They are always nice and friendly fast and good. I will no longer go to anyone else but them. They have saved the day for me a while back with tires, they actually had them in stock (no one ever does) and got me in the next day. They are amazing!
Made an appointment a week prior to get 4 tires installed and when I get to the appointment they tell me they only have 2? I didnt receive a courtesy call or anything I just showed up and left with no tires! Apparently they are not very organized.
I got there at 430pm on a Sunday, and within 35 minutes that team saved the day. Fixed my tire and got my family and I back on the road trip for vacation. Plus the bill was very reasonable. These guys deserve 6 stars, not 5. Hats off to Brendan, thank you. You guys rock
If I could give them no stars I would. I called Tuesday to make an appointment for Saturday. Dropped car off at 7 A.M. called at 12 was told a couple more hours. Called at 2 just pulling car in. Ask to speak to the manager. An Eric gets on the phone. I asked him why after 7 hours was my car not pulled in. Said very busy everyone had appointments. Terrible service wont ever go again.
Amazing & quick service. This is my all time favorite place for my car maintenance. There is place to wait inside. You can grab a bite too as there are many restaurants nearby on walking distance.
Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your car to Firestone in Elkton, Maryland. Took my car in for pcv valve replacement, antifreeze leak, oil change and wipers. They suggested a new water pump, thermostat housing and serpentine belt. I agreed to those and paid $1332.00. Next day my car was leaking oil everywhere underneath. They towed it back to their garage say they replaced a part out of goodwill and sent me on my way after saying nothing they did would have caused the leak. It’s still leaking and if it was leaking why wouldn’t they have suggested that in their recommendations along with the serpentine belt and water pump and thermostat housing? Because there was no leak and if you would have seen how it was leaking when they were done there’s no possible way they would have missed that. And why is that? Because I had not leak. They messed up my car and are passing the buck and accepting no responsibility for their incompetent work. I will NEVER EVER bring my car here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Horrible place and really screwed me over. I don’t even want to give them a one star because it’s that bad. I have been going to Firestone for a couple of years, mostly for oil changes and tire rotations. They are always prepared when I arrive for my scheduled appointment and are courteous and professional.On two occasions I arrived unexpectedly with minor issues which they resolved quickly and at no charge.The waiting area is always clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are also clean.Overall my impression is that this is a well managed operation.

I had a flat tire 10 minutes before Firestone closed. It was cold and dark out. I really did not want to put the spare on my self. I called Firestone and asked them if they would do it for me. They waited for me another 10-15min after closing and did it free of charge. David is a great guy. I am so grateful. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am also a business and owner and my review is a 1 star from the heart and I hope the business takes charge for the future. I was traveling through the town from Florida. I called at 640pm while I was on the edit. Christian answered the phone and I told him I had a front tire issue that needed to be changed or swapped with my spare at least on my 2017 Truck. He said one of his guys left but he can do the tire and I told him I know it’s closed to closing can you do it ? Yes come in and it took me 5 minutes. I get there and was immediately told oh we cannot do it until tomorrow. I was asking for any kind of help because I was desperate and had to make my appointment and couldn’t wait till tomorrow when my tech comes in. I see 2-3 guys around packing it up and leaving. They were not closed. I own a fleet of trucks and they will never see this business anywhere.

Set an appointment yesterday morning for this afternoon to get tires on my car. They said they didnt have the tires in stock at the moment, but would have them a few hours before my appointment. I get to the store for my appointment, 30 minutes after they took my car to the back, they come out and tell me they dont have the tires I asked for. They never got them like they said they would. They said it would be a few hours since someone had to drive to Delaware to get the tires. I asked if it would be fine to leave and they call me when the tires show up and Ill get them done then. About 3 hours later with no calls, I call them to ask if the tires show up and they had about an hour before... And no one called me... So I said, ok, so I can come in now and get the tires put on right? And he tells me no, I have to come in tomorrow and have the master technician do them. So firestone... A tire company, needs a master tech to mount and balance tires... And no one else can do them... And after patiently waiting hours now Im told I cant get my tires put on until tomorrow because only the master tech can do them and I guess he went home already today. Are you kidding me? And I wasnt there for anything cheap. I made an appointment to spend almost $1,400 getting my tires put on...Ill be going somewhere else from now on. This was unbelievable.
The manager, James was very efficient and professional. Service was started within five minutes of my arrival and completed in less than an hour. The price for my oil change was very competitive and my car is running be as beautifully. I will be back when I need tires.Thanks, guys for the great service!
My service was very exceptional! It was everything! & definitely exceeded my expectations. My wonderful mechanic was Haile. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my car & what I needed to do to keep it up to par. He didn’t try to make me get something I didn’t need (what most male mechanics do when they see a young lady getting her car serviced alone) but he explained everything in a way that I could understand. He definitely deserves a raise!!!! I will only get my car serviced by him & only from now on!!

