Best car deal I have made for a Lincoln in the last 20 years. Seriously.! All done over the phone and Computer. It was and they were ready when I came to pick it up after an hours drive there in a rain storm. Worth the trip for sure. Ask for Kyle Pinkham and he will work hard to make that deal . I saved over $70.00 over my last MKX lease and have more options.

Kyle Pinkham was very professional and very helpful with my car hunt! I went to many dealerships and every single one turned me away or wouldn’t work with me, whereas Kyle took his time to get me in a nice and reliable vehicle! When one option didn’t work he would come up with a better option. I HIGHLY recommend Pinkham Lincoln!! I will make sure all my friends and family goes to Kyle when in the market for a new vehicle!

Our experience with this dealership was terrible. They sold the car we were looking at right out from under us after we already got a loan through our bank. I let them know at 8am that I had the check, they then turned around and sold the car at 10am. Why wouldn’t they contact me and let me know! Awful.

This dealership employs great people, and they have an excellent selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. Its not the gimme your keys and let me low-ball you kind of dealership. The staff here are upfront and they made it a good experience. If you go, ask for Oscar, and hell hook you up with something worth driving home.

Very easy to deal with. Best experience i have had at a car dealership. Have to ammend. The car they sold.me has needed repair work 4 times already. They had to know it was a lemon but do not care. Was tokd if they knew it had issues they would have sold at auction for next to nothing but refuse to work with me on a solution.

Purchased a Used Nissan Quest From Pinkham. Was Lied to by the sales representative. Was told the Vehicle Transaction Control light was on due to previous owner getting a nail in the tire. This turned into an over 4,000 Fix. We had to replace the Yaw Sensor, Abs Sensor, mass Air Flow Sensor, Had to reprogram The Abs and Mass Air Flow Sensor. We had the vehicle 5 Days and it broke down. The check engline Light came on a week after having it.. Was told by my mechanic that there was no way the check engine light had not been reset with the codes it was pulling. 30 days in we had to replace the Air condition in the vehicle. We spoke to The rep and management and was told I should have purchased the warranty. Finally Talked to Bill Pinkham and wasted time speaking with him. He didnt have much to say other than ask me what the managers name was I had spoke with which I have everything documented. I told him I would let him know all of the Dates That I called in and spoke to someone. Once I had that information in front of me I told him I had 7 pages of Documents to send over to him in an email and he refused and told me he would just speak with the manager I spoke with when I complained. Save your MONEY! Save the Headache! Go to a Dealership that Values Customers.

Bought a car with 20,000 miles on it. Told it was in good condition. Got it home and found out the rear differential was leaking badly. They should have found that in their inspection and disclosed it. Had to have repairs done on it the first week I bought it. Was given a key with a remote start button and was told that was one of the features on the car. I should have tried it and not just believed them. Come to find out the car does not have that feature. When I called back to tell them about both these things they offered me a free oil change, which wont work for me because I live in TN and they know that. Very disappointed. Will not purchase from them again.

I purchased a new 2016 Lincoln MKX from this dealer. I had my vehicle service today at the dealership. I waited more than an hour for my service to be completed. I had a small scratch on the passenger side rear wheel from the car wash. Check when I got to work, tires on my new car were not rotated, as scratched wheel was in same place. Its pretty disgusting that you spend $50+K on a car and the dealership service department cant rotate the tires. Was my oil changed?????Inexcusable

My experiences with the parts deptment has been awful. I have ordered parts for a car purchased from the dealership, but constantly received poor service. On different occasions, I have ordered parts and was told that they would be in the next day. However, when I return, I would be informed that the part was not ordered. The two gentlemen who work at the parts counter, would blame the other (the one who is not present at the time).... Im not the expert, but in my personal opinion, they appear to be very unorganized.When I was purchasing the car, the sales member describe the service and parts department as a five star group; now I am questioning his integrity.....ShamefulMy thoughts/ feelings after speaking with a GM at the dealership... He really was not sincerely interested with my concerns or experiences.

I was working out a deal via email with Kyle Pinkham on a truck, and had my own pre-approved financing and everything but he wanted to do his own credit check so I say OK. Well, the next day I find out they already sold the truck, and didnt even let me know til the following day. The dollar is more important to them than customer service apparently. If I hadnt been going back and forth with questions, etc. I would understand them selling the truck, but when youre tryingbto work out numbers, that is just BS.

Salesman John Barton was a pleasure to work with. However the dealership has an untrusting attitude towards customers, even repeat customers. Never felt at ease in the dealership especially when big brother (sales manager) came around. So my business went elsewhere. Sorry guys just telling it like I see it.
