We had a blowout on our way home stopped in at Big O Tires, Joel got us taken care of on a Saturday mid afternoon, these guys really know how to take care of customers, we were in and out of there with two new tires and a full inspection, back on the road in no time, would and will definitely stop in here again. So Im a mechanic of 27 years also worked here previously and resigned not only for personal reason but also because of how I was being treated from higher up but I know these guys so I go there to have my vehicles aligned and buy tires. Today was much different though it started last week we replaced upper control arms upper and lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends and the sleeves that hold them together took it in last wed to have alignment done cause obviously it was in need of one hard job though when caster camber and toe is out due to all new parts for all 3 things couldnt quit get the alignment right wed so I called friday to reschedule to bring it back got told schedule to full ok so politely asked when would work got told by Patrick monday at 3pm so I go back for my appointment today and got the vehicle about 98 percent right and thats fine it was a hard job to do I asked the guy doing it if we could clean my rims and balance my tires due to the bad alignment wearing them down was getting bad shaking note tires were brand new prior to going there so bad alignment wore down the new front tires I didnt ask for new tires I just asked to have mine cleaned up and balanced Patrick came back asked what the guy what he was doing started explaining to him and he flipped said he was gonna charge for the alignment and the tire mount and dismount ok fine but I already paid for the alignment and tried to explain he didnt care told me to get out k so I wait outside no problem when job was done gst backed my vehicle out my friend that was with got in I was sitting there turning on the stereo before I pulled up front and took care of the bill Patrick at this point was walking out toward us so I politely rolled down my window he said I owed him 85 something I then asked where the price was coming from he freaked out and said if I dont come in and pay he was gonna call the cops I started to say I was gonna come in and he grabbed my keys shut the truck off and pulled them so hard his way he caught my hazzard button on top the steering column with one of the rings on them and snapped it off the column the part new is 197 before tax I took my keys and note I never said anything about not paying vehicle wasnt even put in a gear and he had more than ample time to reach in and rip the keys out the ignition very unprofessional and uncalled for now I have to fix a part that was never broken in a 21 year old truck Im rebuilding and am only hearing from higher up that they have to put paperwork in I literally have a witness and want all my money back from the alignment I want a whole new set of tires for the ones that got messed up the assistant manager should be fired frankly for pretty much attacking a customer i know this company and know they sweep stuff under the rug but this needs to be rectified i send family friends and clients from my business there for tires and alignments that will no longer be happening i will never go back into a single one of these stores ever again i dont even want them to fix my vehicle there I want it paid for at a shop of my choice cause truthfully they dont have a technician to do mechanical work so who would do it anyway with experience

Stopped in to have an engine light checked. Got me in fast. Code was checked. Just a minor emissions issue. Cleared it with no charge. No charge either. Thank you!!!!

I had a flat tire and I was able to get in right away here. Within 30 minutes of me being there they had my tire repaired and Joel didnt charge me for the service. Im amazed and super happy with the outstanding service I received. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any service you may need. Thank you Joel for turning my bad day into a great one! Ill definitely be back for future work.

Brought my 2005 F350 in for rear tire replacement and an alignment. Which I had previously put brand new tire rod ends on the truck, prior to bringing it and I all lined up myself with a tape measure truck drove fine.Dropped it off at 2 PM they told me it would be done at 4 PM at 6:30 I got my truck back drove home. next morning the adjustments leave on the drag link was completely loseTook it back they threw it back on the rack, I had to go in to the shop and show them what was wrong with it......Two days later I turn the wheel a quarter of the way in the truck will continue to do circles in a parking lotCalled this morning, explained everything. they said all there might be something else wrong with the truck bring it in will take a look at it.Kept putting me on home long story short a pole a 20,000 pound trailer with this truck and this is not how I expect my truck to drive when I pay somebody to do an alignment

