I was very happy with the process that I was taking through in order to solve my hearing situation and I am little saddened by the outcome but glad to know know that it can be fixed with aids which I was pleased to hear.

Very friendly staff. The gentleman helped us and showed us what to do with the hearing aids. My mother is now hearing much better. Appreciate all of the follow up visits to come if needed.

I was satisfied with my visit. The tech was friendly, professional, and up front about the product. His conducting of the hearing test was excellent and his explanation of the test was clear and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the television ad. It was/is misleading. The ad leads you to think you will leave the clinic with hearing aids for 30 days to try them. When you have to pay for the aids first. Disappointing.

I arrived around 145 and the gentleman came out and took my hearing aids that werent working. He returned in about 10 minutes and said he replaced speaker wires. They work perfectly now. Thank you for such timely service!