The service was great. They looked at my tire that got a nail in it and was losing air quick. They pumped it up for me and didnt charge me. But... They tried to sell me new tires and said they couldnt fix it because it was too close to the sidewall even though it wasnt. Took it right to NTB, they fixed it right up.
I had to get a state inspection done which was projected to take about 3-4 hours. Within 2 hours I got a call letting me know they were finished. Both employees I worked with were friendly and informative. No pushy sales tactics (I work in sales!) and it was just a very pleasant experience. Appointments for car maintenance arent always something to look forward to but this was painless. I will be returning for future maintenance and repair needs.

I found a nail in my tire late Friday evening. I took the car to Firestone first thing Saturday morning. They got it right in and fixed the tire, rotated all four at my request and noticed inside wear on my front tires and performed an alignment. Service was great, prices were fair.

Trucks fuel pump failed on 95 and by chance had it towed here Saturday afternoon. They looked at it right away, had a good idea what the issue was, GM tech confirmed it, and it was fixed and back to me by Sunday afternoon. Best mechanic service I ever got. Thanks again.

I went here this month (1/14) for oil changes on each of my cars. The staff was very friendly and personable. I was in an out in under 30 minutes for both visits. They only recommended manufacturer scheduled maintenance on one of the cars and recommended nothing on the other. There was no sales techniques to convince me to authorize unnecessary or extraneous work. Ive never been there for more major auto work, but I can attest to their fast oil changes. The only problem I had was the mechanic apparently spilled oil on the engine cover which dripped onto the skid plate. It was clear the mechanic tried to clean it up but the small pool on the top of the skid plate dripped onto my garage floor. No big deal.After disappointing and expensive trips to other auto shops in New Castle County, it seems Ive finally found a shop with honest and knowledgeable mechanics.
Terrible company...used to care about customers and employees, now all they care about is taking business from more qualified shops and paying their people as little as possible. No experience necessary to work there nowadays and it shows.
The charges us for a part they did not put in. My husband called them out on it. We took it back in they put the part we paid for in. The compressor is making noise and the air doesnt even blow right. 4 pretty much blows hot air dont get cold. It gets colder using 1 or 2 instead of 3 or 4. My husband has reached out to the manager about the noise and the manager has never replied. The only thing they did was give us 2 free oil changes. Thank you however you lost our trust and business. You as a company try to get over on the consumers and if my husband wasnt a mechanic himself you would have gotten over on us and walked away with money that you didnt even deserve. Mechanics should have some Morales to do whats right. No one mechanic would like it if their family had gotten taken.

Good price for tire installation. They broke my tire sensor on one of my tires though. They said theyre going to fix it today. If everything goes well then my review will not drop lower. I just wish they would have notice the problem before releasing the car to me because I did say something about the light being on before I left and they told me it would go off by itself which it doesnt because you have to manually turn it off in the glove box theres a button for it.
My husband and I had a flat on a Sunday on our way to the beach. They were able to replace our two front tires for a very reasonable price and we were out of there in 30 mins and had us back on our way. Saved our beach weekend!
Absolutely the worst ever. Will never go back. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. I went to have my cars inspected. They failed one vehicle and cleared one. The failed vehicle was due to the tint in the window. Witch are factory standard not custom.Both vehicle have the exact same tint. Both vehicles are same make and model, just differ color And one year apart. At that point. I knew they came up with a lie to make me pay. Because another place passed both vehicles. Stating both tints were the same. And not out of state passing.