Unlike past experience that was a solid 5 this time was much different!! I called to ask if there would be a long wait to get a valve stem replaced on my trailer tire which by the way was already off and in the back of my truck.The person on the phone says if you can get here in 10 minutes i will get it done right away!! I said great in in Zimmerman and will Be there!!! I drove straight there.and went in and told the guy I had just called and I was the guy with the valve stem that needed to be replaced.He said it would be at least an HR. Was i going to leave it? I told him I was trying to get it fixed now and I was just told that if I rushed over here it would be done right away.He said sorry someone told you that but it will be an HR approximately!!!So I left with my tire and tried next door at AJS AUTOMOTIVE. Justin said he couldnt do it till 2 pm. I explained what happen atbig O and he recommended his other neighbor SBR AUTOMOTIVE I called and Seth said come right over and I can do that real quick for you!! 5 minutes later literally I had my tire fixed!!Thanks Seth

Well my last trip here was for replacing my front brakes. I was please to have gotten a veterans discount, but wasnt aware there was one. I got lucky and the manager overheard me talking to another customer about one of my deployments. The following day I went out to find my oldest childs phone lost when driving to work. When found I turned around to head home when I heard a pop that sounded like the suspension when it is cold and had no problems until I tried stopping. There was a grinding noise so headed back to have it looked into. When I hit the first light in town the front right side dropped. After getting towed the rest of the way back, they removed the wheel and we saw it was in two pieces. Now it was obvious that something wasnt done, so the manager covered the cost of the tow and had the damage fixed along with replacing the wheel and tire, so pleased with that. But when I picked it up, I didnt get the usual details and all, I got youre good to go here and well call you when the wheel that would need to be ordered is in and ready. I called later the next week to check on this and it sounded like would be in soon and Id get a call in a day or two, but moved into the following week with no call. I called again and they were just finishing up. Now I had an alignment done with the brakes, and asked if when it was brought in after it broke down, if they redid that alignment. It was checked and found it was needed so likely it was not done. That was completed and tires rotated.Im disappointed at the many misses that occurred (one during the brake job take caused a breakdown but could have been worse if I was on the freeway, one for not calling about the wheel when it came in or any update on that process or anything that caused a delay, one for not realizing an alignment was done during the initial appointment and would need to be done again and one for not telling me what happened or sorry for all this trouble. It seems like they had to protect themselves from being sued so didnt admit fault. Im glad that they at least covered all cost incurred from their mistake and fixed the additional issues/damage, but hope they learned several lessons and dont repeat any of this again.

New wheels got delivered late on Friday. My wife wanted them on her ride ASAP. Called up Big O, they got us right in on Saturday, swapped out wheels and tires in no time for a reasonable price.Service was stand-up. Not our normal neighborhood shop, but they stepped up in a pinch and I wouldnt hesitate to give them a call in the future!

Got my car in the same day that I called for an appointment. They broke down the price for me so that I understood it, and got my car done quick. The guys there are very helpful, and nice. Great customer service. I would definitely go back again.

My girlfriend ended up getting two screws in one of her tires on her brand new car. When we came in we were immediately greeted by Jared. He took our information and our car was taken back right away. One of the technicians in the back said we might need to replace all 4 tires. Jared was a little concerned for us and said Dont worry Ill go look at it and try to get you out of here today with the same tires you came in with. Thankfully he came back with good news. 15 minutes later we were on our way.

I needed some service work done on my 07 Tahoe. Zach did all the mechanic work. He was wonderful! He did everything right, the first time, and completed the work in a timely manner which is important for getting to work and carting kids around. Joel helped me out with all the paperwork and was very informative on what needed to be done and why. everyone there was so nice! I will have no problem bringing my car back there in the future. thanks guys!

The manager Joel was able to fit me in today because I had a whole in my tire. He patched the hole and didnt even charge me. Stand up guy. Will definitely be back to get four fresh ones.

I just saw an ad for Big O Tires and had to comment. I went to them a year ago with a flat tire. I told them I wanted to spend as little as possible. They told me I needed new tires and the cost was over $800. Plus, they did not have the tires in stock. I got the tire fixed for $15 somewhere else. I am still driving fine a year later. You decide......

Took my car to get an alignment. Looks right but everytime I accelerate itll pull to the right and once I let off it goes to the left. It isnt a small problem. Its sketchy as heck now. Steering feels loose now too. Worker was riding my clutch like crazy. As soon as I got out to get back into my car I smelled my clutch burning terribly. Manager seemed cool tho.

