Great place to take your car

After someone rear-ended my beloved pt cruiser my husband and I came to look for a replacement. We found a great Pontiac vibe and absolutely love it! The owner of the establishment is great and honest, I guess I could expect that from a Navy veteran as my husband is one too. He also said he will take care of any issues it has, personally which after previous not so good mechanics/salesman, means a lot. Great, hard working and honest place. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone in need of work or a new car!

Had a great experience here. Found a great Pontiac vibe shortly after my wife and I had to total our previous car due to being rear ended. Talking with the owner who is a fellow Navy veteran I knew immediately he would be a trustworthy person and a pleasure to do business with. When signing the warranty papers the owner said if anything goes wrong here in that amount of time come back and let me know. Ill fix it myself. That speaks volumes about the kind of business Gardner motors does. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into a good vehicle for a great price.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop. Mr. Gardner was very friendly and helpful. I dont know much about cars and he explained everything so that I could understand and he did not take advantage of me like other places would. Our van needed a lot of repairs to pass inspection. He got it done in a timely manner and saved us a lot of money, compared to another shop that we were going to go to! This is a great place to go for car service and all of the staff is very nice!! I would definitely recommend this shop to all of my friends and family!!

Great guy - compared to other dealers that I visited, he was pretty transparent during the whole process, didnt give me any of the typically pushy sales-guy moves and worked with me to get things done on a tight schedule. Car had some slight issues, but he made sure they were fixed prior to purchase and the mechanics couldnt find a single thing to complain about on the vehicle. Definitely recommend taking your business here!

We left feeling that we got the better end of the deal and they were equally pleased with it too. I have been taking my car to Gardners for the last 4 years and have had nothing but excellent service and over all positive experiences. Their prices are lower than any other garage I have dealt with, and above all they are is dependable. Whether I make an appointment a couple weeks in advance, or drop a car off with out notice he always has time, not only to diagnose on it, but FIX IT COMPLETELY. And if something wouldnt be 100% when I left, not that I have had that experience, they would make it right without question. You dont find that much in a business anymore.

We were excited to find the vehicle we were looking for at Gardner Motors and after reading excellent reviews we decided to buy it. Chris was professional throughout the whole process, and most of all stands behind his vehicles. Unfortunately, not even a month into owning the car, it began to give us issues. Mind you every time Chris did stand behind it. The issue became more of a headache having to bring it back every time requiring us to take off work, on top of being a 40-minute ride one way. After a handful of times, we decided it wasnt worth it anymore, it was more of an inconvenience and got rid of it. I like to say, it was just a bad egg.

I wanted a Nissan 350z for my first car but I was unable to afford it so I made it a goal of mine to save for my dream car. I went looking all over Maryland looking for the perfect 350z but was unable to find exactly what I wanted until I drove all the way to PA. Chris Gardner was literally the most honest car salesman I have ever met. When I took my car to get it Maryland state inspected it passed with flying colors. Usually, when you buy a used car there are minor repairs that have to be done but my car didnt even need an oil change. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. I strongly recommend Chris to any female looking to purchase a car because he is not looking to get a paycheck or to take advantage of you. I had such a pleasant and stress-free experience buying from Gardner Motors and I cannot thank them enough! I will be buying from there in the near future.

The owner is a nice man, but dont go their if your looking to get a PA inspection done! They will try and NOT pass you for things that arent even on the PA code inspection website and if you try and argue with them about it they blow you off and say your wrong. Just be cautious because if you go here you may be paying ALOT more than expected.

I took my car into Gardner Motors after being told that the mechanic onsite could install two air rear bags. I was told that the work should take two to three hours. Well, after three weeks of having my car and charging me over $1200.00 dollars, my car is still broke. I have an appointment with another garage tomorrow. During the three weeks I was continually lied too and was told many dishonest stories. I was told on two separate occasion that my car was good to go only to have it fail once I got it home.BEWARE, Gardner Motors is not an honest garage.

This is the second time Ive taken my Saab to Gardners to be repaired. The first was an inspection and to fix a wheel hub. After inspection of the SUV they found the rack and pinion was damaged. I set up an appointment for the work and they got it all done in 1 day (which was hard to do because of of the design of my suv). The cost was almost half the price as anywhere else!Yesterday my husband realized I was leaking all of my power steering fluid. We realized this a 1/2 hour before Gardners closed, so we pulled into their parking lot and they found a universal part for the saab. They was able to get me in the next day which was Saturday and had it done for me by the close of Saturday and didnt even charge me Saturday prices.These guys are honest and really there to help the customer!

My new go-to place for all things car repair/maintenance! I couldnt be a happier or more satisfied consumer. They were timely and helped me in a pinch with little to no notice. Prices were wonderfully low; I wasnt overcharged for anything. Everyone was quite professional yet uber friendly. I bought a new car from another dealer and of course it would be my luck for the check engine light to come on the very next day. Out of good luck, their mechanic was out and my car was sent to Chris at Gardner Motors. They fixed my car even through reoccuring problems. The work was done speedily, he always made sure I was in the know, he shows quality work and respect for the customer and the vehicles. His staff is respectful and very talented at what they do. No job is done halfway- they go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a safe car and customer satisfaction. They have made a frustrating situation, buying a car that was less than par, into an easier process. I will definitley buy my next car from these guys. They know what they are doing and they care about the service they provide to their customers.