As to what happen, the question is still pending, did you do everything that was right, or really was it out of your hand to get done?There was too much to start with, yes if the timing of the motor is off, of course it will gives you many reasons that is wrong.I believe you did not do your best, but gives me a read up thats its beyond what you all do there, and time. You all need to get more about the time you keep costermo waiting, its really too long to change around tires or do brakes. You not a dealership its why you should be more faster.Get workers that know the work, why put a worker on a job, that dont know what he is seeking to find. Two days and then you tell me you cant fix it, its not what you do.Remember I was there sitting and waiting, and still that was too long, for you to tell me you dont know.Am sure am not the only one that got broken down on the highway and brought to your care, for help and get turn away.Whats the sense having it, if you cant fix it.You just not ready yet.

Ive taken my car to several other mechanics in the area, and none of them agreed with the problems listed by this particular Firestone. I am very suspicious about the pricing and frankly the experience of the mechanics at this establishment. I was told by the woman at the counter that I should expect high costs on my Mustang as if I own some high-end vehicle with expensive replacement costs. Im pretty sure she was joking, but the price was no joke at all. Additionally, I was told that I could not have a Maryland state inspection performed because of wet road conditions due to rain recently. I brought my car to another mechanic who took care of everything the same day and after a full inspection of the car disagreed with the thousands of dollars of recommended repairs by Firestone. I would not recommend this business.

Went in for an inspection, said it needed the value of the car in repairs. Said never mind then they told me to wait while they put everything back together. Went to take it home and couldnt get over 30 mph. They also broke off my staring wheel protector. Called and he said they just inspected it so nothing got taken apart. Go here if you want your car to be unusable after getting it inspected
I wouldnt even give this place one star. I was originally told I could call before I was coming to Firestone and it would be an in and out check for my window tint. So I called, then I was told I have to make an appointment. I show up at my appointment and it took 46 mins for my vehicle to be looked at. Yet there was two employees talking about family experiences and dental appointments/root canals at the desk. The customer service is awful. Dont waste youre time coming here. Because thats exactly what you will be doing is wasting your time! I spent 1 hour and 6 mins!!! Just to get my tint checked.
This place should be shutdown they charged me 400.00 to flush a radiator. They go by a book that states how many hours the job takes 2 guys did it in less than an hour and spent 3 hours just hanging out n talking. DISGRACEFUL. I LITERALLY STOOD THERE ON THE SIDE WATCHING THEM TALKING AND IT WAS NOT ABOUT CARS OR REPAIRS. AWFUL MGMT. DK WHERE THEIR BOOK COMES FROM BECAUSE I SAW ANOTHER MECHANICS BOOK AND THE RATES AND TIMES WERE 1/4 OF THEIRS.