I came here for an oil change on my Jetta. Was told the price would be $65 over the phone + taxes. Once I got there I was told it would be $92. Taxes for $30??? They charged me for an extra quart when I know how much my car needs and it does not need the amount they told me. I’ve been to big o tires in another location and was charged way less. I also sat there for an hour waiting for it to be done, if I wanted to pay $90 I would have gone to Valvoline and got it changed within 15 minutes. I will not be coming back to this place, was way overcharged.

My initial experience was excellent. Stopped in without appointment Saturday morning. Needed to get an idea what was wrong with car and a ballpark on cost breakdown and priority. Joel and Zach were outstanding. They understood my situation, they worked together well, took my car immediately, and communicated clearly and honestly. They definitely created an experience that leaves me comfortable trusting them when I can get work done.

Just returned from getting a new set of tires on my Durango. Great price breakdown, service and very friendly. They went above and beyond by adjusting the camber of my front wheels when they didnt have to. Very much appreciated and it was great driving home and actually going in a straight line! Thank you!!

I had the most amazing experience at Big O tires than any other mechanic or auto body shop. I was in desperate need of new tires and all the other area body shops were either outrageously expensive or “conveniently” open during the weekday hours when I was working.I happened upon Big O Tires and was relieved they could get me an appointment on a Sunday. My entire appointment time from start to finish was roughly 3 hours (which I think is pretty darn quick!) The new tires did not cost me an arm and a leg and they are running a lot quieter and smoother than the previous ones. It’s been over a month and they have checked in a couple times to see how my car is running and if everything is going smoothly.I highly recommend this company. They have great customer service, affordable prices, and flexible hours.

Had to get a tire replaced quickly and they were able to get me in instantly! Mount and balance 1 tire and disposal of the bad one for under $26. Great service and friendly staff. Shop was messy but hey, its a shop. Customer waiting area was clean and comfortable.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Big O Tire. I had sat in a parking lot in Ramsey for two hours waiting for AAA to help me with a flat tire (Mind you I am 38 weeks pregnant)... This doesn’t seem like a big deal but my septic system alarm came on and the pump was failing and I was supposed to be home to meet with the septic company and I missed that appointment so I was scrambling... At 38 weeks pregnant the world was ending lol. Once I finally got the spare put on I was scrambling to think of somewhere to get the tire patched so that I could make it to my doctors appointment in the cities in the morning. I walked into Big O Tire and they could tell I was just hot and uncomfortable and not having the best day. They were supposed to close in 10 minutes and the awesome lady at the front desk said they will get it done and just stay later. She was so nice and generous and in that moment I don’t think she knows how much that made my day!! So thank you, Big O Tire, for staying late and helping a helpless pregnant lady out! 💕

Made the appointment. Dropped off on time. Got 4 tires at a good price and had the car back in about an hour and a half. I asked the mechanic a few questions that he answered for me. Kelly was very courteous and helpful. I drove the car home and everything was as I expected. Smooth. I have received several sets of tires from them over the years. I would recommend this place and go there again in the future.

They are so slow. They were bumping peoples appointments because they are slow. You watch the employees just sloth around. I have never had an oil change done here take less than an hour and a half.

I am not from Elk River but needed air in a low tire. I have a cast on my hand & cannot add my own air. I asked if they would check it for me. Not only did they fill the low tire, they checked all four tires & added air to all of them. This store is simply the best!

Great service! They quickly fixed a small leak in my son’s tire and did not charge him!

I was excited with the buy 2 get 2 free sale, I called your store and got a quote for an out the door price. When arriving for my appointment I was told the price was about $ 100 more, which I questioned. I was offered an extra$ 10 off per tire at that time. When I examined the new quote there was a disposal charge for the tires and by taking my old tires got my price to within about $ 50 of the phone quote which I accepted as I wanted to get my tires taken care of. After the car was finished, I asked for a copy of the tire protection package which wasnt available. I did not receive a print out of my alignment specifications, mileage recorded on the receipt was 50K off. When I got home and checked my tire pressures I noticed that the tire valve stems were not replaced. I would expect these to be standard operations.The car does drive fine and the tire balance is good,tire pressures were also good.

