Peter Paul the owner runs a great business. From pool design and construction, to customer service years after the build, we have been nothing but pleased. The long term employees working at the store are highly knowledgable, patient, polite, and always helpful. I trust their water analysis- it always matches my test kit. No shenanigans here to make you buy more pool chemicals like other places. I highly recommend this business.

I could not own a pool without these guys! They open and close are pool each year, When we first bought our house they came out and personally showed us how to take care of it and everything that need to be done. They do all our water samples and tell us exactly what to add to the water. Even make sure we have all the chemicals we need. A++ service!

We have been customers of Northern Pool and Spa for over fifteen years in two different houses that included installing three spas and one pool.They have a great team of people who are always responsive and professional.Wonderful service with excellent products. Bonus: they work with all the other contractors we needed; ie: landscapers, electricians, etc to provide comprehensive services for perfect installation and upkeep. Love our pool and spa!

Stay away from this outfit with all you got. We had the worst experience with them among all the contractors we used on our 2 year renovation project. The second they got onsite almost all their workers started bad mouthing the owner. That should have raised a flag!Police had to be called to the job site at my house since a fight broke out between their workers. The police made an arrest. The police report is on file. Also, the legal status of their workers on site is questionable. We are having INS investigate them.Ask that your conversation to be recorded on what he promises you. If they resist youd know you are being hosed. He charged us $30,000 more than what we should have paid and delivered a pool that was half the quality of what others offer. Verify their references provided (In so doing, ask for the name of the company that did the job...it may surprise you).We used them based on our landscaping companys recommendation and didn’t do our due diligence. I don’t want anyone else to become a victim.Do not sign a single thing. The pool is going to be installed empty and if you want it filled for the first time and treated its extra. I later found out that this service is offered by all other competitors at no charge and is a standard practice, written in their contract, not in their case…it’s a scam, they’ll ask for more money once you sign the bottom line. This is despite the fact that it was promised verbally upfront, but its not in the contract!The pools they make is nothing special, the competitors quality is ten times better. I hope this helps and no one becomes a victim. Try to avoid this outfit.

Very positive pool installation experience from A-Z. Ryan, our sales guy, was great to work with: consultative, knowledgeable, very responsive, and followed through on everything he promised. The various crews all worked well to get the job done right, on time, and within budget. Northern works very closely with Triad (hardscape) and Mike Wentworth (electrician)...would also recommend using these subs as they were excellent and very dialed in to Northerns process.

I wold not recommend another pool company. Northern was strongly recommended to us by friends who have used them in the pastthey were rght. From the beginning stages with the design to the closing of the pool last fall eveything went very smoothly. All of the contractors that Northern recommended were very professional and their work was outstanding. The entire process not only went smooth, it stayed on time and we were in our pool sooner than we thought.
