Didnt have much inventory in regard to girls softball pants, but it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Great store easy parking, friendly and very helpful staff, good selection of boating supplies for a place no where near the water.

We walked in and were greeted with kindness. We went to search for the stuff we came for and found it with ease and even though they didnt have the size we were looking for we found a size that worked. We also ended up buying some shoes that we did not intend to purchase, along with a few other things we didnt need. The store was clean and the associates were friendly. There was a small line at checkout but it moved rather quickly. Ivy the cashier was very sweet and friendly which made the experience even better. When we left we were greeted again by the nice gentleman at the door.

They take care of their customers. Had issues with a purchase. Service desk and store manager didnt hesitate to try and make it right. Definitely will be back.

On my second visit to Academy was another great experience. Friendly service, Covid regulations followed, merchandise easily located, employees knowledgeable of products and location, pricing fair. I wander if theres an awards program? Ive not heard about it during my recent 2 visits.

Very nice sports selection. Just missing many sizes in soccer shoes and all shoes in general. Pricing not the best but selection makes up for it slightly. Great staff at the rifle scope counter. But cashiers could use a little more training.

I would give zero if possible. They use theyre own opinion to judge what a woman should use for a fire arm and then because they arent comfortable they arent going to let a woman purchase a 9mm not a 45 not a desert eagle a standard Glock 17 9mm does that sound like something a woman absolutely cannot handle ?

Love this store!! They have sizes from kids to adults in clothing and shoes. They have a lot of sports equipment. Pricing is very reasonable. Very spacious store, not too busy and employees are there to help you if needed!

This place was absolute chaos over the weekend.. it was nearly impossible to find the shoe and size I wanted for my kids and there was no worker anywhere to be found to help. It was not busy to justify what we walked into.

Company policy on returns with no receipt paid by cash seems unfair. Returned a soccer ball that I paid $20 for only received $4 and change credit. Totally dissatisfied

Was asked if I need help by any staff I came in close contact with. Everyone seemed very helpfull

We found what we needed quickly, they had mulitple cashier lanes open for a quick in & out.

The best place for sporting goods in the local area where the staff are always courteous and available to help. Theyve a decent selection of goods and the prices are fair. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add layaway plans for higher ticket items.

Just a normal academy, nothing out of place.

Went today just to look at guns and fishing supplies. Bass fishing lures selection was kinda surprising small especially in hard baits and top water but the crappie selection was pretty good. Guns was few and far in between but thats everywhere you go now however they are not price gouging in the least! To you Academy of Elizabethtown Kentucky I tip my hat to.

I purchased a treadmill 12 days ago, the associates were very helpful in assisting me with the purchased. They were knowledgeable, as well as friendly, which made my purchase enjoyable. The problem arise after I made the purchase. Academy outsource their delivery and setups; I was told by Academy the delivery and setup was $140. I received a call from the assembly company that informed me it would be $140, additional 25 dollars if there were 4 to 12 stairs. Over 12 stairs will be an additional charge. We setup the delivery for 3 different days, with a 4 hour window. As of today, my appointments have passed and I STILL have not received my treadmill 12 days later. And a $165 delivery charge!!

My husband went in to check on the price and availability of an item. While standing and looking at an item a young man was sweeping the floor. I should say, he was pushing the dust mop while being engrossed on his phone. He ran the mop into my husband, looked up and said you need to move. No excuse me, please could you move while I mop here. Very poor customer interaction.

We went looking for fishing and kayaking gear and were able to find just about everything that we needed plus more. Selection was limited due to the fact that so many have the same idea as we did. We were still able to get in and get the items needed and didnt have to wait in line to check out. Associates were helpful too when we were looking for practice golf balls. They took us straight to them and gave us several options.

Shoe selcection are not good for football. and if you have wide feet they will not fit

After the staff giving my online order to someone else and claiming the Id was mine I will never go here again. Also the order was originally suposed to be cancelled. I was told it was by a manager and then had to go back twice because it hadnt. Staff again was not able to cancel it and stating I wasnt charged when I was. After all of that they then gave the order to an entirely different person and claimed it was me while I was at work days later. I had to wait weeks for the investigation to complete. I definitely will never go there or order from them again. To commit fraud and then put the customer on hold after all of their mistakes is unacceptable.

In the golf Department they dont have a selection for that tenders if any so you left handers do I need a club do not go to academy the only thing good golf balls and clubs sometimes they dont even have right hand clubs for the tenders LOL

Full disclosure, I am a part time employee. I can honestly say it is a great place to work. Team members are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. If we dont have exactly what you need in the store, we have More Options to find what you need and either have it delivered to you or to the store for pick up. I am not saying this because I work there I am saying this because I truly believe that Academy is the best place to meet your needs for your next sporting or outdoor adventure.

Huge store. Good selection

Shelby was so attentive, eager and helpful. Even when the store did not have what I was looking for she was able to find a replacement and help me achieve to get what I needed, a new bike for my 4 year old son.