Brought my car in for a simple alignment and to swap one wheel with a new one I had brought in as well. They forgot to install the Hub Centric ring on the new wheel, over inflated the tire by 15-20 psi (noticed this fairly quick because an over inflation warning popped up later that day). I would’ve said the alignment part of the service went well if my steering wheel was straight but it’s not and most of this was minor and didn’t bother me till I noticed the mechanic must have had one of the lifting arms in the wrong lifting location which resulted in breaking the plastic underbody shield in that area. The car is absolutely flawless and I spend a decent amount of time doing maintenance/cleaning the vehicle so it only took a couple days to notice this. I called about this issue then eventually took the car in to show the manager the issue, he stated “that honestly looks like you must have hit something” referring to some scrapes on the pinch weld, the spot he was pointing at is the factory specified location to place a jack or any other lifting mechanism to safely lift the car, it’s symbolized with an upside down triangle on the car. Figured out quickly I was wasting my breath. Long story short I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this Big-O location in particular.

I know nothing about cars at all but they made me feel right at home and simplified everything for me, As working a help desk job I can see good and bad customer service but I have to say this company is one of the best I have ran across thanks for the oil change and stay safe in these times

1 star is a compliment. Joel said that he would call me back to find tires that suited my wife’s car.1 week prior to our appointment. (I guess he didn’t want the sale as he never called me back. Even after his coworker told me other tires were available. He only had one option for under $500. Next step was to offer me $900 and above tires... SMH Joel is a terrible sales guy. I took my services else where and paid for the tires over the phone and have a date set to get tires on my wife’s car.I like Big O but I will NEVER deal with him again.

I was treated like a queen from the time I called- drove in -til the time I left. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. Everyone should do biz there. They are definitely worth the time for a phenomenal review. I’m a very busy, full time working momma who doesn’t usually have time for these things. Took my car in for a tire rotation and also had them check out what was causing significant road noise. They told me it was warped rotors in brake system and not anything to do with the tires, bearings etc. So I had them replace the relevant rotors. Then they called me after the work was completed and said that when they test drove it, the noise was still there. So then they decided the noise was from cupped tires. So I needlessly spent over $260 (after a supposed discount) for brake work which I would not have done at this time. Their response was well you would have had to replace them soon anyway. Shouldnt a place that specializes in tires be able to tell me right away the noise was from cupped tires before spending all this additional money!!? I do not recommend this place.UPDATE: The owner called me and agreed that the mechanic should have been able to spot the cupped tires as the cause. We worked out a solution to my satisfaction. I appreciate a business that takes customer issues seriously and follows up to ensure issues are resolved - I have moved them up to three stars.

Great store. Great people working. Got a tire valve replaced. Got in and out with no problems. Great price. In this case no charge. Been going here for long time when it was Tires Plus, and NTB and now Big O Tires. Will be back. Many other things that I need to get worked on. Also their competitor down the road was not even willing to look at it until the next day wont be back to them will leave their name out of this.

I came in for an oil change and to get my rear brakes replaced as I was told by the dealership they needed to be replaced. The guys here said my brakes were fine but my oil leak had gotten much worse and I needed a new part for it. This was done in a timely manner. However, just before I was about to get my car back the mechanic said he needed to show me something. He told me he had missed something that needed to be fixed right away and he would only charge me for the part because it was his fault he missed it. So I brought my car back the next morning at 7am and he was there to greet me and even drove me to work (Which is within walking distance). The issue got fixed right away too and I was able to get my car at lunch time! He even offered to pick me up again! The honesty and customer service was wonderful and I will be going back.

Failed to notify me that my rims were bent until I called back AFTER my visit and stated my tire was shaking (I thought it was a balance issue). If I had known that my rims were bent I wouldn’t have wasted $150 on an alignment and balance I didn’t need. Not pleased at all.

Customer service outstanding. Free air for tires, and their service technicians put air in your tires. Not pushy.

Friendly staff, prompt service. Only downfall was their balancing system apparently needs to be replaced and it caused our tire repair to take an extra 10 minutes or so. However, for the price of free, I cant really complain.

