Was in the store recently when I overheard a disappointing situation.A man was checking out, while in a military uniform and asked if they had a military discount. The employee said yes 10%, but as the customer was exiting, there was another employee (or owner, I was not sure) cursing and yelling about the fact that he will make no money this way. The customer was embarrassed and walked out with their purchaseIf you dont want to offer a discount DONT OFFER IT, dont make people feel bad because you do offer it. There is nothing wrong with not offering a discount, there is a lot wrong with ostracizing your customers, especially a serviceman in uniform.I will never be returning and letting everyone I know about this experience.

Absolutely great shop. The luthier is personable and knowledgeable.

For the area... this place is great. Its got some useful accessories and a few choices in instruments for sale. Heard Mr. Glass was a certified luthier. He wasnt in the day I stopped by. All in all, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Real cool little music store with great service and good instruction. There was a line of people coming in for lessons when I stopped in.

Had a little miscommunication but it was fixed in a big way! will be taking all my gear there and buying from there from now on!!

Danny Glass is the music man!! Do yourself a favor and get him to build you a custom guitar. Wait. What? Thats right. Dan Glass is a cerifiable nutca... No. Thats not right... LOL. Hes a certified luthier. What is that you ask? Well, Google is your friend, but to save you some time, a luthier is someone who repairs or BUILDS, thats right, BUILDS, stringed instruments, such as guitars. Bring your design to him or let him design one to fit your needs. You wont be disappointed. Get your childrens band instruments as well. While youre there, ask him about his prior career as a firefighter. He has some great stories.
