My mother and I stopped by Brady Outdoor Equipment on Saturday May 22nd about 1:10 p.m. this means we were about 10 minutes late but we happen to see a few guys in the back and wanted to ask you a simple question. My grandfather left my mother a very nice pressure washer and the inlet and outlet parts had broken off.We stopped and I quickly jumped out and asked if I could get a bit of advice on the viability of fixing those parts. The one staff member a shorter guy with dark hair rudely said no not without screwing it up with an obvious distaste for taking time to speak with me. We then ask if they would like the pressure washer for free for parts and received a short no.For a company with a Christian fish symbol on both their sign and their building the attitude and behavior by the staff does not fall in line with what we expect out of this type of company. We wont be checking with them regarding any service we need in the future.

Customer service is great. As soon as the mower I purchased arrived they delivered it the same day. Refreshing change from large corporate giants like Lowes & HD, who couldnt care less about customer experience. Helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I paid 52$ for a tube to be placed in my front tire, which I already thought was a little ridiculous seeing it cost 10$ and i live next door. But Im pregnant, cant do it myself and needed to mow mow my grass. Well, within an hour of the tire repair i wen out to mow and my drive belt broke. It was running fine just not going forward or reverse. I went right back (same day same hour) and asked them to change the drive belt and was told theyd call when it was ready. Two days later I went back and was told they didnt have the belt, that they had to order it, that they had also ordered other belts and pulleys of some kind. NO ONE EVER called to approve additional purchases, to discuss needs, a time frame, or even an associated cost for repairs. I was slightly irritated at this point and asked what this was gonna to cost me and was told probably over 200$. (Mind you, this was 2 days later, no phone call or communication, and I had literally just asked for one belt to be put on). I went and called someone else to see if this sounded right. They said they would call and see what was going on the next day. Upon talking to them he told them to cancel the service, and wed come to get my mower. Would you believe they told him it would be 40$ to get it back? I didnt understand for what they literally hadnt touched the mower, they belt was still broken on it sitting in the same position as it was wen they got it.I went over to talk with someone and explain I had already pain labor fees when they had done my tire and i never authorized anything other than a belt replacement... the old man in the store was demeaning, kept cutting me off as I tried to explain, and just kept referencing the tire repair. He wouldnt let me even pay the 40$ as told on the phone and bring it home it made us wait for a return call when a manager came back in 20 min. Over a hour later he finally called, again still talking about the tire repair (that was already paid for) and cutting me off rudely ever time I tried to speak or explain, to the point I literally had to ask if he could hear me speaking and if he stopped cutting me off maybe hed understand. He hung up on me!!!! When they got there they made him pay 50$ to get MY MOWER BACK!!! They literally had not even removed the other belt and had just left it sitting in the rain all week! SO in short I just paid 102$ for a 10$ tube to be placed in my front tire and to push my mower back home without ever being touched or receiving the belt!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I had called the sales department at B&S Equipment and talked to David for two days in a row. I had applied for financing and had been approved. I told him that I was on my way but wouldnt be there till 1200, BUT he had a guaranteed sale if they would just stay open. I was desperate need for a mower. He said nah, we close at 1200. Well, Dave I took my business to BRADY OUTDOORS 300 yds down the road. I recommend everyone do the same. Amazingly good service and people, willing and able to help anyone; even if it means staying an hour late. They also worked with me on the price and their customer service is awesome. Good local folks!

This place is a joke I took my lawn mower in for service they gave an estimate for 450 dollars the stuff wrong I will do when they brought the mower back they took the blades off the blades where replaced beginning of last summer nothing wrong with them but they said it is a liability to send it out with bad blades I didnt authorize them to touch the blades. you guys better hope everything is their if not lord help you.dont waste your money or time

Took my push mower in 11 days ago. Called to see if it was ready and of course they did not answer the phone. This is pretty much everytime you call, and no call back. Drive over there to check and they havent even started it. No manager available and counter help is very abusive. They cant even find our paper work. Asked to have the manager call us. How much do you want to bet that never happens. I would never recommend taking anything to Bradys.

Terrible experience!!Never answer the phone, took my z mower there to be fixed. Got it back two weeks later(Yes two weeks)Got it home and it had the very same issue. Wasn’t fixed.Called them back that same day and was told that I would have to go back in line. Another week or more. Employees were rude. Really!?!?!?Took it to Land and Coats in Chesapeake. 300% better work and experience was professional. I don’t need perfect just fair.

RIPOFF!!! They definitely lived up to their reputation for ripping off their customers. I took my BG55 Stihl blower in because I couldn’t get it started. They took it in the back room and within three minutes they had it running. The spark arrestor was clogged with carbon. I was out of the store in five minutes and they charged me $35 to blow out the spark arrestor. Turns out that a brand new spark arrestor would have cost me ten dollars. I have purchased many tools from Brady to include a Toro zero turn mower, several Stihl products and many accessories, but that will be the LAST $35 they get from me.

This place may have been great at one time but it now seems to be run by amateurs who have a lot to learn about customer service time management and mower servicing.I was referred to Brady Outdoors by someone I know. I was told theyre kind of expensive but do excellent work. I was truly intrigued being informed they clean off rust spots and apply touch up paint to stop it from spreading. I confirm this with an individual on the phone before having my mower picked up as well as notifying them of a problematic Tire.They picked up my mower and a week later I had not heard anything I called them to find out what was going on. they said they were very busy and short-staffed and I would have my mower by the following Wednesday. The Wednesday went by and I heard nothing. Monday my other have finally went in and they could not find my Mower and could not figure out who we were. After finally solving that issue it turns out they had been calling the wrong number to get ahold of me.They did promptly drop the mower off the next day the charge was nearly $300. the rust spot I was excited to have treated had not been touched. According to the receipt the tire pressure has been checked even though my front small Tire I had ask them to fix had none in it. There is oil over the side of my engine. And if Im not mistaken the blades that they replace were fine and did not need to be done did not need to be charged. (Will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one though not 100% sure)so long story short I was charged $287 for a very incomplete service as well as possinly unnecessary. my mower was held for I believe over 2 weeks so had to pay to get the grass cut. every time I spoke with someone there just seemed to be a lack of care. I do not recommend wasting money here.

Took my Troy Bilt Bronco riding mower in for its annual service as I have done for 6 years and then after its ready they test it and break the engine. And then they get abusive about it when I as about limits of liability. Not to worry though the manager has a USED Toro he will let go for $600 that the deck falls off on within a month of me buying. This place used to be average when Brady ran it, now its not even that good.

I purchased a very expensive self starting toro push mower from them. It never self started very well but as it did pull start quickly i didnt get around to taking it back immediately but I did take it back while it was still under warranty. Bradys they could not find anything wrong that would be covered under the warranty but supposedly did adjustments on it without my ok, even though they had my phone number and when i picked it up found a $57 bill i had to pay. I would think long and hard before purchasing anything with this business because not only is the warranty not honored, but they will do unauthorized work and charge you. Oh and it takes 7 - 10 days for them to do work on your equipment so dont think you will get it back quickly. i personally will deal with Lowes who understands customer service. I even dealt with the owner at Bradys so this lack of customer service starts at the top.
