock. Not acceptable when its antibiotics!!! Also, the wait time on the phone is horrible. More than once Ive been on hold and then hung up on before even speaking to a real person. Also, when Ive dropped by to find out when a prescription will be refilled because I havent gotten a ready text and its very late they have an attitude. This place is awful!!!!
Very rude. Junior, Lynn and Stephanie cant seem to fill a prescription. Still waiting after three weeks. Try the Walgreens next door. Dont forget though, this location shares a parking lot with Chick fil a so definitely use it for a quick cut through.
The pharmacy won’t take certain controlled medication with out insurance. Also super rude customer service and doesn’t care about their clients on a personal level. So they won’t be seeing me anytime soon. You’ll have better luck with Walgreens down the street!
Started coming here last October after moving to Eldersburg. Terrific employees at Drug Counter and throughout the store. Minute Clinic for Flu Shot was a walk-in and took under five minutes from filling out forms to getting vaccine. Love this Store! Get all of my prescriptions here along with other items. Quality, value and good customer service! HIGHLY recommend this CVS!!!
If I could give negative scores I would. I have been a customer for a number of years here. Repeatedly I have had problems with them being out of prescriptions. Today was even more of a reason I hate this place. The female pharmacist was yelling at an elderlygentleman who didnt understand his coverage. Instead of explaining ot to gim she just repeatedly raised her voice. I saw him sit down waiting looking defeated and as if he was going to cry. It is no way to treat a customer.
Multiple employees were not wearing masks or had them pulled down off their faces.
Spent 15 minutes on hold waiting to talk to the pharmacy, then got hung up on. Called back and spent another 15 minutes on hold before I gave up. Customer service is awful.
Staff is slow, inventory is great.
I Scheduled a minute clinic visit which indicated one patient ahead, and 15 minute wait. When I arrived a patient was being seen. I waited an hour when patient finally exited. What part of this is minute clinic. I would have appreciated if I was told the appt was going to be excessively long or if at least when I scheduled, it indicated the time closer to the time I would have been seen.
The staff at this pharmacy literally sucks except the main Pharmacist “Junior”. The techs are very rude and doesn’t know their stuff at all.
Went into the CVS in Sykesville, MD with a script for pain meds from my doctor two weeks ago and was told they have to order them. I went back a week later and was told that they had to order them so it would be another week. So, today I went back in to only be told that they wont order what I needed. The girl at the pharmacy was so rude and ignorant and would not even talk to me when I asked what I should do. She just pushed my script at me and walked away! My insurance limits me from going to a different pharmacy that I can only go to CVS. So off I go to a different place to get my script filled.
Nice new store. Pretty much the same as most CVSs
They never have your prescription ready when they tell you they will
The worst pharmacy department. They refused to contact my childs insurance company in front of me . Junior the pharmacist claimed he had no coverage. I am contacting their corporate office and notifying my insurance company first thing in the morning. Horrible behavior, I wont do business there again.
Excellent service and friendly staff.
We have received friendly, professional care everytime we have used this location for our health needs.
Went in store to order more pain meds for a broken leg after surgery. They said they ordered and would be delivered. Came in delivery day and it was never ordered. Looking forward to no pain meds as my leg heals. Thanks CVS.
This is a relatively new location. Its well organized, clean and with a very helpful and friendly staff.
Calls to say a prescription is ready when its not. Disorganized.
Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. Dont waste your time at this location.
Not a fan of CVS. Walgreens is cheaper.
Lost script rude customer service
You have to pay for the shot for a PPD $35.00 then another &29.00 for them to read the results. You would think everything would be included in one price. NOT SO!!!!!!!