I was there a total of 25 min from walking in the door to walking out.When I was checking out I asked if my tires were rotated. The lady helping hollered out to the guy that performed the work on my car and asked if he rotated my tires and hi response was No, they didnt need to be rotated. As a part of the service included in your oil changes I would think I would be asked if I wanted my tires rotated?Proper tire care requires tires to be rotated every 6,000-8,000 miles. It has been 12,000 miles since they were last rotated. I expect this service to be performed unless I asked for it not to be when its included in every oil changeIm beginning to wonder if my Oil and Filter even was changed when I was there fir a whole 25 min. I know a Full Multi point inspection was not done!

When doing an oil change, its important to make sure the gasket ring is on the oil filter. Your employee (who I hear from the manager is probably no longer with your franchise) did NOT do this simple task, and I leaked oil from Elk River to St. Michael. Fortunately, another oil change shop there was able to recognize this egregious error, and I was able to get the part needed BEFORE my engine locked up.Getting a refund on this failed oil change has also been inconvenient.In short - you wont be getting my business for oil changes any time soon, and when it comes time to buy new tires its pretty unlikely Ill be returning to your store - after spending nearly $1,000 on tires there last year.The tires have been great, and the rotation was fine. Maybe you should stick to that.

Hands down the best place to get your tires worked on in Elk River. Jerren and the rest of the staff are very friendly and they get the job done quickly.

I will never use Big O tires again. I suggest anyone shouldn’t either. My tire popped on Sunday and I was towed to Big O’s. I was told if the tow can’t make it by 1:30 they will have it done at 9 am Monday. They had the tires in stock and would get it in first thing in the morning. Monday morning at 10:00 they still haven’t called, so I called to see when my car would be ready. They said they were just pulling it in and it would be ready in 45 minutes. At 10:30 i received a call from the manager saying they’ve added charges for other things needing to be fixed and my total would be $634.00. I said I only wanted the tires fixed, and asked him why my tires were still not put on. He proceeded to threaten me saying if I could not “take it down a notch” he would leave the car in the lot, untouched, and end the call. I’ve never been so disrespected by a company. One of the most unprofessional managers and company I’ve ever been to. It is now 11:37 as i’m writing this finally picking up my vehicle. Only to drive 3 hours home. Never again will I use Big O Tires. I highly suggest you shouldn’t either.

Dropped my truck off to get 4 tires mounted and balanced before work at 7:30 am said they would have them done by 3 pm. Called at 3 said they didn’t get to them yet. Finished at work arrived at big o at 5:30pm 30 min before closing. 11.5 hrs after dropping my truck off I got 4 my tires mounted and balanced. While I was waiting the workers in the waiting area were very unprofessional. (Won’t get into details) They said they were down a worker but didn’t even have wheel weights to balance tires... AT A TIRE SHOP. Won’t be giving them any more business. Would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Really happy with the service and price! I looked around and Big O tires easily had the best price for the tires I was shopping for. They also found loose bearings on my front wheel and pointed it out and showed me the problem.

So Disappointed today. I made a reservation online AND got a confirmation for work to be done today in Elk River. Including the fact that the tires we wanted were in stock. When we got there, they didnt know anything about the reservation, didnt have the tires we wanted, and told us to come back next week. After rearranging our schedules to get this done today, it was a big hassle. They went on to say this happens all the time?!!!! Fix your broken wheel and stop ticking off your customers!! Its not that hard, especially if this is happening All the time! Very disappointed in this company...

It all started out that I had an appointment in Rogers. They called me before my appointment and informed me that the mechanic was not in that day so they sent me over to Elk River.Went in to get new lights bulbs put in. They are the led so you have to take the grill off to get them in. It took maybe 30, If that. The guy charged me for a full hour... 150$$ like are you kidding me? And then got grease all over my visor and the top of the inside of my car. Ive been a loal customer for over 8 years. And Ill never go back again.

