Michael Grindstaff has done an awesome job representing Blossman Gas. June 2021 I had an underground tank installed at my previous residence which I already left a review for. That job went like clockwork and everything was completed exactly as I contracted for.My new home is slated for completion in Nov. 2021 and Ill be using Blossman Gas again. I met with Michael on Monday September 20 to go over my next install. Michael is professional, responsive, and sees the project through. Highly recommend Michael and the entire crew at Blossman Gas.
We are interested in installing gas for heat called set up an appointment for Friday 10/1 at 4-4:30 pm but he never showed called and said knocked on door but I heard no knock, then said was concerned about the door. Explained needed to come to side door and that Cookie barks a lot, so we rescheduled for today 10/4 at 3:30 pm, he called at 2:15 not sure why said to call him so I did and left a message,again he was a no show for today. Called the office at 4:00 and explained what happened and said would call me bac, no call back, called again at 4:50 and had to leave a message with their “care” center. I guess they have business and don’t need ours.
Garrett was our service tech. He went above and beyond what was needed to get our system installed. Very polite and very thorough with the installation. I wish everyone I had to deal with was like Garrett. Workers like him are hard to find. So Blossman Gas I hope you are thankful for employees like Garrett.
We are new to the Hampton TN area and had to inquire about the gas service and our existing gas log heater in our fireplace of the home we purchased last year. We had scheduled a service call and it was one of the finest experiences in customer service that my wife and I ever had. While there was bad news about being able to get things up, inspected and working our service tech Scotty Earp was phenomenally kind, courteous, so well mannered and humorous to boot! He explained to us how we needed to change the location of our tanks, walked our property with us and shared so much valuable information about the service and how to benefit most from it. Blossman gas should clone this guy! He was patient and communicated so well with us. Thanks Blossman and Scotty we are certainly going to become customers.
Top notch sales department, Michael was prompt and got our estimate the same day. Exemplary service by Scotty, called when he was on his way, right in the time frame we had scheduled. Curious and friendly service all the way!! Thank you!!
Scotty was here yesterday to inspect our gas tank. What a great guy. He explained everything to us (weve never had gas b4). He showed us how to take care of it, what to do in case of emergency, turn it on/off, where to put the smoke/carbon detectors, how to check things out, etc. Definitely recommend this company and Scotty. Great job.
Excellent customer service, Scott was amazing! Found a major gas leak and quickly fixed it, serviced my tank and replaced a bad regulator, very professional and put my mind at ease.
Ive dealt with Blossman Gas over the last 2 years and have found them to be excellent! Michael Grindstaff in sales is outstanding, always answering my emails and questions promptly (even the dumb questions!)-a pleasure to deal with. Randy (service manager) and Scotty (field service rep) are the same way. Their friendliness and commitment to excellence is constant every time Ive had interactions with them. Blossmans prices are very competitive, but their people are what makes doing business with them pleasurable every time. I couldnt recommend them more highly.
We just had Scotty service our system and he was amazingly wonderful! He took the time to explain what all we had connected to the gas. He took the time to show us how to start all our fireplaces. He was wonderful in explaining everything regarding the gas. (We have never had gas in our previous homes) We will definitely ALWAYS request Scotty!
There service is horrible. Been after them to come and get there 500 gal. tank out of my yard for more than two weeks. Theyve been paid in full. Im ready to hook a chain ⛓ to my truck and drag the tank to the road. Never use them for anything.
If there was a zero option I would choose it. The employees are lazy. When your told someone will be out to check your leak. They show up after hours knowing they wont fix it . Telling me they werent going to be able to fix it when they got there because it was so late. Still charged 71.34. I asked if Id be charged again when they were able to fix it. I was advised yes. So I asked them to come get the tank. A month later I still sit with a 500 gallon tank in my yard 70 percent full (roughly 800.00)of gas .paid in full. I call and ask when it will be picked up no one knows. They say they will call you back and they dont. A month later I sit with this tank in my yard.
Amazing experience at Blossman Gas tonight in Elizabethton! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff and in less than 30 minutes, we were sold! Refreshing to see that integrity and a mans word is still his bond in East Tennessee. A+ rating in our book...will recommend to all our friends and family!!
Worked with Blossman to get my Viking composite tanks recertified and filled. They were fast and professional and I would definitely use them again when I travel through the area.
A friend of mine recommended Blossman after I had a few horrible experiences with Heritage Propane, from the very first phone call to delivery & set up with Blossman I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is exemplary.
Went to fill two grill bottles. Nobody was there that could fill them. They don’t care about the small customer only big ones. Will never go there again.
Very awful service no gas and cant get a fill up