I went to pepboys to have my brakes changed and they told me i needed calipers,rotors and brakes so my $533 job turned into an almost $1900 estimate so I took my car to Firestone to get a 2nd opinion and Mark was able to have my whole vehicle checked and brakes checked for me for less than $10 and I was told my rotors and calipers were fine I just needed my brakes done. I really appreciated the honesty it definitely earned my next visit back. Thank you Mark and mechanic who worked on my car :)
Broke down on I-95 and towed here in middle of night. They opened at 7am and had issue diagnosed by 8am and fixed by 10am. Couldnt have been better service in a very difficult situation. Super friendly and helpful and prices were very reasonable.
They were doing amazing until my wife went to pick up the car and they tried to sell (and charged for)!the lifetime alignment that I already clearly declined when I dropped it off. Their sales practices are definitely questionable.
I went to the Elkton, Md store for an alignment and had a great experience. I had an appointment for 3pm. I came in, the person at the counter took the keys, the mechanic took my car back right away. I didnt have to wait like normal at other Firestones, and they were finished at an appropriate time. They really valued my time and I really appreciated it.
Fraudulent...I went to this place to get them to fix the a/c in my car.I knew it was the compressor because Im a automotive technician but Im working as a truck driver and I didnt have recovery machine for the freon, vacuum pump and tools required to get the work done nor the time.So I got to this shop on 07/03/2018 and talked to a Service Advisor: Charlie he advised me it was the compressor which I already knew and agreed to get it fixed $1,088.00 next day so I went home and as a precaution I marked the receiver drier.Went back next day and drop the car and take a uber to home since it was my only car on 07/05/2018 they called the car was done so I ask my wife to pick it up because I was working out of state.So next day I went to the car to check if the parts were replaced and found out the receiver drier wasnt replaced so I got mad then I thought probably they didnt replace the expansion valve so I got my endoscope camera to check and same thing its its still the old one.I called the shop and it was another person I ask for the manager but wasnt there so I explained to the person what happened and hung up 15 minutes later the manager called me and I explained the situation he said bring the car back to resolve the situation.So I get back the next day and Charlie the advisor was there so I ask him why they didnt replaced the dryer and the expansion valve which is required to be replaced everytime a/c system is opened he said the technician James forgot about it... Really...And you guys charge for it... and didnt say anything to the customer and on top of it didnt take the discount for those parts that wasnt replaced.So they did the replacement of the parts and gave me the old ones and 3 free oil change I went home and the a/c wasnt working as it should be (probably they didnt flush or vacuum the system) so I called back and never get them again on the phone and even left a message to the manager which never returned my calls.I will never visit this shop again not even for the free oil changes I will never recomend it to anyone...YOU GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF DISHONEST PEOPLE!And I will be writing a letter to Firestone.
I was there for tires and I ended up with what I was there for but these people up - sell Hard Core! It was overwhelming and uncomfortable.Edit: I had my car checked someplace else after visiting Firestone because I was very worried about my brakes. I found out a month later that I did not need the brakes that they tried so hard to sell me.
Elkton Firestone is the worse. Every time I have brought my 2 vehicles in they break something and cost more money Last year had tires installed & 2 of the 4 plugs was not installed correctly. Air was leaking. They installed a ac unit and the air is still does not blow cold air when at a red light & have to have on full blast & max ac to get cool. This year had my oil changed & they striped the plug. Lifetime warranty breaks is a lie. They made me replace my rotors in order to replace the break pads, they didnt even bleed the breaks after waiting 5 hrsDO NOT go there

Bought brand new tires here after a bad flat. They broke the tire pressure sensor during insulation then gaslit me into thinking the warning light was on because they couldnt reboot the computer system. Had to pay an extra $280 to get it fixed at the dealership.
This review is based solely on the poor customer service of Assistant Mgr. Kelli at the Pusakli Hwy, Elkton, Md location.Long story short, a free oil change cost me 270.00! I called tonight (10/9/17) and had the unfortunate luck of speaking with Kelli. I received a free oil change back in July due to a previous incident that I had at this location and Kelli was the one that assisted me then. When the oil change was done, the service tech put a cracked oil filter on my car and my car has been leaking oil since July. I called to request information on what needed to be done to rectify the issue and things went left immediately with Kelli. Rather than offering any valuable assistance, he wasted time defending his shop and staff while yelling at me the entire time! I asked him several times to lower his tone and was only met by further yelling. He even had the audacity to hang up on me. In what world is it okay for someone in the customer service industry to hang up on a customer?? I even asked him repeatedly for the general manager and corporate information and he flat out refused to provide me with the requested information. Kelli should be highly ashamed of the way he talked to me and let alone that I am a female. In my opinion Kelli is totally undeserving of the title Manager and should seek a job out where he can better vent his frustrations and aggression. Working at firestone is not the place to do it. He is a horrible individual and should be stripped of his management title.

