At first, there was a female manager there that was absolutely awesome. She made things so simple and easy and she was actually friendly.Then she left.From there, I had to deal with the male manager who always had a RBF look to him and just seemed like he was bothered by your presence whenever you came in to pay or to get something else added to your account.The delivery guys, whom I know both of them, were cool at first. One of them, which I wont name for his own privacy, got snarky with me when I had already worked out a payment agreement. He called me and said that just wasnt going to work and said he was going to have to come get my computer.Let me be clear on this.Yes, I had been behind by 2 payments. They told me to stay in touch and we could work something out.I DID stay in touch. I couldnt talk because I had bronchitis AND the flu at the same time, so my voice wasnt exactly clear.They text me from this number that I had opted into at the beginning. I texted in once a week for 3 weeks. No reply back.THEN, when I called to make a payment, and set up the remaining payments, I was told that I needed to stay in touch, which I had.Well, delivery boy A called AFTER Id already spoken to a manager, and said that it just wasnt going to work and was going to come pick up my computer. Um....it was only $10, so I have NO idea how THAT was going to make a difference, AND Id already been paying on this sh*t for over a year, so that damn computer had been paid off 5x over. Whatever.Ill be honest. Ive BEEN over RAC and their shenanigans.Theyll call you and call you and call you.Theres no telling them to stop or that youll call them.I told them that Id call them with a payment. They called me 4x that day. So did I make the payment THAT day? Nope. I dont like to be harassed.They arent superior and all mighty.Well, I checked in to a few other options and found out what I pretty much already knew, which is that Im OVERpaying for the exact same items elsewhere AND I can own my stuff in over HALF the time.Ill be with RAC for another week, but thats only because where Im going has a wait on their delivery time.But Ill own my sh*t in half the time AND pay half the price.

Had the set I wanted and the workers made every effort to come deliver it and helped me even change all the parts i needed! Everytime i call they are helpful with the answers and do their best to look into the issue. Definitely worth my time.

Good place . As stated they do call you on day due. It is a simple thing to tell them dont. Prices are high. But on a limited income it is a good place for those that cant get credit
