I received some of the ‘Whipped Body Butter’, and some of the bar soap as a gift for my birthday. I am absolutely in love with these products. They smell amazing, and the body butter has made an incredible improvement in my dry cracked heels! I have used many products over the years, and none have been so successful in helping this issue. The store is also bright and airy and the staff was very helpful! I highly recommend these products!

GREAT selection of homemade soaps, bath bombs, lotions, laundry detergent, wool dryer balls, shower body spray, beard oil and more! They offer personalized scents of laundry power & dryer balls. They have trays for soaps to rest or luffa bags for bar soap which is super convenient. They also recycle. Bring in your dryer balls or laundry powder containers for a discounted refill and re-scent of your dryer balls. Wonderful customer service too. Check their FB page for updates, sales & promos.

Very nice people here. Comparable products to ones we order from lush with organic materials, similar pricing, and outstanding unique scents. As of posting bath bombs are $7 and other products are around that price point and there is a program to sign up for texts to get discounts including a free bath bomb on signups at the moment. Perfect for gifts with strong scents that are different from the usual and color mixes on the soaps.

Curbside was outstanding!!! Fast, caring, and great customer service! I called and ordered a scrub and a shower oil while I was in the parking lot. They had to make the sent I wanted and they still got it out to me fast! It took longer ordering then it did for them to bring it to me! Amazing!

Love everything in the store! My buy today was soaps, laundry soap, laundry spoon, shower fizzies, facial soap, wool dryer balls, soap net holders, wooden soap holder and a mystery box. This will last me forever, but I want to go back for more 😁

My first visit here exceeded expectations! Their scents are all amazing, and the bath bomb (Cloverfield) left my skin silky smooth, and semi glittery. The shampoo bar lathered great and made my hair pretty soft considering I didnt use any conditioner! And the bar soap even impressed my boyfriend, who is incredibly picky with smells. On top of all that, the prices were actually great and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Ill definitely be returning.

I was in last Friday and had THE BEST service! I had a ton of questions and all of the women answered them so fully! I was also able to request some custom scented items and watch them be made, understand the process and decorate my own truffle!I don’t really need anything more at the moment but I’m dying to go back already just because I had such a great experience!

My honest buff city soap review, first time actually visiting, I walked in and was greeted by the staff, two ladies actually recommended some different soaps, I’m hooked on the narcissist, it smells so nice, I also purchased the unicorn for my daughter, she liked the smell of it!The layout was very nice and organized and the store smelled amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful!It was hard to choose which product to buy but I think I found my favorite!

We went to the store in Elizabethtown, kentucky. Chelsea & Chris were absolutely wonderful. They explained that make the soaps right in the store. My friend, Billie, and I were extremely impressed with their professionalism. They were able to answer all of our questions, and they showed us other coordinating products which was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about your store and your staff! Five star rating and I would give it a higher rating if I could. We will definitely be back and buy more. Also I have one of the $5 grab bags, and was absolutely amazed at the products that were in the bag!

I want to love this place. I really do. Their products smell amazing and everyone working there is so nice. But I find almost all of their products very drying to my skin, which isn’t sensitive or dry to begin with. I would say I have combination or normal skin with rare dryness unless it’s the middle of winter. Their bar soaps in particular are incredibly drying to me and leave your skin feeling rubbery. The body butter becomes greasy initially after application and takes quite a while to soak in and somehow still leaves my skin feeling no different than when I applied it. My boyfriend tried the products as well and feels the same way and we have completely different skin types. I will say the bath bombs do make my skin soft, so I will keep buying those.

This place is amazing! So many different items to choose from, soaps, shower fizzes, bath bombs, laundry soaps, shave soaps and more ...all in amazing smells. The staff were extremely helpful, took the time to answer all my questions and even offered to make the salts in a flavor if I didnt see it.

I love their soap! Unfortunately the shampoo bars left some kind of waxy film on my hair and made it a tangled mess. I would definitely buy the soap again but I suspect the reviews on their website arent at all accurate since everything is five stars. I left a two star review of the awful shampoo bar I bought and I will check back to see if they only put good reviews on their website.

I got kraken, ferocious beast and narcissist..narcissist is the best so far..didnt really like ferocious beast it kind of smelled like dust. Havent used Kragen yet but, im thinking narcissist is probably going to be my go to.

The place smelled absolutely amazing and I look forward to continue using their products in the future. 10/10

Right when I walked into Buff City Soap, all I could smell was soap. It smelled really good. They have a variety of bath bombs, shower bombs, body and skin care, and even laundry detergent powder. Im really shocked that Elizabethtown actually got one of these. I feel extra bougie when I walk in there.

If you have not gone. Stop now and get over there. They are so fun and the fragrances are so custom they can make every person smell better, including my teenage sons.