You got a free oil change and youre saying they put a cracked oil filter in... 3 months ago? You didnt notice the puddles of oil on the ground immediately? Instead of bringing the car in to prove there is a cracked oil filter, you called and tried to tell them expecting them to take your word for it? Sounds to me like another person trying to get free stuff.Then you say a cracked oil filter cost you $270? What kind of oil filter costs $270? Maybe start a GoFundMe if you want stuff for free.Anyway, Kelii has always been courteous and helpful. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work and his shop. Its unfortunate when people like you try to point the finger for something that you claim happened three months ago.
This is the worst business that I have ever visited! The place is truly a pig sty. The mens room has a post-it note attached to that says, out of order and the womens bathroom is completely disgusting. Besides the dirty floor, soap drips down the wall, and the overflowing trash can, it stinks to high heaven and there cake feces, etc. in and on the toilet. The bowl itself has old feces dried inside. The lobby and checkout area are no better. Old dingy chairs, papers and magazines strewn everywhere, and the child seats and table are filthy. All three employee trash cans are overflowing with trash and trash is actually collecting around the base of the trash cans. There are bits and scraps of paper throughout the entire employee area and the credit card swipe machines a coated with dust and debris. The coffee station is a complete mess and the Keurig machine is filthy. There is a sign there that tells you to ask for a K-cup, which I did just to be told that they were completely out because I drank the last one this morning the guy working the front told me. There are water fountains in the lobby area, but they are coated with grime and film as well as stained with oil. From the shop door to the customer area is a stream of what seems to be oil drops that have completely dried up and the lobby looks to never have been vacuumed. The estimate that I was given was completely outrageous and the salesman (who later told me he was a tech and they shouldnt even have him in there) quoted just the front brake PADS were almost $130 when AutoZone has sets starting at $34.99 and their most expensive ones are still well under $100. He was very rude and I could tell he did not care. When I asked about the bathroom and overall cleanliness, he seemed to be offended that I even mentioned it. I asked if they were always shorthanded and he said lately they have been busy. I told that the mess had to have been more than just a few days old and he said that they didnt have reps to take care of the cleaning. I told him that someone must have had some downtime enough to at least slowly work on the mess. His reply, though he sat most of the time that I was there and so did another tech, was, I am a tech and I shouldnt even be in here and I have had no down time because I worked seven days this week. He did not care and immediately answered the phone when it rang even though we were mid-conversation. If their service is anything like the poor attitude portrayed by the rep or anything like their cleanliness, I feel sorry for their customers. My experience was absolutely ridiculous and I wish I could rate zero stars. I have to rate it one star in order to post this. I wish I could leave photos because I took many while I was there.

Came in with a tire from my 84 c10 truck asked for a new valve stem, lady went to the back I heard her say to an employee, I can tell him we cant if you dont wanna stay came back out said they would fix but told me my truck was to old to find a valve stem ... foreal lady its a tire valve stems are universal for the rim/tire size if you dont want my business or your employees are to lazy to work just say so ...Went to Tims new/used tires and they fixed for 10 bucks new stem and all and to think I was about to open a credit card with these people

General car services like oil changes are hit or miss, ive been to a firestone and they had overfilled my oil to the point of it start leaking from my valve covers. Now this particular visit was to get an alignment, it couldnt get done because both front wheel bearings were starting to fail and the tie rods needed replaced on one side. I went into the shop (because i work on cars myself minus alignments because i dont have a laser machine, i mean ive used the string method but i digress) i verified that yes there were play in the bearings and in the tie rod ends. When i asked how much it was going to run for that, i got a unrealistic total of $1400. Now seriously, come on... im not stupid, a wheel hub & bearing assembly does not cost $239, for my car online they are $60 for one, so thats $120. Inner and outer tie rods are $20 for both so thats $140 total for parts elsewhere, firestone wanted $150 for inner and outer ends. So simply put a 400% markup on parts is not a way to do buisness. And scaring people into thinking that its required is even more so not. A mom and pop shop does quality work better than firestone. Ill never set foot in another firestone because of this.
Was having issues with a rental car. Even though they couldnt help 100% they were more than happy to fill my tires. Process only took 15 min despite it being a pretty busy day. I dont live in the area, but if I did, I would return there for my car repair needs.

Took company truck because of bad shaking,was told it was bad shocks.after $900.00 in repairs,same issue.took to ford dealer,they replaced the ball joints,problem solved.IRecommend always going to the dealer or trusted mechanic that will not guess at the problem and replace parts that weren’t needed .
