Made to feel like I was stealing even though I am a business owner who spends hundreds everytime I’m in there. I brought my own bag since they stopped with theirs. Would have shopped for longer but they made me feel so awkward. Ran into two friends on the way out and best believe I told them too. Guess I’ll be going to the Bel Air location.

This place is a joke...I was looking for this place for 2 days and could not find it. It is not located in crossroads shopping center. The 3rd days I saw it, it is not in a shopping center as it says. I was I. The store shopping I was getting hair supplies, and some lightning powder etc.When I was all done with getting my items I go to the counter to the lady that was helping me in the store and she said do you have your license I was like Im paying in cash why do you need my license she said oh you have to be licensed cosmetologist to buy anything here...I looked up then around and then at her after I took a long pause to count to 10 and I asked her if it might of made sense to ask me when I first started shopping since I was the only one in the store and she had been helping me. Her reply well your allowed to look!!!!!!!Wow I thought.... who thinks like that?

I was reading through the comments to the reviews and now I know why the worker in there is so miserable its obvious by your answers with sarcasm in them that you are the owner and the one thats always working. With the one review about not being able to shop there without a license your comment was sarcasm but maybe you should have a sign posted on the front door that unless youre a licensed cosmetologist they can come in? I think you get pleasure out of being rude and watching people shop for 45 minutes only to tell them they cant buy anything thats why every time I come up there or go past your shop its empty with no cars in the parking lot. I mean come on youre located tucked in the corner of Firestone tire store LOL you wont be open much longer the way you handle customers.

I guess I was taking too long trying pick through their slim selection. The manager turned the lights out on me! Thanks for the good business and professionalism you show towards your store and your fellow customers.AND she turned the lights back on when I went back to my car..... smh

I understand only selling until licensed professionals, but perhaps the staff can be more kind/nicer when saying so instead of giving unwanted attitude towards two people that obviously weren’t aware of that fact. But instead I got treated rudely and given nothing, but a rude attitude by a woman that works there.

The ladies are all very helpful and informative. If your a local go check them out! They always have stock and are very clean and organized!

I love the staff they r really helpful. They no their stuff. but the store is always out of things. I wish they could do something about that.

Blonde cashier that was working yesterday 9/26/20 was so rude. She made me feel like I was bothering her but just walking in the store.

Love this place. Can look at the product and ask for advice if needed. Can walk in and walk out with what i need. Best place ever and the staff is amazing!
