Called last Saturday, left voicemail, called Monday no answer, called Tuesday he answered and said he was at dialysis but could pick up my zero turn Saturday, called Wednesday left message to arrange Saturday time for pickup and sent e-mail, called left message Thursday and Friday no reply to voicemails or emails, wasted a week of my time and had lawn cut by landscaper.
