A little more transparency on prices and terms would be nice. Both times Ive rented I am quoted one price on the phone but then my invoice (which I dont see until the equipment is dropped off) was several hundred dollars higher. Live and learn, next time I know to ask a LOT more questions to make sure Im getting what Im asking for and thats what Im getting billed for.Otherwise good service, very professional, never an issue with delivery/pick up or the equipment.

Rented equipment to do yard work, equipment was dropped off late and picked up early. When this was mentioned to person picking up they said they would charge for another day. I understand that it is busy this time of year but if a customer pays for a full days rental that is what they should get. Not a rental period that suits the drivers schedule.