Customer service is not very good. I bought a new set of tires and thinking that the blue coloring was a permanent thing I said I dont like that toothpaste blue color on these put the black side out we chuckled and he told the guys to put the black on the outside. Fast forward to Monday in the daylight I look and on the inside its white.i wasnt aware the blue washed off . I asked to have them flipped around and was told I would have to pay full price for it. He came down to half the price but I dont think I should have to pay anything for a misunderstanding. I should have listened to everyone that told me to go to discount tire. I guess losing a potential Life long customer with multiple vehicles over$60 is worth it. That was a moth ago I sent my information and still no word from who wrote the response. Customers are not very important to this place👎👎

Dont go to this place, they are clueless, cant even figure out how to program a TPMS Sensor, also not willing to do price match, even when they say the do. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I WARN YOU!!!

I had a flat and the guys were able to plug it no problem. They didnt try to pressure me into buying another tire. While I was there, I had my oil changed, use full synthetic and I have to say, its one of the best values for this oil change. The Jiffys and Valvoline shops actually are about $10 to $20 more for the same service. And, while they had my vehicle on the lift, they rotated my tires and found a deteriorating inner brake pad. Showed me the issue and because the vehicle is still under warranty, recommended I take it to the dealership to have them look at it. I had always shopped at Big O in Frisco CO for the past 8 years and since moving back will now make this my main stop for tires and light service.

Brought our vehicle in for an oil change and rotation. They didnt clear the maintenance reminder, which seems to be the normal for this place, then we started getting check engine light notifications, so we brought it back for that and the maintenance reminder. They cleared the engine notification and said the code had something to do with a cam error of some sort. The next day I just decided to check to oil level and it had been extremely over filled with oil. We took it back again to have them drain out the excess oil and we havent seen the error again. Ive been praying that the over full condition doesnt cause any further issues.JFYI - we have been bringing our vehicles to that location for a lot of years and have just seen it get worse and worse. This has been the last straw! You better change something soon or you wont be around for very long. Also, my wife said the bathroom was filthy.

Ive been coming to this location for 4 years and the service has been mediocre at best to say the least. The job would get done--most of the time.However, Ive come today to be greeted by a new peculiar fellow. High energy, optimistic, kind, knowledgable, and driven to do his best for his crew and customers alike. I cant say enough good things about Jarren, he has single handedly flipped the atmosphere of this entire location around from a dull mediocre shop to a home for vehicles full of enthusiasm and professionalism.You can always count on Jarren to deliver a quality, honest job and for him to suggest only what you need and nothing more. This world needs more people like him. He turned my attitude about coming back he right around.

For years I have been coming here. it was tires plus when I first started doing business with them. I was always satisfied with their service, then they switched to NTB and the costumer service has Struggled. Well today put me over the edge. The have changed names again to Big o tires. Had an appointment set for 9 and when I arrived at 8:55 they told me we don’t have that vehicle scheduled. I lost it, I don’t get how one place of business can constantly be so bad. I have told them I will never buy another thing from this place again.

Oh my gosh, last weekend I got a flat tire and by the grace of God I found Jerren Post at Big O Tires and he took me in right away on a Saturday. The courteous compassionate caring service he gave me was outstanding! When checking my flat in the one tire, he noticed my treads were really low on all my tires and told me that my car was a bad accident waiting to happen with those tires! I have a Kia Soul that call for a special size tire which he did not have in stock but he and his wife were so concerned for my safety that his wife actually made a trip all the way out to Rogers to pick up some top of the line tires with great treads! I mean that isn’t just service to me, that is servant hood!!! He was willing to stay open for as long as it took on a Sunday to make sure those tires were on and wanted to make sure I was going to be safe on the roads because I do a lot of traveling! I am so thankful to Jerren, his wife, and the whole team out at Big O Tires for looking to the care and safety of my Kia Soul that I can now rest easy driving on those roads no matter what weather disasters may come my way. Let me tell you too! When you have tire issues on a weekend, no one is open! Thank God Big O Tires was!!!

Have used them many times. They always beat the competition price. Never had an issue and the work always great!

First visit since the change from NTB. I am a card holder so I figured I would try. I brought in a tire/wheel I was sure was smoked. They not only fixed it but did it free, I was surprised to say the least. I’ll be back for new tires when it’s time. They were nice guys too, great experience.

