Its a great place to buy games...just need to shop like every other place..you will find deals...

Cashier was cool, overpriced items litter the store though, especially their used game prices. But what can you do when most of the money gained from new purchases go to the developers/corpos like Sony and Microsoft? They gotta make money somehow, just wish the way they did it wasnt so dirty. Throwing away games and cracking the 💿 isnt cool either...

Store hours for when they suppose to open dont match website. Some hours due to employee illness which is understandable, things happen.

Rude experience, this same girl every time I come in is always sitting down and dont know what she is talking about when comes to stuff. so I have to call another game stop what she couldve done herself. They never seem to be open on time due to technical difficulties especially on days of new releases. Cant be 100% sure but pretty sure its the staff buying it for themselves and turning away people so they cant get caught. Hate this is the only one around wish they keep it and just replace the whole staff plus management.

Didnt answer the phone

RUDE customer service. I stopped in to buy my daughter some switch games and honestly I was going to load her up but I only purchased one game due to the poor customer service. And after I purchased my daughters game the clerk wouldnt even put my item in a bag she just handed it over with a receipt.Not a store I recommend to go in Illbe travelling to VA for my gaming needs.

I swear this GameStop does not know how to answer the phone. Every time we call they hang up. Also, we will look online and a game will be available and have to go in store to get it just to find out “they don’t have it”. It’s bs

Great place to get brand new and used video games, accessories, systems and collectibles. They dont sell old school stuff, but thats okay. Theres places in Virginia that do, if youre looking for that. The customer service has always been awesome every time I have gone there. And its always clean. You can also sell games and systems there too. I suggest you that you call first, if you want a price quote and to make sure theyll take what you got. I highly recommend going here for all your video game needs.

I love this GameStop location. The workers are always nice, if they dont know something they know where to find the answer, none of the guys working talk down to me, a female, as if I cant possibly know as much about games as them because Im a girl. Well done ECity GameStop, keep up the good work.

This store goes above and beyond to make sure you leave a happy Customer. They truly take their time with you. I stopped in to get two Cricket phones, and the young lady that helped us was just so sweet. Store is clean, and the atmosphere is great. :)

Good place to go when you’d like to purchase something. They usually have some type of sale going on. If you’re trying to sell something, this is not the place to go. They will low ball you so bad it’s not funny. I know they have to make a profit but what they offer is ridiculous. The employees are nice and pretty helpful which is good. They don’t seem to hate their job like most people do.

I shop at GameStop a lot. It’s nice to go in and buy the shet you need and leave. There were probably about four people in front of me and it took probably 30 minutes to check out cause of the motor mouth that is working the register. Be careful when you come here cause “Mr. Way too enthusiastic that it comes off as creepy” will talk to you until your ears bleed and will spend 15 minutes talking to everyone about stuff they really don’t care about. Pls unemploy him or teach him how to properly be a cashier

Now there are really good things about the place, like how MOST of the workers there are really kind and speak gamer.... but some.. and only a few, dont care and just give you the game. they also dont understand the return policy and dont ask the other workers for help. But everything else is really good. the games are in good condition, demos of new games are in the store you can test out work good, and small things like how the place is very clean. My only other gripe is the fact that they stop selling ps2 games.. ik the system died a few years ago, but you could still get the games until idk how long ago, but I wish they would restock the ps2 games again. overall, A nice place to get your games (although i dont think they have very many special sales that often)

Gamestop is amazing no matter what day i go they have the nicest workers behind the counter, they always have best suggestions for me and tell me what games are available for Xbox 360. I trust GameStop 100% and thats where i get ALL of my games from, i mean yeah consoles that lost thought left the store yeah i know but it even says it on their website We try to stay up to date on the latest gaming consoles and devices so everyone should respect that. I also love that they have a section for everything, even a little area to play games in the store! Its amazing there everytime i go i dont wanna leave its just Gaming Wonderland in GameStop everyday for me. Anyways GameStop earned my 5 stars 100% fair

Lied to me on Monday that a pre-order would be ready on Friday. Drove an hour to find out that only a special edition that they were out of was the early release. Told me that they were unable to sell me the deluxe version and got rude.

I drove an hour to purchase titanfall and they give me the disc for 360 in a plain black case. I didnt even get to see the damn game before it was put into the case. I brought a copy to the register for the Xbox One and the associate says let me see if we can save you some money with a pre-owned copy and gives me the wrong motherf****** game! So I get home with the wrong game discover this call the store and the manager says unless you can make it here in 7 days there is nothing we can do! Are you kidding me? Your mistake and I have to waste 2 hours round trip of my time thats if I can even make it out there in time! On hold with customer service now and they better fix this!
