All around trash. Tried to get some copies made and the lady behind the counter made it seem like what I was asking was an inconvenience. Very poor customer service and would recommend going elsewhere 👎👎👎

Really poor communication from staff. I unintentionally came in before closing for a very quick and simple service. Having not been out much since the pandemic started, I was unaware of hours of operation and the front door was too cluttered with stickers to easily find store hours.I do understand not being able to help a customer because you are about to close. I do not understand not telling me that you are about to close, so I dont leave feeling angry and dismissed. I do not understand not offering alternative solutions like taking an order for me to pick up later, suggesting I come back the following day, or directing me to another location with later closing times.I will choose another location for future services.

Was fast and easy

Was told I needed to buy bubble wrap so I did and got my package packed, then the clerk comes back with the largest size of expensive tape and tells me that I need to buy tape as well, so I made another seperate purchase. I then offered to leave the rest of the roll of packing tape I purchased for the next customer who falsely assumes that FedEx will be decent and provide tape. The older woman who sold me the supplies then told me that they WILL tape and pack it in bubble wrap for you which they prefer to do anyways to assure safe shipping. So she sold me stuff I didnt need for no reason and lied to me. She then rang me up a 3rd time for the cost of shipping which was way too expensive for such a small package. 3 receipts, 3 purchases, 1 silly package that was barely worth the shipping cost. Thanks guys.

Waste of time. Only thing that works here is the copy machines. Computers and staff are of no use. I’d rather deal with the post office.

I needed to send a package (high priority) and was unfamiliar as to how to go about it so I called the FedEx office on 7400 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove and spoke with representative Angela. When I told her what I was shipping, without hesitation, she walked me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable on the subject. When it was time to send the package a few weeks later I went to their office and was helped by another representative Paul. I told him what the package was and that I had spoken with Angela, who just happened to be right there. He proceeded to take care of my transaction and it was just as Angela said it would happen. The whole event was done in just a few minutes and I was out the door. I would like to thank these two for making this a smooth and uncomplicated experience for me.HjR

A team member was completely unhelpful and apathetic. Their photo printers didn’t work. They made no effort to try to make it work. They said they were out of paper, they had two new reams. They made no effort in figuring it out. They ended up printing my pictures on a different kind of paper at a low quality. It looks terrible. Their attitude and unwillingness to assist was very frustrating. From now on I’ll print and ship things myself.

Josh at the photo counter was extremely helpful scanning some photos of my Grandmother for me! He even photoshopped a small crease in the photo! He did an awesome Job and was so helpful!

Excellent service. Sent out a bunch of equipment and I would rate these guys 10 stars if possible. They packed everything and helped me out even though it was going to keep them 1/2 hour after normal closing time.

Karen and Kyle were very helpful, couldve been faster but the customer service made up for it.

The staff there was so amazing. I came in needing a print and binding job done within a few hours, and they helped me figure out a way to make it happen within 2 hours! Cant thank them enough. Great customer service.

I was just in here to get some prints, and every person was SO helpful. Not just to me, but everyone in the store. From how they greeted to how they spoke throughout. Even though they are very busy. They are so lovely, and I will be back!

My brother works for FEDEX and I definitely have to say this is one of the best companies. And I have shipped several things using FEDEX and it has been shipped on time. And the service has been great. No complains.You can make copies and fax here too.

Service was nice machines were nice. But not emailing documents, I have to buy a thumb drive to get my digital copy of document. Then I have to pay to go use their PC so u can email documents to client. Not all of your customers have devices that have USB drives. Just charge me to email document to myself I would have gladly paid the same price I did to have it emailed rather then waste my time either using your PC or finding a PC to use. Store policy causes less customer service and less gross profit.

Good shipping but when you want something printed they send you to the machines. Its 10¢ for them to print behind the cashiers and 12¢ if you use the ones in The lobby. There trying tonight get you to do it yourself. and pay more. It may not sound like much when it adds up its a big difference and no help when have questions.

Really disappointed with the customer service here. I called in ahead of time to have a bulk amount of flyers printed for my company. I went to pick up and found the flyers were not printed to scale. There is a distinct color boarder and the printing messed up the entire boarder. The sales person didnt even apologize just said they didnt know it was going to turn out that way...the manger came up and said he would reprint to scale and have to cut. I didnt have time to waste and they didnt even offer a discount or anything to redeem the mistake and inconvenience. This should have been communicated from the start. Just wasted everyones time and money.

On Monday 4/29, I went to this store to print out PDF files for a school course. Paul, the store manager, was nice and friendly and showed me how to use the self service printers. After plugging in my USB drive and credit card into the printer I found out that it takes 20-60 seconds for the system to read and render each file and then 20-60 seconds to start printing. As I had more than 15 files and almost 400 pages to print you can figure out how long this takes. There was no way to batch print and the printer kept defaulting to color one sided printing for every file even though I was doing black and white 2 sided printing on the same session. Paul told me there was no difference to them doing it for me. So 45 minutes later, I finally finish my print job. Needing to 3 hole punch my two batches of print outs, I asked one of the other employees to do it on their drill in the back. I did not want to use the free standing 3 hole puncher which could only handle 5-8 pages at a time. This employee was markedly less friendly than Paul and what should have been a 2-3 minute job took almost 10 minutes. My frustration with the slow and inefficient printers came to a head at home when I realized that the unfriendly employee had hole punched the larger of my two batches on the wrong side of the documents. I made the mistake of using this store for my printing needs. Beware. Next time Ill go to Staples or UPS store.

I use this location mostly for making prints of pictures. They recently got new machines and all the bugs have been worked out. The staff is helpful and professional. Their new systems have cables attached to the machines so I can plug in my phone and print pictures.

Great service, fast friendly staff and super affordable. No matter what I bring them they box it and ship it. Very friendly staff and sheets willing to help.

Have a delivery and no FedEx delivery trucks hasn’t dropped off my package in 4 days. Needed to call a store location and they do not pick up during their hours of operation.

The women who work here are so unbelievably RUDE. Its like theyre trying to dissuade anyone from actually using their services! Also packing tape was $20 and thats absurd. What a horrid place filled with awful little people. Go down to Franklin and use Mail and More for shipping needs, where theyre polite and helpful.

Terrible experience. If youre just printing out an essay or some type of paper dont waste your time or money. You are charged for the amount of time you are on the internet, which is extremely slow. Printed 5 pages total of $8.00 thats way too much.
