Mark was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue we were dealing with. He was also very informative on what we need to have done in the near future for work on our furnace. Very nice and comforting to get a professional opinion and very thankful for the expert service!
I had Mark out for a second opinion for our insurance as our A/C and Furnace were causing issues. Identified the issues correctly and quickly, while making me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what the issue was and the process that would be happening moving forward. Would definitely use them again!!
My home warranty company had Majestic come out to look at my AC unit. Another company was assigned last year and put in some refrigerant. It was better for maybe a week but then continued to not be able to cool the house properly. (On an 80 degree day I might be lucky to maintain 78 in the house.) Anyway, Majestic came out today, I believe his name was Mike. He spent ample time asking me questions and checking things. Then he made some modifications to increase the blower speed on my new furnace (installed immediately before I bought the house in June 2020). Viola! Increased air flow and by the time he left the unit had shut off and was maintaining temperature. It hit 96 degrees today and my AC has maintained 75 and isn’t even running continually. I couldn’t be happier and am looking forward to not needing to hide in the basement all summer long.
This was easily the best repair service call weve had for our house thus far. Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer and my wife is pregnant. We contacted our home warranty and they first sent a terrible repair company that said there was nothing they could do.They then sent Mark over from Majestic. He was extremely helpful, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in less than a half hour. I wish every repair person was like him!
I was sent a technician from another company for my heating problem. He was very rude and after he left I still didnt have heat and my air which had been working fine wasnt working. I requested another company and Mark from Majestic was my technician. What a difference!! He was polite, very knowledgeable and fixed both problems quickly. I would totally recommend this company!
We went through Majestic Heating and Air to replace our A/C unit. After being stuck without any air during the hottest part of the summer, we were happy to have them come out, especially when they were quick and efficient with our unit replacement.Recieved a call from the owner directly to let us know when they would be starting install, and he was very friendly. Definitely will go through them again when we need to replace our furnace, or for any other heating and air needs.

I had the misfortune of being assigned this company by our home warranty. They are painfully slow and are liars on top of it. They claimed they did not receive the AC unit blaming the warranty company (probably just to further delay scheduling the install) until the warranty company got involved to confirm they had lied about it and it was in fact delivered to them. The incompetent people answering the phones just makes it worse.I will say though that the technician who came out to access everything was great. He answered all of my questions and was honest about the work that needed to be done. The 2 technicians who came out to finally do the install were also fantastic and did an excellent job with the work.
My home warranty company American Home Shield contracted Majestic to come out and service my furnace 1-18-21. They tried fixing it but no luck and was told I need a new furnace. 7-10 business days the new furnace would arrive and replace my old one. Meanwhile in the COLD MN winter only using space heaters to keep my wife and baby warm. I called both Majestic and AHS on multiple occasions but they kept blaming and waiting on each other. Both companies had no clue where my furnace was! As a customer I need them to work together to get me a new furnace cause Im paying both of them! Very unhappy with them both. 13 business days later (18 total days) 2-4-21 they come out to replace my furnace. Aaron did a good job replacing it, took 4 hours so not bad. Very disappointed in AHS and Majestic as companies for poor communication and poor arrival date. Be prepared to pay for first service fee and furnace modifications. $1k+
Very grateful for the service that was provided by Majestic. Our furnace was out for 3 weeks in January while we tried to have it fixed with a different company chosen by our warranty company. When they were not able to make any changes after a month, we requested a new company and was matched with Majestic. We had a new furnace installed a week after. They were efficient, professional, and helpful--everything I could have asked for given the bad situation.
My warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS), assigned Majestic to repair our A/C unit. In June 2020 I had an issue with our A/C unit (2nd year in a row but different company did it in 2019) and Majestic came out to service it and they mentioned that the refrigerant was completely empty, and they had to refill it based on the process of AHS. $60 out of pocket and that lasted the rest of the summer so that was fine. Come this year and the same problem comes up so Majestic was assigned again to diagnose the problem. The service request was opened on 5/20/21 and they came out on 5/25/21 to diagnose the issue and said that the refrigerant was completely empty again and couldnt see any significant leaks but said that they were not familiar with our specific unit, so they had to have Dustin (who came out in 2019) to come out to look at it. Dustin came out on 5/28/21 and said the same thing and recommend it to be replaced. I was told on 6/1/21 that the out-of-pocket costs were $1,145 (breakdown below) and I told them to go ahead with the replacement. On 6/2/21 AHS told us the part was ordered and should arrive on 6/9/21. Today I got an email saying that I was assigned a different contractor so I called AHS and they told us that Majestic couldnt install the unit and had to assign someone else. I called Majestic to figure out why they couldnt install it even though this is the 3rd time they have been to our place and they told me that they have people to service our type of unit but no one that installs them. So, it is now 2 weeks later and I have to start all over with a new company. The technicians were very nice but this company has very poor communication and processes! They should have known they couldnt install the unit the first time or even the 2nd time coming out to diagnose the issue. My warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS), assigned Majestic to replace my furnace after it failed. AHS called me prior to Majestic coming out with the new furnace and told me that I would be responsible for up to $1125 in additional costs for changes/modifications Majestic said they needed to make in order to install my new furnace. I called Majestic and asked them for a breakdown of these so called modifications, which the owner Andre said he would email me. Of course he did not. The tech came out with the new furnace and installed it. I was not home so after the install the Tech gave my wife a pre-printed invoice with several bogus charges such as $200 for a permit (costs $45) and no inspection has been scheduled or done, $100 for a heat calculation, (which they did not do), modifications to gas line, Flue, etc. which they did NOT do. Total cost to us for work they did NOT do was $1000. I was very upset so I wrote an email to Majestic. Andre (the owner) responded to my email with a phone call. I spoke with him and told him I took pictures of before and after and his tech did NOT do any of the work he charged me for. He basically said this we warranty work that has a very small profit margin so they needed to charge me, the home owner, in order to make any money. I told him that this was unethical, unprofessional and just plain wrong. He agreed to give me $300 back for the $1000 worth of make believe work. We argued, but this was the best I could get from him. Bottom line - this is a dishonest business practice that Im sure he is practicing on all his warranty work. Home owners beware!
Was given a 6 page report with pics from HERO which stated my furnnace needed replacement. HERO was just doing a maintenance check. My home warranty company sent out Majestic the tech was great very informative. Tech found furnnace to be in great operating condition. We havent had any issues. So I was at first upset since HERO gave me this great report with pictures. So we had a 3rd company come out who confirmed what Majestic said no issues furnance in great shape same readings as Majestic. Bottom line thank you to Majestic tech for his honesty. Some of the poor reviews Ive read seem out of line and are people who are upset they didnt get what they wanted because of Majestic honesty. Will definitely do business in future!!
The work they did on our furnace was satisfactory but the technician (Aaron, who was very nice) broke something unrelated to the job and never told us. After we found the damage ourselves we called to ask about the issue and we were swore at by Andre and told that its not their responsibility because if we had invited [the tech] over for a beer and he broke our toilet it would be our responsibility not theirs which is a really weird comparison to make. After leaving a review with the companys internal survey the same man called us back in order to set the record straight. We will not be using Majestic again, any other company can fix a furnace but I would rather give my money to people who can be respectful and take ownership of their mistakes.
Aaron, the service technician, was very thorough and honest with me throughout. He’s been to my house multiple times to try and figure out my persistent AC air flow issues. He wound up installing a better motor for me and gave me a great price on it due to the fact I’ve had so many issues up til now and we couldn’t figure out the issue initially. His boss, Andre, has also been very sympathetic to my needs and attentive whenever I’ve called. Great customer service overall and I would recommend highly.

Do not waste your time with this company. This company came in to fix our heat and had to come back 3 times in 2 weeks because it would never successful work. We were very patient and respectful to them while all of this was going on. They ended up saying they can’t fix it because they don’t know what is wrong.. this is after they have been paid in full from our insurance company. They continue to yell at me when I ask for them to finish what they started saying “what do you want us to do” and refusing to be honest with our insurance company that they can’t figure out what is wrong but instead they completely lie to them saying there is nothing wrong while we are sitting in our house cold! Once the insurance company called them telling them they need to come out here and fix the issue, they yelled and hung up on them. The representative apologized to me for having to deal with them and how difficult they are making things for everyone involved. The worst part is how they did not even want to TRY to help. They are not professionals and have no sense of customer service at all. I would never recommend them. Complete waste of time. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.
I have used Majestic for an AC install as well as service. I recently called for AC service and was able to get a tech out right away. He figured an issue was and made the necessary adjustments to the refrigerant.
Dave from Majestic has been to our house twice now for separate issues and always been on time. He diagnosed both issues right away and was able to promptly fix. No complaints.
No call, No show...Listened to cookie cut excuses why they didnt show up and didnt call. They must do this alot.Inconvenience reschedule and little confidence they will honor this next appointment. I ended up using Majestic because they were a vendor chosen by my home warranty company, HWA. HWA was horrible to work with on our AC replacement. Majestic was so helpful throughout the process. They were quick with scheduling and got my unit replaced with 24 hours of delivery.I would never recommend my home warranty company. But I will be going back to majestic if ever needed.