Pleasant phone service to set up appt. Arrived a bit early and was immediatly waited upon and car taken in within 3 minutes. Very pleased all around.

Terrible customer service, unorganized and unprofessional. We brought both vehicles in for standard maintenance and for three days in a row we were told a vehicle would be ready at the end of the day and when we went to pick it up not ready. No one called or even thought to. We were very specific about the maintenance we wanted performed and the technician forgot to do half of it. There seemed to be a lot of communications problems and the entire shop was run by teenagers. The left hand never knew what the right hand was doing. We will not be back!

They had the tires I needed and were able to meet my time requirements.

These people seem to be honest mechanics. Even the receptionist is very knowledgeable about vehicles.These people also will go the extra mile for their customers, they saved my butt last winter. My Walmart battery went haywire and zapped out the alternator. They penciled me in, on a Sunday, found a replacement alternator, on a Sunday, and got me running again, ON A SUNDAY.Shout out to the guys at the local Autozone store that sent me there.

Had my car for over 5 years...dealt with NTB for years..no problems. Last week took my car in...check engine light was on...fixed it for 523.00. Suddenly my car runs worse than ever. Took it back in...was told it would cost 160.00 to get fixed!! WHAT?? Nope, sorry...you broke my car. Ill be going elsewhere....never again! Very unprofessional staff.

First time trying out a tire shop. I cant say anything about the mechanics but the frontdesk is awful.I wanted to get a quote on 4 tires I needed to change out for new ones. At the same time I had a coupon for a free tire rotation I wanted to get on the vehicle I drove in.The tire rotation:I was told the tire rotation is free only when I get new tires.That was not true at all. But more importantly I fail to understand why I would rotate new tires. Nicole mumbled something incoherent and left to double check after I try to reason through why new tires need to be rotated.When she came back she said I would have to schedule an appointment even though I called 10 mins prior and she said to just come on down. Great waste of time, thanks Nicole, but I held in the terrible diarrhea that was boiling in my gut since I left the house so that I can at least get a quote.The quote:4 tires at $50 each. They ran a promo for buy two, get two. The service was $20 a tire. Sounds great, I thought this should be no more than $200 total which is my experience with a general mechanic. Note my go to place was further away after I moved.So I got the quote printed. Noticed that the mount and balance service at $20 a tire included the mysterious free rotation. Someone will have to explain that to me. It also included free valve stems. Yet valve stems are also a separate line item for an extra $40. She added warranty I didnt ask for, added alignment I didnt ask for, and with extra fees and charges my initial estimate of $200 blew up worse then my diarrhea to be over $460.Thanks, but no thanks. You can keep the free tire rotation for yourself and I will politely not use your restroom.

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment (purchased a 5-year alignment package). Following the alignment, the steering wheel was still 30 degrees off true. Because of timing, I couldnt have the issue immediately resolved, but I brought it back again after about 10 days and the technician informed me that the tow on the rear right wheel couldnt be adjusted due to a seized nut. Despite this, his work was such that the steering wheel is now either true or almost true, depending upon the speed Im driving. Overall, I am VERY happy with the service and quality at this location. It does seem though that they are over-booked for either their equipment capacity (not enough alignment racks?) or on-hand staff--I overheard two situations where they had to essentially turn away business because of booked schedules. Even then, though, the staff were VERY friendly and personable.

Needed a tire change because it was about to pop. Found these guys on google and they had a new tire put on in about a half an hour. Excellent service and I am so thankful I found these guys.

They are super unprofessional . The front desk lady pulled out her training book with handwriting in it . We are in 2019, training and pricing should be known . Also Fo not have incompetent people working the front that have no back of house experience. The mechanics business sure has changed since I was in . That entire should would be rinsed and re employed if I was in charge . What a shifty place of bunsiness. 12pm alignment check and job of alignment off . Told the gentleman to do alignment if it was off . The front desk communication must not of been there. I’m busy doing other things in my day multi tasking why I’m paying for an alignment and had an appointment. Well taking business to prescient tune will be $50 cheaper and will get wiper tomgo with it . Alignments are a racket and they also try to profit off that by offering 3 yr alignments lol 😂
