Calton Auto Parts is an excellent used parts dealer! I have been purchasing parts from them for at least 15 years and have never had an issue! In fact, I just purchased a headlight switch today for my Ford F-150! Awesome place to deal with and I do not shop anywhere else!

I run S K Auto Repair Workshop LLC in Alexandria, Virginia. I ordered a engine from Calton Auto Parts Recyclers for my customers car. After full installation engine was found bad ( not in working condition ). I talked to the Manager of that facility. As per him the engine he is going to replace will be in good working condition, otherwise he will pay the cost of the labor. But unfortunately the replaced engine was found bad as well.This practice was repeated three time. The third and final attempt worked. I lost more than $2500/- in the shape of labor cost. I supposed to get this money back from Calton Auto Parts which I was promised by the Manager. But still on I have not received any penny or labor charges. Every time I called to the company, Mr. Ricky, Manager tells me that the check is on the way. Just the precaution for all the customers.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD BUYING A CAR IS FROM CALTON CAR & AUTO PARTS I BOUGHT A 2004 Lexus lx470 FROM THEM AND IT WAS BS FROM THE BEGINNING I FIST SAW THE CAR ON OFFER UP A GIRL NAMED ASHLEY WHO WORKS THERE WAS SELLING IT . SHE HAD ADVERTISE THE TRUCK AS PERFECT AND NO ISSUES SHE DID NOT MENTION THAT THE TRUCK WAS SALVAGE AND HAD SEVERAL OF PROBLEMS AND ISSUES . WHEN I WENT TO SEE THE TRUCK IN PERSON A GUY NAME RIC WHO IS THE MANAGER I GUESS HAD SHOWED ME THE TRUCK AND FILL ME UP WITH BS THAT THE TRUCK IS IN PERFECT CONDITION HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD JUST DONE A TUNE UP TO THE TRUCK AND THAT HE HAS ALL OF THE MAINTENANCE RECORDS WHEN I ASKED HIM TO SEE IT HE TOLD ME SORRY HE COULD NOT RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE FOR THE DAY AND HE WOULD HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THEM SO I SAID OK I UNDERSTAND . RIC IS SUCH A LIAR THAT WHEN I ASKED WHY IS THE RIDE HIGHT CONTROL NOT WORKING HE TOLD ME I JUST WONT BE ABLE TO TELL WHEN IT MOVING LIKE I NEEDED A DEVINE POWER TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ITS HIGHEST TO ITS LOWEST SETTING ANYWAY THE DAY I WENT TO BUY THE TRUCK HE DID NOT SHOW ME THE TITLE HIDING THAT THE CAR IS SALVAGE I PAID 5500 CASH FOR THE TRUCK THE WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE . THE SECOND DAY OF ME HAVING THE TRUCK THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER LIT UP LIKE Christmas TREE . I WAS CONFUSED SO I CALLED RIC THEN ASHLEY AND NOTICE THAT BOTH OF THEM HAD BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER I SCHEDULED I APPOINTMENT AT A NEAR BY MECHANIC . ON MY WAY TO THE MECHANIC I HEARD A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE BAY ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE ENGINE STALED DUE TO A “T” CONNECTION FROM THE RADIATOR . SO I HAD THE TRUCK TOWED AND SHURLY ENOUGH MY LUCK GOT WORST BECAUSE IT RAINED ALL NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING WHEN I WENT TO GO CHECK THE TRUCK THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WAS VERY DIMED AND THE SPEEDOMETER AND THE TACHOMETER WERE NOT WORKING DUE TO A LEAK IN THE WINDSHIELD THAT RIC AND ASHLEY KEPT A SECRET FROM ME . AFTER FUTHER INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE MY MECHANIC DETERMINE THAT THE ENGINE WAS COMPLETELY USELESS BECAUSE OF THE “T” CONNECTION FROM THE RADIATOR THAT WAS NEVER REPLACED IN WHAT RIC AND ASHLEY CALL A FULL TUNE UP . THE MORALE OF THE STORY IS THERE ARE LOWLIFE SCAMIMG SCUMS PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD LIKE THE PEOPLE AT CALTON CAR AND AUTO PART WICH IS THE WORST JUNKYARD EVER! AND STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS AT ALL WITH CALTON CAR AND AUTO JUNK YARD PARTS.

Calton auto parts is a great company. I have been using them for a couple months now to order parts for the shop I work at. Everytime I call I am greeted with a welcoming answer. I mostly use and call a specific employee there named Gloria because she has always given me great service and always does great work and provides me with all of the valuable information that I am seeking. I recommend anyone and everyone if they ever need a used part to call calton used auto parts and experience the great service.