Knowledgeable and efficient professionals - communicated well and were respectful of our home. Fixed the issue with our furnace, explained the problem, and told us what we could do to prevent it from reoccurring. I’d definitely recommend Majestic if you’re having a furnace issue.
Dave was awesome - my previous contractor screwed up my capacitor installation, Dave was thorough and walked me through the problems, took care of it, provided insight on the efficiency that the unit was running, cleaned everything, solid job. Great service from the office and field.
I too had a very poor experience using this company for a home warranty repair. They were assigned to us to repair the air conditioner unit in the home we recently purchased. There was a significant amount of water on the floor of the utility room where the blower was installed. However, no damage to therthe surrounding structures. They replaced the capacitor and we were told that the water would stop once the unit started working again. We mopped up the water that day and we resumed our daily activities.10 days Iater, I discovered that our basement had water damage because the condensation had indeed not stopped. The issue with the condensation had not indeed resolved. We called the HSA home warranty company and Majestic. Andre at Majestic told us no one could come for 4 days and that the water damage was because we are negligent home owners. He then cancelled our appointment becuse he did not want to work with us.This is unfortunate - we are looking to invest about $100k in home remodeling and we noticed that the company also does home remodeling work. However, I do not feel that this company would be a very good choice due to poor customer service and follow up.
Stay away from this company, the owner is very rude, the customer service is horrible!!! We have American Home Shield, they contracted this company to provide our service. They came out to service our furnace and determined it needed to be replaced. They replaced the furnace and then told my husband that he owed them $830.00 dollars. This had not been communicated to us prior to the instillation so my husband didn’t have the payment. The owner threatened that he would send his technicians down my stairs and decommission the furnace they installed. My children were home and scared. My husband had to tell them to leave or he would call the police. I called Andre and he accused me of planning to not pay him when I asked for an itemized invoice so I could call my warranty company and resolve what was my responsibility. I have called and reported my concerns to American Home Shield. I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau. In a world of social media and competition, this company needs a tune up on service.
We were worried after reading these Google reviews, but We didn’t have a choice as this company was contracted through our home warranty company. We worried for nothing though. Nou was great. He was on time and professional and friendly and he knew what he was doing. He resolved our AC issue quickly and gave us advice for going forward. He said to call if we had any more issues this coming week as it’s going to get hot again. I would definitely recommend Majestic and Nou based on this experience!
Majestic was contracted by our home warranty provider, HSA. Furnace service was prompt and service technician was very knowledgeable. The overheat protection switch in our furnace had been tripped and no other issues were found, however after the service technician left I found that a jumper cable used during the service was still in place on our furnace control board rendering our thermostat inoperable and our furnace ran nonstop until the overheat protection switch was tripped again. Upon removing the jumper cables and resetting the switch myself, everything is back to normal. Quick fix but with a hasty exit and oversight by technician.
I set up an appointment with Majestic through my home warranty company after another company failed to fix my furnace issue after 2 visits. Majestics technician Dustin came out, was very knowledgeable, professional, and fixed the issue. Amanda in the office was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job from start to finish. Id definitely recommend them!
Our evap coil had a leak and had to be replaced. We submitted a claim through AHS and Majestic were able to get in and diagnose very quickly. We ended up with a lot of out of pocket cost that AHS does not cover, but Majestic were able to provide us with a lot of information about our options. I was a little skeptical with their google reviews being what they are so i called a few other companies to see if I can get a lower charge, Majestic estimate was accurate and I could not get anything lower. They were a bit busy so we did have to wait a week to get the actual work done. But they were very professional and responsive and overall we had a very positive experience.

Horrible company!! My furnace died during record low temps in Feb. Warranty company sent these guys out to replace it. It took 2 months of harassing them to get a furnace installed, then it was a cheaper version that was incompatible with the rest of my system. Their tech came out and verified it was the wrong furnace and they would fix it. They demanded payment for the installation and said theyd fix the issue immediately, and they never did. Quit answering my calls, wouldnt respond to the warranty company either. DO NOT USE THEM.
We had outstanding service. My calls were returned in a very prompt manner, usually within 5 minutes! The installers were professional and efficient. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
We had the home shield warranty on our house for the first year and had to use it twice for electrical issues. Majestic is the company they work with and we managed to get the same tech for both of our electric needs. Norris was friendly, on time, and very helpful going above and beyond what was needed to get the problems solved. Even though we no longer have the warranty service we will definitely be looking to utilize him for future needs.

Was assigned this company from our home warranty company. Our fridge went out and this company fit us in the next day (fridge went out Sunday). They texted when they were on the way and even had a convenient site to show where the tech was on his way to our house. Jevon was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem right away. The person who called in the office to set everything up also answered all my questions very well. Overall, great experience.
