Just moved to the area. Brought a dining table set. Ordered on Sunday. Delivered that Thursday. Were about a 40 minute drive away so that was great only having a 3 or 4 day wait. Quick in and out for purchasing. Store is setup well. Delivery crew was right on time if not early. Very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about the setup. They were cleaned up and on their way in about 20 minutes tops was expecting it to take a while longer. Very happy with Merrill furniture. If Im in the market for any more furniture they will be the first stop for sure.

A little pricey, but better quality

I searched several stores to find the right chair. Found it at Merrills in the color I was looking for. From the salesperson (Stephanie) who helped me to the men who delivered it, the service was impeccable. No reason to shop any where else.

Had a good experience here. Sales rep was polite and helpful. They have a good selection of products.

They are amazing to sit in. Our experience in the store was wonderful too. No pressure from anyone. We were in the store for more than an hour sitting and trying things out. Left the store to have some lunch and went back for another hourish. Thanks again.

Bought a new matress . The sales guy was very knowledgeable knew the products answered all my questions and was very helpful through out the process but no pressure tactics very professional. They delivered it free and promptly the following. Best matress buying experience Ive ever had . Will definitely use again for future furniture purchases. Ohhh and the delivery guys were even nice .

Super staff, very helpful and what I wanted was in stock. Even though i had to wait for an extra week, but staff explained why, due to service prescheduled for another client. This was done very professional and respectful. This was after a couple of calls.

Have been buying here for years. Recently ordered chairs and bar top chairs for our renovated kitchen. The staff took the extra time to help us get exactly what we wanted. It was worth the wait for the custom order. Quality hardwood chairs made in Pennsylvania. Guys were great who came and delivered.

VERY disappointed.although the staff was courteous, I did not buy the recliner and mattress we went there for, for these 3 reasons.1. They simply said no when I asked about the Simmons 0% interest rate offered by Simmons. Merrill furniture wouldnt do it (their competetier just up the street was happy to do it for us)2. This one I really cant hold against them, I had asked about getting the sale price I had seen offered at their store, the month before, on the recliner that I wanted to buy. They said no.3. ok, I was still gonna buy the mattress and recliner. Then, I was told they would NOT take away the old mattress when they delivered the new one. Because it had not had a mattress cover on it and was stained. It was a 15 year old temperpedic. It was not a dirty mattress, It had a small stain on it and was 15 years old. Nope, they were not going to take our old mattress.They clearly did not need or want the business. The appliance and mattress shop just up the street did. We left Merrill furniture and went right up to the other shop and bought our mattress there where they were glad to do the paperwork for the 0% interest, and no problem to take away our old mattress. They didnt carry recliners there or we would have bought that there as well.Still dont understand what was going on at Merrill furniture. Odd.Rhonda Pastori, Harrington Maine
