Well maintained, secure storage. Communication excellent, billing on time and reasonably priced. Very thankful Sentinel Self Storage kept my treasures safe all these years.

This is the 3rd unit that I have rented from this location and I would highly recommend renting a unit if you are searching for a storage facility.The management is nice and keeps you updated if your payment is past due, the property is clean and easy to access during access hours.

This was the second time Ive rented there over the past 4 years. Donna, the manager, was so professional and knowledgable. She explained clearly about rates, gate times, and what they provided. We purchased the moving boxes and packing paper and were glad we did! So easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

Great place clean and very friendly people

I had a storage unit for the past 3 years. Longer than I initially wanted to. But Donna took care of me and helped me out with any questions I had. Very helpful with the move in/move out process with explaining everything. Worked with me when I had missed a payment so my unit wouldnt get taken from me. If I was in need of a storage unit again, this would be my place of choice.

I have used this facility 3 times now and everytime has been an easy going pleasant experience with Donnas help. Shes awesome at what she does and is a very nice, genuine person and I will miss talking with her each month when coming in to pay on my unit. Highly recommend this place for sure!

I used Sentinel for the first time this year and wish I had known about them two years before. I have a car I love and want it protected in the winter when we’re away. We weren’t happy with the previous storage as they changed some policies. Our first impression of Sentinel was the friendliness of their staff. Karen and Donna are great—so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Second impression was the total cleanliness of the units. Clean cement floors, nice location and, for us, the perfect unit for my car. The entire area is nicely paved—not filled with ruts and pot holes or dirt like others I’ve seen. The site is very well-secured so no worries there. Pricing is fair and access (with the codes) is easy. We would highly recommend Sentinel to any if our friends and family. We plan to make this our yearly storage spot. Great choice!!

Karen is wonderful! Our familys situation involved the loss of a parent, and the medical needs requiring the move of the surviving parent. In one of the most stressful and busy seasons of ones life Karen and the staff have been absolutely wonderful, and made the process easy. It was a huge help having their assistance when you already have so many other things going on that you didnt have before.

Ive had a storage unit with them for three years. It is an excellent, clean and safe facility. Donna has been wonderful to do business with and pays great attention to detail, even taking the time to call me to let me know that no lock was on my unit one day, out of genuine concern. I would highly recommend this business to those who need some extra storage space!

Great price and great customer service. We used this place when we moved from PA to MD and although we only anticipated using the storage unit a couple of months we ended up staying for more like 5 months. Signing up was super easy and closing out our locker was even easier. Great people to work with and very knowledgable in what they do. Also was super easy to just have them hit my card each month to ensure our stuff was paid for. Moving gets hectic and having them send me an email with the receipt was the best option at the time. Great service and never an issue.

Great service and the clerk (Bonnie?) was able to assist me in picking the right size unit and answered all my questions. Very kind and courteous. The unit was clean and secure. I felt safe leaving my belongings there.

Sentinal and the people (Karen) who run it in North East Maryland are the BEST!!! Karen goes out of her way to help you out in whatever situation you may be in. Everything is laid out clearly to you from the beginning. The storage unit is clean, safe, well lit and you know your things are going to be taken care of... They even keep the bathroom clean!!!

This is the safest, cleanest and friendliest place for storage! They even have bathroom facilities available on site. They have on site staff, who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I would like to take this time to thank the manager at the North East Storage property. I have been a tenant since 2001. Wendy has been so good for the time she has been there. She is always helpful when I come in or call. During the time I was ill with cancer and taking chemo treatments she would call to remind me that my rent was almmost due. That way I could get the check in the mail and not worry about driving. She is courteous and well informed of any thing I might ask concerning the unit or property. D. L Campbell