For potential customers: Consider looking elsewhere for high quality service.For the heating & air division specifically. No contact with other divisions.Staff was incompetent. Boss couldnt take accountability for his employees failures. Instead called us to convince us we were wrong and that the errors werent his staffs fault.The one thing I can say for the staff and said boss is that when confronted with their own companys paperwork they do admit they are wrong.Consider looking elsewhere for high quality service.
I hired this company to repair my refrigerator. The first time the tech came to my house to diagnose the issue he was between 1-2 hours late, with no phone call. The second time he came to my house to fix the problem, he was 4 hours late. (The quoted time was 11am-2pm but he arrived at 6pm.) No one called me to tell me he was going to be late. I had to call the company to find out what was going on. I asked the owner, Julie, for a refund of my $100 trade call fee as her company was disrespectful of my time and she refused because that is the only way she makes money.

Majestic has come out to our house a few times for HVAC. Theyve been great. We get a text that our appt it set, and then a text when they are on their way as well as a call. They are always early, which is nice.
Was assigned from American Home Shield for furnace work that was out. I called at 9:00 am. Andre calls back at 1:30 PM and tells me it wont be till Tuesday thay they can come out. I just experienced the most refreshing visit from Andre with Majestic Custom Construction that I felt compelled to leave a review. Monday afternoon we starting experiencing some leaking in our master bathroom from one of the vents in our ceiling. I immediately texted one of our friends that works in the construction industry and asked if he could give us a referral for someone that could help us out with our problem. He gave us Andres name and telephone number, I called and left a message. Within MINUTES Andre returned my call and said that he could be out to my house by Wednesday morning between 8-9am! Low and behold…my doorbell rang at precisely 8:50am!!! I showed Andre the area where we were experiencing some leaking issues…he checked it out…he took a peek at things outside…and reported what his findings were.He walked me through exactly what he thought was causing the problem and explained that there was a couple of options that we could do. One of the options was going to be pretty expensive and in his opinion, just was not really necessary. He explained why he felt we could hold out on doing the repairs and what the possible outcome could be…and we both agreed that it was worth the risk to just wait it out and deal with it after the spring thaw.When I asked what I could pay for him taking his time to come all the way out to make this visit, he would not accept anything. I cannot think of another company that wouldnt charge for a service call of this sort. There was no reason he needed to make this call and not charge me at least for his time and gas. We have no idea if I will need his services down the road and he certainly could have used his time working with a customer that could have earned him money at this time.It is so refreshing to deal with such an upstanding, honest contractor!! Clearly, he could have told me just about anything and I wouldnt have known any different. I so appreciate his honesty, integrity and the time he took to work with us and I would recommend Andre and Majestic Custom Construction to anyone in need of work on their home in the future!
I was assigned to this company from American Home Shield. I received no calls then I get a text stating they were here for 18. Min. I was home all day with my baby in the cold. I called then to see if the driver can possibly turn around. He already left to another job sight. I dont blame him. I blame the owner who claimed that they called and called but noone answered and that I am a irresponsible person so I should keep my phone on me, also told me I cost him 100 dollars and told me to go away dont argue with me, then hung up the phone; I uploaded a picture of call times to proof he only called to yell at me 30 seconds worth. Very poor customer service from the owner. The main office called me back and apologized and said mistakes were made that the technician will be back in 1 1/2 hours. 4 hrs later I got stood up. Noone came again noone called. I probably would rate this higher but with a owner like that he needs to retire or find a new hobby. I will delete this post if the owner calls back to apologize, because noone called and called and called me. Thanks

Our dishwasher needed repair and our home warranty company routed us to use Majestic to get things fixed. The repair technician Jevon was great - one of the best technicians I have encountered/ worked with- however after he left and ordered parts for our machine (on a Wednesday) - I called the company to verify when they thought parts would be in as we would be out of the country for a week and would need them to connect with our roommate. I left two voicemails during business hours with no call back. Someone finally reached out and left our roommate a message, he called back within 5 minutes and got no answer. 4 days went by and we finally got home yesterday evening so I called and left a voicemail expressing my frustration as it has now been over a week and a half since the technician came and no one returned any of our calls. I got a call back in which one of the people not only raised his voice at me but then told me it was not their fault as they received no voicemails from me however they clearly did as in one I left my roommates phone number due to him not being associated with our repair initially. I have NEVER been yelled at by any service representative and found it very distasteful and unprofessional. Sorry we felt it unprofessional that in over a week and a half no one returned our calls and therefore that came across as rude and constituted for yelling/ raising your voice at your paying customer. I am not one to write reviews but I felt the need to share this experience as I would not recommend this place.
