This is the worse business i ever had to deal with. I been trying for several months to order a part for my washer. They never answers the phone/text. Never get back with me. Very very very poor professionalism.

After several failed attempts by a previous contractor, I was very pleased and satisfied with Mr Phil at philtech. He was professional and timely.

Home warranty sent ticket two days ago for fridge repair. No response from this business. Have repeatedly called and left message, no response. Had to throw all food away. Don’t call if your call is an emergency, you’ll be waiting. Going to call warranty company and request someone else.

Well all I can say is no matter how many times Philtech comes back to your home it will still not be fixed. Philtech came to my home 3 time to fix my ice maker, and Im not sure what they did but, I do know that they did not fix it. It took months to get them back each time so I give up.
