Needed a new power steering pump. I got in and realized the pulley needed removed. Without hesitancy the employee pulled out some tools and spent 20 minutes helping us to turn in the core. Great service!!

Had the parts we needed in stock, that was nice...However.... Neither of the guys working on 4/24/21 @ 1430 were wearing masks of any kind. Way to go guys.. lets keep sharing those germs. Im a nurse and Im way over the public masks dont work BS.

After rushing 23 min to catch them before closing I was happy to walk in 8 min before close. Was greeted with a less than 10min till close They had already closed their drawer or something as they were obviously upset when they heard it was cash I had to spend. Im so sick of all these retail stores shutting down early so they can walk out at closing rather than stay the 10 min after close LIKE THEIR SUPPOSED TO. GUESS WHAT when it says your open till 10pm it means u provide that awesome customer service till at least then and in the minuets after. Till all those present are done keeping u with a job.

Came in yesterday for braided ground wires. Had bought one and the only one. was told that theyll get 4 qty as I ask from the warehouse to deliver to this location by today. My sis or my brother inlaw was just there with the one I bought yesterday and was told none was in store nor nothing was order in.

I felt like the people there at autozone didnt know what they are doing. I ordered something from them and had to pick it up at a later date. When I arrived I pulled out my ID and they asked me to sign for it but didnt ask for my ID. Now that tells me anyone could have picked it up to. So I gave them 4stars because everything else was great but that one thing that they should ask for ID so they know who i am and the right person picks up the right order.

Top rate service! They were able to get me a part for $100 and installed it for me. The dealership wanted $246, with $100 more for installation. Super helpful, friendly, and considerate. Recommend this place to everyone!

These guys are awesome. Brian always makes my family and I feel confident that we get the correct parts and leave satisfied. Even when the new employees or other stores mess up, we know we can go to Elk River and get the correct parts for our vehicles. I have seen so many rude customers when im there and everyone is professional the best they can be. We have chosen Elk River to be our main store to go to. If we see the Dodge Charger there we make sure to stop in knowing we will be helped with anything we need. I always tell everyone we know to go there if the Charger is there. Thank you for everything you guys do. We dont know how you deal with all those rude customers you deal with all the time.

The female manager was very rude and not helpful at all. She had a attitude helping me the whole time. I’ve Been going to this store awhile but this experience was the worst costumer service experience i’ve ever had.

Was told by the clerk that the boxes in front of register was for social distancing ..but no sign just stuff in the way....also no mask on ether clerk ..even thou it was posted at the door and on register...apparently it didnt apply to ppl that worked there. For what its worth got the correct part ..but it seems to the ppl that covid 19 us just a inconvenience to them...step it up guys and model the way

JT.C was super friendly, and answered any question I had. He seems like a very respectful, helpful, positive, polite, and patient man whom I think has children of his own. Will be returning here for all of my auto part wants and needs!

Had a wonderful experience today just picking up a windshield wiper! Seriously the best customer service I have had in a long time by I believe his name tag said JCT he is a retired vet. He was even nice enough to come out and install it on my car today without me asking and making friendly conversation. Somebody give that guy a raise! He was so knowledgeable and offered his insight to every customer that was in line to check out.

Replaced a lot of parts on my vehicle. Experienced staff was quick about getting the correct parts ordered. Parts became available before stated time which was a plus! No issues what so ever. Safely back on the road, with no worries.

Pretty sweet you can use their specialty tools at no charge. You pay full price for it and then get refunded when you return it. Saves a lot of money and the parts prices are always very similar or less than the competition

Favorite parts store almost always have everything Ive needed (I have domestic cars so that may be a factor) staff seems knowledgeable which is important (other part stores dont seem to think so.) If they do have to order parts there shipped in very quickly also critical in my opinion. There scanner tool for odb is trash but it gets the job done for most things, but Id you need live data stream for trouble shooting your gonna have to go somewhere else... I realize thats out of the scope most diyers but as someone who has always fixed and will always fix my own cars theres been a few times where theres no other way to pinpoint the problem so wish they would fix that

Autozone has come a long way since it first opened! If I cant find it at the U-pull yard this is my go to store for all my automotive needs. They got awesome sales, friendly helpful staff that will scan your vehicle and install your wiper blades or bulbs for free!

Female customers are not welcome at Auto Zone. I had been waiting for help for approximately 5 minutes because I could not find what I needed. Both men working completely ignored me, although one was with a customer. The other walked past me twice and he acted as though he couldnt hear me when I talked to him. I went to the front and stood at the counter in front of him and he still ignored me. Then a man walked in and he looked up, greeted him, and asked to help him! I left without spending the several hundred dollars I had planned to spend.

I went there to look for something and the worker’s attitude and tone was extremely rude.

I went in with ac list . Handed it to th eff man and he got me the best deals in the house.

Checked our engine light and provided a print out, but the diagnostic was vague for our issue. Went to OReilly later and got a more precise answer, by no print out.

I go in the store 5 minutes later and ask once again if they had a heat gun then they say no we do not carry those. Then I walk around and guess what I found on. A heat gun.
